Chip on board type white light emitting diode on metal core printed circuit board with high thixotropy silicone is fabricated by vacuum printing encapsulation system. Encapsulant is chosen by taking into account experimental results from differential scanning calorimeter, shearing strength, and optical transmittance. We have observed that radiant flux and package efficacy are increased from 336 mW to 450 mW and from 11.9 lm/W to 36.2 lm/W as single dome diameter is varied from 2.2 mm to 2.8 mm, respectively. Double encapsulation structure with 2.8 mm of dome diameter shows further significant enhancement of radiant flux and package efficacy to 667 mW and 52.4 lm/W, which are 417 mW and 34.8 lm/W at single encapsulation structure, respectively.

For the purpose of reliable program testing, there have been recently a variety of test data selection strategies in the field of data part testing. Not only, however, it is doubtful how reliably the test data derived from them is able to detect program faults, but also in many cases they are only theoretical and the concrete testing methodology is not suggested. It is because they do not analyze types of faults and the effects of faults on program in a systematical manner. In this paper, the more reliable domain-based test data selection strategy is proposed through using fault detecting probability or reliability.

The present Web surroundings is mostly composed of HTML(Hypertext Mark-up Language) and thereby users obtain web informations mainly in GUI(Graphical User Interface) environment by clicking mouse in order to keep up with hyperlinked informations. However it is very inconvenient to work in this environment comparing with easily accessed one in which human's voice is utilized for obtaining informations. Using VoiceXML, resulted from XML, for supplying the information through telephone on the basis of the contemporary matured technology of voice recognition/synthesis to work out the inconvenience problem, this paper presents the research results about VoiceXML VUI(Voice User Interface) Browser designed and implemented for realizing its technology and also the VoiceXML Dialog designed for the purpose of the browser's efficient use.

This paper proposes a method to estimate clamping force using angular velocity of the actuator. A hall effect sensor is used to measure clamping force in conventional Electric Parking Brake(EPB) system. Implementation of hall effect force sensor is difficult and costs high. Clamping force estimation method without using the sensor have been examined. The method is validated by simulation. The designed method is able to estimate clamping force even though spring constant of the parking cables is changed. this paper shows that a simple structure and low cost EPB system can be produced for low cost ears.
