顔面痙攣患者 29例에 대한 臨床的 考察

Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side face. In the treatment of hemifacial spasm, the Western operation or non-operation therapy has many side effect such as hearing loss, exudative otitis media, facial paralysis etc. So we studied mainly the effect of cause, treatment frequency, diseased part of 29 cases with hemifacial spasm for effective clicical application of oriental medicine. The results of study are as follow; 1. It shows more female patients than male patients, and mostly patients in their forties. 2. The diseased part is shown more on left side than right side, and the left side hemifacial spasm is cured more effective. 3. The causes of hemifacial spasm are mainly stress, ignorance, overwork, and the stress, a cold are more effective causes than ignorance in. 4. The disease period is mainly within six months, and that period is the most effective time. 5. The palpebral site is the most frequent site, ineffective site. 6. The effect go with the treatment frequency is not available. 7. There is a 55 percent improvement of 29 cases.

Taklihwangki-Tang was a drug that treated carbuncle and cellulitis. So, the purpose of this Study was to investigate effect of Taklihwangki-Tang on the anti-cancer and proliferation of immunocytes, nitric oxide(NO) production of peritoneal macrophages. We used Taklihwangki-Tang extract(THT) with freeze-dried, 8wks-old male mice and cancer cell lines(L1210, S-180) for this Study. The proliferation of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). The results of this Study were obtained as follow ; THT was showed cytotoxicity on the L1210 and S-180 cell lines, increased proliferation of thymocytes. And the combined effects of THT and vincristine were became cytotoxicity of cancer cell lines and increased significantly proliferation of thymocytes. THT accelerated proliferation of thymocytes in normal mice, and decreased significantly proliferation of L1210 cells and accelerated significantly NO production of peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells transplanted mice. This results suggest that THT inhibit proliferation of cancer cells by becoming immunocytes activity(NO production, proliferation of T-cell).

The relapsed patient who has diagnosed flat wart and treated with continuous immunotherapy in Western Dermatology come to Dongshin University Oriental Medical hospital OPD Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology from 23 December 2002 to 18 March 2003. We diagnosed as Gi(氣) deficiency and stagnation of damp. stagnation of Gi(氣) and blood stasis caused by insufficiency of Yang of the spleen treated with Gamiijungtang(加味理中湯) and Sodogeumgagam(消毒飮加減). As a result, we got the attentive effect and report on a paper.

I experienced one case of 3 degree bum from the 14th in October to the 15th in November 2001 in Dongshin University Gwangju Oriental Medical Hospital ENT${\cdot}$ Dermatology. Administration of herbal medicine "PalmuITang-Gami", external medicine, acupunture, and venesection therapy, as a curative means of Stagnation of Ki and Stasis of blood achieved desirable effect. In the future, it is necessary more clinical study for developing of oriental medical therapy and oriental external medicine of 3th degree burn.

미술영화에 차용된 작품과 미적 표현 양식 연구

본 연구는 영화<프리다>에 차용된 미술 작품의 표현 양식과 작가의 작품이 영화흐름에 미치는 영향을 연구한 논문이다. 영화<프리다>는 프리다 칼로의 기고한 삶을 보여주며 자신을 모티브로 한 작품이 나오는 과정과 그녀의 남편 디에고 리베라에 대한 상처를 씻기 위해 그린 작품으로 표현되어 있다. 그녀의 작품은 초현실주의 기법, 페미니즘, 상징을 이용해서 많은 작품을 남겼다. 프리다 칼로의 작품을 연구한 논문은 많으나, 전기영화에서 작가의 작품이 많이 등장하는 영화는 많지 않다. 아울러 영화에 차용된 작품들과 포스트모더니즘 영상표현에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 전기 영화에서는 작가의 생애를 중심으로 보여주지만 작가의 작품을 연결시켜 주는 부분을 소홀이하는 경우가 많다. 하지만 영화<프리다>는 작가의 삶과 작가의 작품이 연결되어 있고 영화의 서사에도 매우 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 특히 미술영화에서 미술작품을 작가의 삶과 연관시켜 보여주는 것은 매우 중요하다. 단순히 미술영화에서 그들의 생애만 보여 준다면, 미술영화가 가지는 의미로서 부족할 것이다. 다수의 수용자(관객)가 작가의 작품을 이해하려면 미술관이나 갤러리에서 많은 시간을 비용을 투자해야 한다. 본 연구는 영화<프리다>의 미술표현(미적 표현) 양식과 영상분석을 통해 미술영화에 작가의 작품이 영화 전반에 어떻게 표현되고 있는지 살펴보았고, 영화 <프리다>의 미적 표현의 방법으로 포스트모더니즘영상 표현이 어떠한 형태로 나타나는지 알아보았다. 그 특성은 모방(Pastiche)과 풍자(Parody), 상호 텍스트성(Intertextuality), 자기반영성(Self-reflexively), 장르의 혼합을 중시하고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대중적 매체인 영화를 통해 보다 많은 수용자(관객)가 영상 속에 재현된 다양한 미술표현 양식과 미술작품을 이해하는데 도움이 되는 연구가 되었으면 한다. This study investigates the expression form of art works presented in movies <Frida>, the effect of art works in movie narratives. Depicting the unfortunate life of Frida Kahlo, the movie <Frida> presents the illustrations Frida has created with her own life as the motive. Frida used paintings to express her wounded feelings damaged by her husband Diego Rivera. Frida produced many art works by using surrealist method, feminism, and symbolism. There have been many articles about Frida Kahlo`s works, but among biographical films, there are not many of them that deal with an artist`s works a lot. Furthermore, research that deals with the works borrowed by movies or postmodernistic image analysis lacks. Biographical films deal with an artist centering around his or her lifetime, but most of them neglect the part to connect the artist with the works. However, the movie, <Frida>, associates the artist`s life with her works, and this works as a very crucial element in the narrative of the movie. Especially in art movies, it is very important to associate the artist`s life with the artist`s works. If the art movie simply deals with their lifetime, it must lack its significance as an art movie. In order for the audience to understand an artist`s works, many of them must spend a lot of time and money at art museums or galleries. This study examined how an artist`s works are expressed all through an art movie through the analysis on the images and the styles of art expression (aesthetic expression) in movie <Frida> and also how postmodernistic images are expressed as a method of aesthetic expression in movie <Frida>. And it was found that according to the characteristics, pastiche and parody, intertextuality, self-reflectivity, and mixture of genres are valued. It is expected that this study will help more audience to understand various styles of art expression and works of art reproduced in movies which are our popular media.

These days, people who research the study of korean language are trying to analyze the literary work in the aspect of the study of korean language. We have been researching the quality and content of the work only in a category of Criticism` . But we need to study the works in the aspect of linguistics especially in that of meaning to give help to literary creation. Language has a role to connect the meaning and voice. Unless we think carefully about meaning of each word when we are writing, we can`t make a good sentence. Content is important in the literary work but I also think that it`s very important to analyze how the sentences, which make up the content, is used. Because literary work puts a basis on the language, using the work as the subject of semantic study and analyzing it in various aspects is a task we need to investigate in future. The modern time can be defined as the chaotic age of literature study. To that extend, miscellaneous theories are continually brought up from different directions. However, I don`t think you have to regard this situation as too pessimistic because if we can find the point of similarity and assort it and arrange synthetic ground, we can unify the varieties. From this point of view, handling literary works in the aspect of semantics will give us the driving force that develops our literary insight deeper and wider. I analyzed focusing on 50 models of korean middle and short stories but I admit that I could not go in-depth. This writing is a dissertation that tried to focus on Semantic understanding of literature`. I am planing to research steadily preparing various viewpoints and standards. Among them, I am going to have a look focusing on time and space, character settings, theme settings, expressive from and expressive way of `Ta-In Ui Bang` that is the representative work of In-Ho Choi and more well-organized than other works.

생체간이식 시 중간정맥 재건을 위한 간치혈관 대용물에 대한 잡견 모델에서의 가능성 평가

Purpose: Most of grafts used as interposition conduits for middle hepatic vein (MHV) in living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) have been allografts and autografts. Recently, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and bovine pericardium patch have also been used. Thus, we performed large-animal lab tests to assess the feasibility of interposition vessel graft substitutes for MHV. Methods: The inferior vena cava was replaced in 9 dogs with allograft (3), PTFE (3), and bovine pericardium patch (3). After 28 days, patency rate, outer and inner diameter, intimal thickness, histology, and immunohistochemistry were evaluated according to interposition grafts. Results: The allograft and PTFE groups were all patent at post-operative week 4, but the bovine group was not patent in all dogs. Outer diameter of anastomotic site at 4 weeks was 8.41±0.37, 10.83±0.51, and 7.41±0.86 mm in allograft, PTFE, and bovine group, respectively. Inner diameter of interposition graft at 4 weeks was 7.90±0.23, 6.33±0.68, and 0 mm in allograft, PTFE, and bovine groups, respectively. Intimal thickness was 48.0±8.6, 113.8±45.3, and 218.3±59.9㎛ in allograft, PTFE, and bovine groups, respectively. In histologic findings, inflammation was most severe in the bovine group. Intima of anastomotic site in the bovine group was thickest in all groups. Proliferation of smooth muscle cells was most severe in anti-alpha-actin antibody test in bovine group. Conclusion: Our data implicate that the use of allografts and PTFE grafts is more feasible than bovine pericardium for MHV reconstruction in LDLT.
