스마트카드의 가장 큰 특징 중의 하나는 보안이다. 스마트카드에 보안 기능을 제공하기 위하여는 기존의 자기카드에서 사용되던 것과 같은 표면상의 가시적 보안 특징을 제공하기도 하고, 스마트카드 칩, 운영체제, 네트워크, 그리고 각각의 어플리케이션에도 보안 기능이 들어간다. 본 고에서는 스마트카드 시스템의 보안을 위한 특징들과 구현방법, 그리고 관련 표준 등에 대하여 기술하였다

DRAM 메모리의 종류와 어플리케이션

DRAM 메모리는 FPM DRAM, EDO DRAM, SDRAM, DDR/DDR II SDRAM, RDRAM, FCRAM 등의 범용 구조와 VRAM, WRAM, CDRAM, MDRAM 등의 디스플레이용 구조로 크게 나눌 수 있다. DRAM의 가장 큰 어플리케이션은 PC 부문이며, DRAM은 각 어플리케이션별 비용/성능 트레이드 오프에 따라 선호되는 구조가 달라서 당분간은 여러 구조가 공존할 것으로 보인다.

고등학생들의 자기관리 역량에 대한 역량기반 학교 교육 활동의 예측력 분석

본 연구에서는 『한국교육종단연구 2013』 6차연도 데이터를 통해 수집된 108개 고등학교 1학년 학생 1,475명의 자료를 활용해 역량기반 학교 교육 활동을 중심으로 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 예측하는 학생 및 학교 특성 변인들을 탐색하였다. 분석자료의 다층적인 속성을 고려하여 HLM 7.03 프로그램을 활용해 2수준 다층모형 분석을 시행하였고, 그 결과 본 연구에서 밝혀진 주요 특징을 논의하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 연구모형 1을 통해 기본적인 학생 및 학교 배경 변인과 학생심리특성, 부모자녀관계가 자기관리 역량에 미치는 예측력을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 심리적 특성과 관련된 변인들 가운데서는 사회, 신체, 학업 자아개념이 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모자녀관계와 관련된 변인 중에서는 부모의 학업적, 정서적 지원과 부모-자녀 상호작용이 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 배경 변인들 가운데서는 지역규모(대도시)가 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 연구모형 2를 통해 학생 배경이나 학교 배경, 학생심리특성, 부모자녀관계와 같은 다른 변인들의 예측력이 모두 고려된 이후에도 역량기반 학교 교육 활동(역량기반 수업 및 생활지도, 발문법, 토의법, 발견 · 탐구학습, 학생 참여형 수업, 과정 중심 평가, 평가 및 피드백)이 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 유의하게 예측하는지를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역량기반 수업 및 생활지도가 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 토의법이 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생 참여형 수업이 고등학생의 자기관리 역량을 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 역량기반 학교 교육 활동에 대한 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study analyzed the competency-based school education activities (competency-based class and guidance, questioning method, discussion method, discovery and exploration learning, student-participatory class, process-oriented evaluation, and evaluation and feedback) that affected self-management competence of high school students using the sixth data of the Korean Educational Longitudinal Study (KELS) 2013. This study analyzed the collected data of 1,475 first-year students from 108 high schools. Reflecting the multi-layered nature of the analytical data, a two-leveled multi-level analysis was performed using HLM 7.03 program. The results showed as follows. First, competency-based classes and guidance had a significantly positive influence on high school students" self-management competence. Second, discussion method had a significantly positive influence on high school students" self-management competence. Third, student-participatory class had a significantly positive influence on high school students" self-management competence. Based on the above findings, the implications for competency-based school education activities and suggestions for follow-up research were discussed.

Purpose: Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a useful method for modulating the brain activity. This study compared the effect of continuous and interrupted tDCS using the change in the movement related cortical potential. Methods: Thirty healthy participants (male: 18 and female: 12) were assigned randomly to three groups; sham tDCS, continuous tDCS, which the current continuously flowed for 10 minutes, and interrupted tDCS, which the interrupted current flowed for 10 minutes (repetition: 4sec stimulation and 5sec rest) at an intensity of 1mA with anodal polarity. The effect of tDCS on the right primary motor area was measured from the movement related cortical potential (MRCP) before and after the experiment. MRCP consisted of the bereitshaftspotential (BP) and negative slope potential (NS) at Cz and C4. Results: Continuous and interrupted tDCS showed a significant difference in the changes in the BP, NS at Cz and C4 compared to the sham tDCS. However, there was no significant difference between the continuous tDCS and interrupted tDCS. Conclusion: The change in cortical activity by continuous and interrupted tDCS results from an improvement in the MRCP. An interrupted tDCS may be a safe and useful modality for stimulating the cortical region.

도심재개발사업의 상가세입자 정당보상에 관한 연구 : 용산 구역 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 주택세입자에 비해 상대적으로 보상제도가 미비한 상가세입자들의 도심재개발사업에서 상가세입자의 정당보상요구에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 상가세입자들이 현행 영업보상에 대한 만족도와 요구사항을 포함한 사회적 인식을 분석하였다. 상가세입자 정당보상에 대한 인식분석 결과 도시정비사사업에서 상가세입자 손실보상은 최초 3년간의 평균이익을 기준으로 하여 최대 4개월분만 보상하는 기준에 대해 상가세입자들은 90.2%가 불합리적이며 개선이 필요하다고 응답하였으며, 영업손실에 대한 정당한 보상을 위해 어떠한 사항이 반영될 필요가 있는지 분석결과 대부분의 상가세입자들은 권리금 보상과 개발이후에 우선 입주권 등 재입주할 수 있는 권리를 보장해 주는 것이 필요하다고 판단하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 분석결과를 기반으로 상가세입자 정당보상을 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 권리금을 보상해 주어야 한다. 현재의 영업보상에서 이주대책이 없는 상태로 가장 큰 불만은 보상액 과소인 권리금 인정여부였음을 살펴 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 도시정비사업 완료 후 기존 세입자에게 사전 협상 및 우선 입주 권리를 보장해 줄 필요가 있다. 셋째, 영세 상가세입자들의 재정착률 제고를 위해서 공공이 영세 상가세입자를 대상으로 저렴한 임차료로 공공임대상가를 운영할 필요가 있다. This study has committed an analysis on the proper compensation requirements for commercial tenants in urban redevelopment. For this, the requirements and social perception of the commercial tenants to current business compensation were analysed. After the cognition analysis on proper compensation for commercial tenants, 90.2% of the commercial tenants replied that the loss compensation with the standard of compensating only maximum 4 months according to initial 3 years of average profit is unreasonable and needs improvement. Through the analysis to find out what other factors can be reflected for proper compensation on business compensation, it was realized that most commercial tenants had made a judgement that compensation of the premium and priority of moving, things that insure the right to move in again were needed. Based on above analysis results, the implication for the proper compensation of commercial tenants are as following: First, the premium money must be compensated. The major discontent for not having a migration alternative was the underestimation of the compensation money without the acknowledgement of premium money. Second, negotiation beforehand with the tenant and priority of moving needs to be ensured after the completion of urban redevelopment. Third, a public leased commercial district on inexpensive rent should be run in order to enhance the rate of resettlement of small-scale commercial tenants.

Fuzzy-PID 제어기를 이용한 차량의 정속주행 시뮬레이션

본 논문은 차량의 엔진을 컴퓨터를 이용하여 모델링하고, 이를 본 논문에서 설계한 Fuzzy-PID 제어기로 성능을 평가하는 것으로서, 차량의 정속주행 특성을 Fuzzy-PID제어기를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 한다. 차량의 엔진모델은 MATLAB-Simulink를 이용하여 설계하고, PID의 각 파라메터값은 Fuzzy 제어기를 이용하여 자동 추정하는 형태로 구성한다. 차량의 시뮬레이션은 직선주로상에서 이루어지고, 이를 퍼지 제어기, 그리고 PID 제어기와 비교 분석해 보았다. The purpose of this paper is to describe how the characteristics of the movement of cars can be modeled with computers. For this, we use Matlab and simulate the characteristics of the cruise-speed at which the car is driven using the Fuzzy PID controller. The model of the car is designed by M-S(Matlab-Simulink) and each parameter of PID is estimated automatically by the Fuzzy controller. The simulation of the car is carried out on straight base tracks, and then this is compared and analyzed with the simple Fuzzy controller and the simple PID controller.
