Primary central nervous system lymphoma of T-cell origin (T-PCNSL) is rare, and its clinicopathological features remain unclear. Peripheral T-cell lymphoma of γδ T-cell origin is an aggressive lymphoma mainly involving extranodal sites. Here, we report a case of γδ T-PCNSL involving the intramedullary spinal cord and presenting with paraplegia. A 75-year-old Korean woman visited the hospital complaining of back pain and lower extremity weakness. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed multifocal enhancing intramedullary nodular lesions in the thoracic and lumbar spinal cord. An enhancing nodular lesion was observed in the periventricular white matter of the lateral ventricle in the brain. There were no other abnormalities in systemic organs or skin. Laminectomy and tumor removal were performed. The tumor consisted of monomorphic, medium-to-large atypical lymphocytes with pale-to-eosinophilic cytoplasm. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were CD3(+), TCRβF1(-), TCRγ(+), CD30(-), CD4(-), CD8(-), CD56(+), TIA1(+), granzyme B(+), and CD103(+). Epstein-Barr virus in situ was negative. This case represents a unique T-PCNSL of γδ T-cell origin involving the spinal cord.
가상 전시의 사용자 경험이 지속사용의도, 방문의도에 미치는 영향 -국립공주박물관의 디지털 콘텐츠를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of user experience factors in virtual exhibitions on the intention to continuous use intention and visit intention, focusing on the Gongju National Museum. After experiencing the virtual exhibition of "Woongjin Baekje Room," a survey was conducted and the collected data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM model, and the results are as follows. First, the attractiveness and presence of the virtual exhibition’s user experience had a significant effect on the intention to continue use, but the usability did not. Second, among the user experience factors, attractiveness had a significant effect on the intention to visit, but reality and usability did not. Third, the intention to continue using virtual exhibitions had a significant impact on the actual intention to visit the Gongju National Museum. It is meaningful to present practical implications for the operation of the museum's virtual exhibition by exploring the factors that visitors experience in the Gongju National Museum's virtual exhibition and empirically discovering which factors lead to the Gongju National Museum's continuous use intention of the virtual reality experience center and visit intention to actual museum.

This paper analyzes the work, Chaoxingxueyao_(超性學要) written by Ludovico Buglio_(利類思), a seventeenth-century Jesuit missionary. Chaoxingxueyao is the first Chinese translation of Thomas Aquinas’ Summa Theologiae. Buglio, one of the most fluent in Chinese among Jesuit missionaries living in China at the time, translated the first and third parts of Summa Theologiae and published them from 1654 to 1678 (or 1682) to introduce Western theology and philosophy to the Chinese. Buglio's Chaoxingxueyao is particularly significant, for he did not simply translate the concept of Western theology into Chinese but tried to accommodate it into the Chinese cultural context. His translation was to succeed the tasks of Matteo Ricci who established the foundation for Chinese missionary works in the previous generation, and to introduce the highest level of Western theology into the Chinese cultural context after Ricci's death. This paper attempts to investigate Buligo's accommodation strategies in his translation of Summa Theologiae based on the comparison and contrast between the two texts, the Chinese Chaoxingxueyao and the Latin original. Focusing on the problem of evil(ST Ⅰ, 48, 1-6), this study analyzes how the structure and expressions of the Latin text were culturally translated into the Chinese text and how Buglio adapted Western theology into the Chinese cultural context. The study will provide a glimpse of cultural exchanges in the Sino-Western relations during the seventeenth century, enhancing our understanding of the Chinese Literature made by the Jesuit missionary.
수국의 꽃눈분화 발달과 환경 조절에 따른 개화시기 조절

Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Verena’ and ‘Moonstar’ were tested in the heated and the non-heated greenhouses to accelerate the flowering period. Compared to ‘Verena’ that have been continuously grown in the bare ground, ‘Verenas’ moved to the non-heated greenhouse have bloomed about a month earlier. Compared to the ‘Moonstar’ that has been left in the bare ground, the ‘Moonstar’ moved to the heated greenhouse, bloomed about two months earlier. Applying this, it seems that if the farmhouse installs a separate facility and warms it up, it will be able to help the farmhouse economy by harvesting flowers during the off-season. ‘Moonstar’ and ‘Moonlight’ grown in the heated greenhouse, where the conditions for flowering buds do not fit, were moved to the bare ground, the heated greenhouse, and the non-heated greenhouse, respectively. Although all individuals bloomed, deformed were shown in ‘Moonlight’ kept in the heated greenhouse, and deformed flower buds formed in ‘Moonlight’ moved to the bare ground. This was not a normal flower bud differentiation condition, so it appears that deformed flower buds were formed. Looking at the results of differentiation between ‘Moonstar’ and ‘Moonlight’, it is expected that ‘Moonlight’ has a slower flowering period than ‘Moonstar’ due to the nature of the species.
얼굴 인식을 통한 신뢰성 있는 디지털 도어록 제어 시스템

Automation is being progressed rapidly in various fields with the advancement of IT technology. Home automation is a typical application and is being used in a variety of ways now. Most of digital door lock systems simply support to open and close a door using the methods of password and a particular magnetic key. In this paper, we propose a intelligent digital door lock system using face recognition technology. Our proposed system can control the locking device opening and closing from a remote location after confirming the identification of the visitor via a smart device, and support the reliable and secure control of door systems. IT 기술 발전과 함께 다양한 분야에서 자동화가 진행되고 있다. 홈오토메이션 또한 현재 다양한 형태로 적용되고 있다. 현재 이용 중인 디지털 도어록 시스템은 단순히 비밀번호 입력 및 마그네틱 전자키 방식을 통한 잠금장치의 개폐만을 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈오토메이션과 디지털 도어록 시스템 안전성 확보를 위한 지능화된 얼굴인식기술을 활용한 도어록 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 원격지에서 방문자의 신원을 확인한 후 이를 바탕으로 잠금장치의 개폐를 조정할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 안전한 출입 통제 관리가 가능하도록 지원해준다.
