증발잠열을 이용한 열교환 환기시스템에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the energy performance of latent heat exchange ventilation system, and also to propose the application of it in Korean housing. The study was consisted of two parts ; the one was the experiment of energy performance of latent heat exchange ventilation system in chamber, and the second was the simulation for energy saving using the experiment data. In the experiment, the conditioned air was supplied through the fan to the ventilation system, and the latent heat exchange was measured at several climate conditions. Total energy saving from the latent heat exchange in the apartments was simulated with TRNSYS program., and it was compared with other ventilation systems. From the experiment, it was found that the temperature of supply air of the ventilation system is lower, 5 deg C than outdoor air, because of latent heat exchange. The operable days of the latent heat exchange are supposed over 63% of cooling days of Seoul. And the system can save about 20% of the cooling energy compared with the no heat exchange ventilation system in the model house. From these results, the latent heat exchange ventilation system will be expected to save the ventilation and cooling energy in Korean housings.

온라인 팬 커뮤니티 특성이 팬 커뮤니티 멤버들의 행동적 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 엔터테인먼트 산업을 대상으로 팬들의 중요성과 이들의 팬덤의 중요성을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 온라인 팬 커뮤니티의 하위차원으로 친밀성, 유희성, 상호 작용성, 그리고 집중성 요인을 제시하고, 온라인 팬 커뮤니티의 특성요인들과 팬덤 일체감 및 신뢰, 그리고 행동적 변화의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 있어서 온라인 팬 커뮤니티의 각 하위차원들이 회원들 간의 팬덤 일체감과 신뢰, 그리고 행동적 변화에 미치는 직ㆍ간접적 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 시도는 국내 온라인 팬 커뮤니티 내에서 사이트 회원들의 친밀성, 유희성, 상호작용성과 집중성을 통해 커뮤니티를 활성화 시키고, 회원들 간의 상호 관계의 증대가 팬덤 일체감과 신뢰, 그리고 궁극적으로 행동적 변화에 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 확인하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 본다. 특히, 온라인 커뮤니티 특성의 선행연구를 바탕으로 온라인 커뮤니티 특성의 하위 차원 간에 미치는 영향 정도가 어떻게 다른가를 살펴봄으로서 온라인 팬 커뮤니티 회원의 행동적 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있는 관계마케팅전략에 중요한 시사점을 제공해줄 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 소녀시대 온라인 팬 커뮤니티에 가입되어 있는 회원들을 대상으로 팬 커뮤니티 특성, 팬덤 일체감, 팬덤 신뢰, 그리고 행동적 변화의 구조적 관계를 설정하여 이러한 관계를 검증하였고, 이에 대한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 팬 커뮤니티 특성 중 친밀성과 유희성은 팬덤 일체감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면 상호 작용성과 집중성은 팬덤 일체감에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 친밀성, 유희성, 상호 작용성, 그리고 집중성 모두 팬덤 신뢰에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 팬덤 일체감은 팬덤 신뢰와 행동적 변화에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 팬덤 신뢰는 행동적 변화에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 온라인 팬 커뮤니티 특성요인들과 내생변수들(팬덤 일체감, 팬덤 신뢰, 그리고 행동적 변화) 간의 영향관계를 제시한 연구모형은 온라인 팬 커뮤니티의 마케팅 역량을 키우는데 중요하게 작용할 것으로 예상되며, 온라인 팬덤 커뮤니티의 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 결론 부분에 이론적 및 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계점이 제시되었다. The fan is consistently characterized (referencing the term's origins) as a potential fanatic. This means that fandom is seen as excessive, bordering on deranged, behavior. Based on that, this study examines the structural relationships between online fan community characteristics, fandom identification, fandom trust, and behavioral change in the context of online Girls Generation fan community. The data were collected from 1,094 members of online Girls Generation fan community and analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, familarity and enjoyment had positive effects on fandom identification. Second, familarity, enjoyment, interactivity, and cohesion had statistically positive effects on fandom trust. Third, fandom identification had a positive effect on fandom trust and behavioral change respectively. Fourth, fandom trust had a positive effect on behavioral change. In light of the fact that a thorough understanding of the relationships among online fan community characteristics, fandom identification, fandom trust, and behavioral change is critical in improving the marketing competency of a online fandom community, the model developed in this study can be utilized to assist online fandom communities in retaining their fans over the long term and in maximizing the fan value of the online fandom community.

Schwannoma of the larynx is uncommon neurogenic tumor that can cause the air way obstruction. For benign lesions, conservative surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Recently, we experienced a case of schwannoma originating from the subglottis in a 52 year old female patient. The tumor was removed successfully through endoscopic approach.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a connective tissue disease involving the larynx in 30 % of the patients. Foreign body sensation, hoarseness, and cough are common symptoms in laryngeal involvement. An urgent tracheostomy is required when acute airway obstruction occurs in case of bilateral vocal fold paralysis. The most common cause of bilateral vocal fold paralysis in RA patients is a cricoarytenoid joint arthritis. Laryngeal nerve degeneration is rare cause of bilateral vocal fold paralysis in RA patients. In this case report, an emergent tracheostomy was performed on a 64-years-old male patient with acute dyspnea, and concurrent involvement of RA on laryngeal nerve and cricoarytenoid joint was revealed by laryngeal electromyography and histopathology. The vocal fold mobility was restored after 3-months medical treatment.

국내 IT 인프라 수준은 세계 최고임에도 불구하고 그에 미치지 못하는 정보보안체계로 많은 사이버 위협에 노출되어 있다. 이는 산업제어시스템 또한 점차 온라인상으로 제어되기 시작하면서, 국가 기반 시설인 에너지 기업에도 문제가 확대되고 있다. 산업제어시스템인 원자력 발전소 SCADA 시스템의 경우 최근 이란에서 스턱스넷 공격으로 인해 발전소 가동이 중단되는 사태가 발생하기도 하였다. 이러한 사이버 보안 위협 에 대응하기 위해 현재 도입된 정보보안체계는 다양한 분야별로 충분한 이해를 바탕으로 그 성격에 맞게 적용이 되어야 하지만 획일화 된 기준과 평가방식으로 비효율적인 결과를 만들고 있다. 이러한 문제를 인식하고 에너지 분야에 초점을 맞추어 그에 적합한 특화된 정보보호 관리체계를 수립하는 동시에 평가지수의 제도화 및 활성화를 제안하고자 한다. 이 제안을 통해 에너지기반 시설 위험을 방지하고 각종 위협에 대처능력이 향상 될 것을 기대한다.

스타만족이 팬 커뮤니티에 대한 만족, 신뢰, 일체감 그리고 참여에 미치는 영향

스타는 대중의 인식을 즐기고, 광고주 또는 스폰서 브랜드의 메시지를 전달하며, 경제적인 영향력을 가진 대중문화 아이콘이다. 또한, 스타는 대중미디어의 보급과 함께 위상이 높아졌으며, 대중에게‘스타파워’를 가진 소위 권력자로 간주되고 있다. 이러한 스타의 권력은 대중을 선도하는 힘이 있으며, 스타를 좋아하는 팬들을 집단화시켜‘팬 커뮤니티’를 형성할 뿐 아니라 열광적인 팬과 문화를 일컫는‘팬덤’ 현상을 만들었다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 스타만족이 무엇인지를 확인하고, 브랜드 이미지 전이 이론을 바탕으로 팬 커뮤니티 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 이들 관계에 있어서 팬 커뮤니티 만족, 팬 커뮤니티 신뢰 그리고 팬 커뮤니티 일체감의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여‘소녀시대’공식 온라인 팬 커뮤니티 회원 1,094명을 대상으로 온라인 조사가 실시되었다. 분석 결과, 스타만족은 팬 커뮤니티 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 팬 커뮤니티 만족은 팬 커뮤니티 신뢰와 팬 커뮤니티 일체감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 팬 커뮤니티 신뢰는 팬 커뮤니티 일체감, 팬 커뮤니티 참여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 팬 커뮤니티 일체감은 팬 커뮤니티 참여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 팬 커뮤니티 만족, 팬 커뮤니티 신뢰, 팬 커뮤니티 일체감 그리고 팬 커뮤니티 참여에 미치는 스타 속성 요소들을 파악하여 팬 커뮤니티 회원 개발과 관리를 통해 엔터테인먼트산업의 활성화를 모색해야 한다는 것을 제시해준다. Despite the importance of stars that have a tremendous impact on the formation of fandom in the fan community, there is a lack of research on how star satisfaction affects entertainment success in the entertainment industry. In this perspective, this study examines the effect of star-satisfaction on an fan community satisfaction, fan community trust, fan community identification, and fan community participation in the context of entertainment market. More specifically, this research identify how fan community satisfaction, fan community trust, and fan community identification play mediating roles in the relationship between star-satisfaction and fan community participation. For these purposes the author developed a structural model which consists of several constructs based on brand image transfer theory. This study employs an on-site survey of more than 1,094 members of official on line Girls" Generation. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, star-satisfaction has positive effects on fan community satisfaction but star-satisfaction has not statistically significant effect on fan community trust, fan community identification. Second, fan community satisfaction affects an community trust, fan community identification but fan community satisfaction does not have statistically significant effects on fan community participation. Third, fan community trust affects fan community identification and fan community participation. Fourth, fan community identification affects fan community participation. At the end of the paper, managerial implications and limitations were suggested.
