        중소기업의 지속가능한 경영을 위한 머신러닝 기반 스마트 컨설팅 방법론에 관한 연구

        Diagnosis of corporate management in a rapidly changing environment is a key factor for future competitiveness, and many companies are investing a lot of time and money in management consulting. However, it is difficult for most SMEs (Small and Medium sized Enterprises) to receive management consulting due to insufficient financial problems. Therefore, this study proposed a machine learning-based smart consulting methodology for SMEs that have barriers to entry into management consulting. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology, corporate data collected from various platforms such as NICE D&B and NTIS were utilized, and the results of experiments compared with consulting expert diagnosis showed an average accuracy of more than 80%. Through this study, SMEs that have been unable to receive professional management consulting will be able to identify the problems and improvements of the enterprise in a short time at low cost, which will contribute to the growth of SMEs into sustainable enterprises in the future. 빠르게 변화하는 경영 환경 속 미래 경쟁력 확보를 위한 기업 진단은 필수적이며 많은 기업들은 컨설팅에 많은 시간과 비용을 투자하고 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 중소기업들은 재정 문제로 인해 경영컨설팅을 제공받기 어려운 실정이다. 이 문제를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 중소기업에게 경영컨설팅을 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 머신러닝 기반 스마트 컨설팅 방법론을 제안하였다. 제안 방법론의 검증을 위해 NICE D&B, NTIS 등의 플랫폼에서 수집한 기업 데이터를 활용하였고, 전문 컨설턴트의 진단과 비교한 실험 결과 머신러닝 모델은 정확도 기준80% 이상의 높은 성능 수준을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존의 전문적인 경영컨설팅을 제공받기 어려웠던 중소기업들은 저비용으로 빠른 시간 내 기업의 문제점과 개선사항을 파악할 수 있을 것이며, 이를 통해 중소기업이향후 지속 가능한 기업으로 성장하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것을 기대한다.

        The Korean traditional urban forest is a intentionally planted forest around a urban area because of some special reasons. People usually regard the forest as a symbol of their pride of city. The goal of this study is to restore traditional urban forests around the bank of CheongGyeCheon stream. Results of this study can be summarized as follows; Traditional urban forests around the bank of CheongGyeCheon Stream are the forests on the CheongGyeCheon stream bank, ChoSan, SuGuMaKi, pool bank, and bank around CheonGwan pasture. The flood prevention forest make a river bank stable because trees hold together the stone and soil by roots and decrease the speed of running fluid for the heavy flood by trunks. ChoSan is a unique convex mountain to be artificially made near SuGu. SuGu means a floodgate(the exit of the river from the city on the narrow throat of it) in Korea. The forest planted on the edge of the traditional city or a gorge in which wind blows is called SuGuMaGi. This SuGuMaGi not only played an important part in protection against cold wind in winter and the storm in summer but also controlled internal temperature and humidity. The pool that is usually located in front, performs a very practical function. In addition there were some pools on the urban edge. In the case of Seoul, the capital of Korea, four pools in ChoSun dynasty were located near the outside of the four gates of the citadel in Seoul. These kinds of pools and forests on those banks play a role in prevention against fire and draught, and in providing agriculture water. The forest on the bank around CheonGwan pasture functions as a fence for horses to go out. These kinds of Korean traditional urban forests form a green network which links and divides urban regions. The forest framework that embraces surrounding mountains and ridges is able to play an important ecological role in forming and maintaining ecological networks and can create ecological corridors conditioning the city and its water balance. The construction of the Korean traditional urban forest is one of best ecological methods to construct a friendly environment.

        홍수로 인한 저수지 월류 시 제체보호기법

        In this study, the failure behavior of a levee under overflow conditions was investigated by conducting centrifuge tests on a small scale model for the Janghyun levee in Kangrung, Kangwon-do, and based on the test results a levee protection method using waterproof mat was proposed. The model levees were constructed by scaling down the prototype levee to 1:50, where LVDT and pore-pressure sensors were installed to monitor the behavior of the levees during overflow. Overflow tests were carried out in three different conditions depending on where the waterproof mat was installed; 1) no waterproof mat, 2) installed in upper slope and crest of the levee, 3) installed in the entire levee. The centrifuge test results indicated that the application of the waterproof mat reduced erosion and soil loss in the levee. Especially, it was found that under overflow, the levee breach could be avoided with the waterproof mat installed in upper slope and crest only, although soil loss occurred in downstream slope inevitably. It is expected that levee failures occurred frequently in rainy season may be effectively prevented by using waterproof mat if overflow of levee due to heavy rains is well predicted in advance. 본 연구에서는 원심모형실험기를 이용하여 강원도 강릉시 소재 장현 저수지의 축소 모형에 대하여 월류 시 제체의 붕괴 거동 특성을 파악하고, 제체보호공법을 고찰하였다. 원심모형실험 시 모형 단면은 1/50로 축소하여 축조하였고 LVDT, 간극수압계를 설치한 후 월류시험을 수행하였다. 월류시험은 차수매트 보강방법에 따라 미설치 시, 상류사면 및 제정부근 설치 시, 상하류사면 전체 설치 시 등으로 나누어 수행되었다. 원심모형실험 결과 차수매트 설치 시 제체의 세굴과 토사의 유출을 방지할 수있다는 것을 확인하였으며, 특히 차수매트의 보강을 최소한으로 한 상류사면 및 제정부근 설치 시에 하류사면의 유실은 불가피하게 발생하지만 상·하류방향으로 발생되는 제체의 절단은 막을 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 자치단체 소관 소규모 저수지에서 집중호우로 인한 월류 상황 발생을 사전에 예측하여 제체보호공법을 적용한다면 우기 시 빈번하게 발생하던 저수지 붕괴 사고는 막을 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

        THERMAL PERFORMANCE OF FLAT PLATE PULSATING HEAT PIPES WITH MINI- AND MICROCHANNELS

        This study presents the thermal performance of pulsating heat pipes (PHPs) using distilled water with mini- and microchannels. The PHPs were fabricated with the channels of square cross section which had hydraulic diameters ranged from 1.6 to 3.2 mm in minichannels and from 0.714 to 0.941 mm in microchannels. The performance of the PHPs was measured and analyzed by varying hydraulic diameter, number of turns, filling ratio, and input power. The filling ratio of the working fluid varied from 0% to 100%. The input power was controlled in the range between 3.6 and 150 W. The hydraulic diameter, number of turns, filling ratio, and input power showed strong influence on the performance of the PHP. In the PHP models with mini- and microchannels, optimum working conditions, such as filling ratio and heat input, were quite different according to channel size.

        도시 주차장내 수목그늘의 경제적 이익 연구 -미국 캘리포니아 데이비스 대학 주차장을 사례로-

        The climate of urban area is an unstable type with considerable seasonal variation in precipitation wind speed, and temperature and it grows worse. Besides, ozone is a serious air pollutant in most of large cities. So worldwide, some of large cities are investing in forestry options to offset their climate problems, but lack of information has hindered comparisons of urban un cost effectiveness to other options. This research intends to study the economic benefits of tree shading of 19 parking lots in UCD campus. The economic benefits of tree shading are air conditioning savings, air quality, stormwater run-off, and other benefits. Especially, this study focuses how much the economic benefit of parking lot shading has been increased from 1995 to 2003 year by aerophoto. Some data on dimensions of parking lots and the number, size, tree species, and location of trees around each parking lot was inventoried. Two aerophotos(1995,2003) were used in order to analyze the increasement of tree canopy in 19 parking lots for 8 years. However, increasing coverage of trees and managing them for healthy growth would not be sufficient for avoiding adverse impacts by future climate change. Additional measures should be followed such as an increase of energy use efficiency and development of substitute energy. For example, coverage of trees help to save cooling energy by blocking solar radiation reaching parking cars and building structures through shading, and creating cool micro-climates through evapotranspiration. They also reduce heating demand by decreasing air infiltration and heat conduction out of the interior of buildings. Proper arrangement of vegetation over the parking lots can reduce cooling and heating costs. So proper planting design around hard space paving including species selection and location can significantly save cooling and heating energy. And a reduction in car and building's heating and cooling costs results in the reduction in energy demand which causes to emissions of air pollutants. Total increased tree canopy from 1995 to 2003 is $8,470.45m^2$ and the economic benefits is US$ 5,282.10. The economic benefit of one tree has been US$ 7.21 for 8 years. And an annually increased benefit is US$ 0.9 per a tree. If this kind of study is applied to studying the economic benefits of tree canopy in parking lots of Korea, it could result in guidelines of tree planting of parking lots. Because the trees selected for planting in parking lots were not suitable for an environment, the guidelines should contain a recommended list of trees. The guidelines should propose the shading percentage of parking lot when we plan a parking lot and contain the maintenance of trees in order to maximize the economic benefits of tree canopy.
