東醫寶鑑에 인용된 黃帝內經素問․靈樞에 대한 考察

We studied the phrases and the sentences of Dong-Eui Bo Kahm (東醫寶鑑) that were quoted from the So Moon (素問) and the Young Chu (靈樞). Mainly most of quoted sentences were same with original texts. The principal contents of this study can be summarized as follows. First, there are a few cases that the phrases of Dong-Eui Bo Kahm become more distinct and minute than that of the So Moon and the Young Chu. Second, there are many cases that the phrases of Dong-Eui Bo Kahm become briefer than that of the So Moon and the Young Chu. Third. many synonyms and equivalents of the phrases of the So Moon and the Young Chu were used in Dong-Eui Bo Kahm. Forth, there are a few wrong words and incorrect phrases in Dong-Eui Bo Kahm. Fifth, there are many omissed words and added words in Dong-Eui Bo Kahm. But that quoted sentences have same meaning with original sentenses. Sixth, original text book names were recorded in the end of all sentenses of Dong-Eui Bo Kahm, but there were a few wrong text book names.

등가렌즈를 이용한 2매 접합렌즈계의 설계

The equivalent lens conversion technique is applied to design achromatic doublet and aplanatic doublet. A thin doublet which has zero axial thicknesses, are corrected for the third order aberrations at first, and the thin doublet is converted into thick lens system by using the equivalent lens conversion. Two types of cemented doublets, the Fraunhofer type and the Steinheil type, are designed by using a crown glass BaK-2 and a flint glass SF-2. In the thin doublet design, there are two achromatic solutions and a aplanatic solution for the both types. 등가렌즈 변환법을 2매 접합렌즈계의 설계에 적용하여 achromatic doublet 과 aplanatic doublet을 설계하였다. 먼저 얇은 렌즈계에서 3차수차를 보정하고, 이를 등가렌즈 변환법을 사용하여 두꺼운 렌즈계로 변환하였다. Crown 유리 BaK-2와 flint 유리 SF-2를 사용하여 Fraunhofer type 과 Steinheil type의 접합렌즈계를 설계하였고, 얇은 2매 접합렌즈계에서는 두 가지 설계형태 모두에서 2개의 achromatic solution과 하나의 aplanatic solution이 존재하였다.

The generalized lens conversion from thick lens to equivalent lens and its reversal was introduced in 1996. And it is shown that the equivalent lens conversion can be extended for the transformation of a lens group. In this study, we design an achromatic doublet by using the lens group conversion technique. For the first step, we correct the third order spherical aberration and longitudinal chromatic aberration of a thin cemented doublet system, which have zero axial thicknesses. The thick lens design were obtained by transforming the equivalent thin lenses to corresponding thick lenses.

주기적인 선물체에 대한 Contrast Transfer Function의 수치계산

광학계의 결상성능평가는 optical transfer function(OTF)을 측정하는 것이 표준적인 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 대량 생산되는 광학계의 경우에서는 측정의 편리함 때문에 test pattern을 투영하여 contrast를 검사하는 방법도 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 회절결상이론을 사용하여 주기적 line-space pattern에 대한 contrast transfer function(CTF)을 계산하는 프로그램을 개발하고, C­계수와 Zernike 다항식으로 표현되는 3차 파면수차에 의한 광학계의 modulation transfer function (MTF)과 CTF 변화를 비교, 분석하였다. The measurement of OTF(optical transfer function) is used for evalution of imaging performance of optical system as a standard method. In the mass-production, the contrast measurement of projected patterns is also popular because of its simplicity. In this study, a computer program which evaluates the CTF(contrast transfer function) of optical system for periodic line-space patterns is developed by using the diffraction imaging theory. The MTF(modulation transfer function) and CTF of an aberrated system are evaluated and analyzed for the third order aberrations expressed by the C-coefficients and the Zemike polynomials.

빔 패턴 릴레이 광학계의 설계

To measure laser beam pattern, two beam pattern relay systems, 1X and 5X magnification respectively, are designed. The beam Pattern relay systems are composed of achromatic doublets and their numerical apertures are 007 and 002 respectively. At wavelength 546㎚, the rms spot radius of the 1X system is 1.1 ㎛ for on-axial image and 24.2 ㎛ for off-axial field(5㎜ in image height). The on-axial imaging performace of the 1X system is diffraction limited, but the off-axial image blur is quite large The rms spot radius of the 5X system has 326 ㎛ for on-axial image, and 14.7 ㎛ for off-axial field at the same conditions. The 5X system has diffraction limited performace for whole field.

비구면 광학계의 제작과 응용

줌 구조를 이용하여 물체거리가 변해도 상면과 배율이 고정되는 현미경 광학계의 설계

반도체 와이어 본딩(wire-bonding) 조립공정에 사용되는 검사용 다중배치 현미경 광학계를 설계하였다. 2배와 6배에 공통으로 사용되는 대물부를 통과한 광선은 광분할 프리즘으로 둘로 나뉘고 각각의 결상부에 의하여 물체의 주변부는 2배, 물체의 중심부는 6배로 결상하게 한다. 이 때 리드프레임의 와이어 구조 때문에 $\pm$3 mm의 높이차가 있어서 대물부에서 물체까지의 거리가 서로 다르다. 이러한 단차에 ,의해 물체거리가 바뀌더라도 동일한 결상 배율로 선명하게 관찰하기 위해 결상부를 기계 보정식 줌 렌즈와 같이 비선형 궤적으로 이동시켜야 한다. 이 궤적을 구하기 위해 가우스 괄호를 사용해 비선형 연립방정식을 세우고 풀었다. 또한 각 렌즈 군의 굴절능과 군간 간격을 구하는 군별 기초 설계는 등가렌즈에 대한 3차 수차 이론을 사용하였으며, 최종적으로 최적화 기법을 통하여 이러한 현미경 광학계를 얻었다. The multi-configurative microscopic system for inspecting the wire-bonding of reed frame is designed. Rays refracted by objective lens group which is composed of common lens group of x2 and x6 are splitted by beam-splitter, and Rays through the central region and the boundary region of the object imaged at x2 and x6 through imaging lens groups, respectively. The depth of wire structure on the reed frame has about $\pm$3 mm, in order to observe by uniform magnification without the dependency on the variation of objective distance generated by the depth of wire structure on the reed frame, imaging lens groups should be moved on nonlinear locus like mechanically compensated zoom lenses. The nonlinear equations for zoom locus are derived by using the Gaussian bracket. Refraction powers and positions of each groups are numerically determined by solving the equations, and initial design data for each groups is obtained by using Seidel third order aberration theory. The optimization technique is finally utilized to obtain this microscopic system.

Tremor refers to rhythmic shaking of a body part. Tremor is a symptom of many disorders, including Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, orthostatic tremor, cerebellar disease, peripheral neuropathy and alcohol withdrawal. Tremors may be classified as postural, rest or action tremors. Symptomatic treatment is tailored to the tremor type. Because Dansambohyul-tang has been used to treat patients differentiated with an insufficiency of the heart and the spleen(心脾兩虛) in oriental medicine, we treated a 78 year-old female patient who suffered from tremor in mouth, chin and hand and insomnia, with improvement of general condition, who was differentiated with an insufficiency of the heart and the spleen(心脾兩虛) with Dansambohyul-tang, herb complex. After 78 days of treatment with Dansambohyul-tang and some other herb complex, we observed improvement of tremor, insomnia and general condition So Dansambohyul-tang shows therapeutic effects on tremor.

곡아지실소시호탕(穀芽枳實小柴胡湯)의 간보호작용(肝保護作用)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

This study was performed to elucidate the effects of Gokajisilsosiho-Tang(GJST) on the lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) release, cell viability and activity, lipid peroxidation, DNA synthesis and the changes of total protein synthesis and GSH changes in vivo and in vitro in rat cultured hepatocytes from hydrogen peroxide$(H_2O_2)$-induced injury. The GJST extract had not an effect on cytotoxicity in all experimental results. The treatment of GJST extract of $160{\mu}g/ml$, $320{\mu}g/ml$ showed the significant effect to decrease LDH leakage induced by t-BHP in cultured rat hepatocytes. The higher concentration of GJST extract than $160{\mu}g/ml$, showed the inhibitory effect on decreasing cell viability induced by t-BHP. The treatment of t-BHP to rat cultured hepatocytes resulted in a concentration dependent increase in TBARS, in the presence of GJST extract the production of TBARS induced by hydrogen peroxide was inhibited concentration dependently, significantly inhibited at $80{\mu}g/ml$ of GJST extract and above. The GJST extract simutaneously present with t-BHP prevented the loss of total protein and GSH in a concentration dependent manner. These results suggested that GJST extract may play a hepatoprotective role in oxidative damage induced by hydrogen peroxide and a therapeutic potential of inhibiting liver injury.
