This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can tie defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deriding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data base should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

This study has researched upon customers requests in the remodelling of residential buildings, and that the research results could be used as reference data when the remodelling work is under implementation. This study also has collected the residents' upgrading requests on their residential buildings, and graded the requests according to their importance. For those purpose, this study classified the problem items through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and, builded the census items based on the results. Then, the residents' requests on the residential buildings were presented by importance rate through coupled analysis census. Also the importance rate has been related to the construction items which predict the importance of each construction item. The main purposes of this study are setting up of the direction of remodelling of residential buildings and predicting the customer requests in the future, even though the remodelling of residential building in Korea has not been activated yet. The research results are expected to be used as basic data in remodelling and construction of residential buildings.

Parallel moving of a building refers to the relocation of an existing building from a specific location to a new location, and displacing the the building along a straight line or curve in the horizontal direction. There are many reasons why a building needs to be moved from its original location to a new location. The reason for relocating a building is when new commercial buildings are needed on a site where historical structures used to exist, when new residential buildings must be built due to increased population density, or when existing buildings are not constructed according to proper construction plans. Moving a building preserving an existing historical building without demolishing it. In this study, we study cases of parallel moving of building in Korea and abroad, and propose examples of moving buildings using jack piles and steal bars.

The purpose of this study was to Estimation the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce the risk of construction period. For this study we are using the pre and during construction period Inspection list. The inspection list was used by construction company for check a flaw of construction field. So we rearrange the individual item of inspection list to match the Risk factor. The results of this study were as follows; The inspection list was rearranged at Risk checklist for Risk estimation. So that we estimate the Risk of individual construction method.
