게임 죄수의 딜레마의 이론적 고찰을 통한 한국 신문산업의 현황에 관한 연구

The majority of Korean newspapers provide news they create to internet portals. By doing that they get the benefit of increasing user traffic which pass through internet portals to their own internet sites, and of creating new income source which is fees from the internet portals. But by doing that Korean newspaper industry as a whole is increasingly dependent upon internet portals and cannibalize its own market. The newspaper industry itself is becoming aware of the fact that providing contents to portals is self-destructing. Newspaper companies sometimes tried to act in coalition to stop providing contents to portals, but they rarely succeeded because their negotiating power is very inferior to that of portals. There are many contents providers that are anxious to provide contents to portals. So it is not a threat to portals that some newspapers stop providing contents to them. This situation is very similar to the classic prisoner’s dilemma framework in game theory. By seeing the situation in terms of the prisoner’s dilemma framework, the newspaper industry can deal with internet portals more efficiently, and the government can be more proactive in the application of competition laws to the internet portal industry.

함상에서 무인기를 효율적으로 운용하기 위해서는 무인기 스스로 착함에 관계된 중요한 의사결정을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무인기의 자동착함 시스템을 위한 의사결정 기법을 제안하였다. 유인기의 자동착함 절차를 기반으로 하여 Approach phase, descent phase, touchdown phase의 세 단계로 나누어 무인기의 착함절차를 정립하였다. Descent phase에서는 항공기의 위치오차로부터 계산된 불안정착함 위험도가 일정 안전조건을 초과하게 되면 Wave-off를 수행하게 되고, Touchdown phase에서 함선에 착지 후 Arresting hook 체결에 실패하면 Bolter를 수행하게 된다. 이 때 필요한 각각의 조건들을 설정하는 방법이 본 논문에서 제안되었고, 수치 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 의사결정 구조의 타당성을 검증하였다. Aircraft carrier environment requires a self-determining decision making (DM) process associated with carrier landing for the effective operation of UAVs. In this paper, a DM process for UAV automatic carrier landing (ACL) is proposed, and an ACL sequence for UAVs is established based on that of manned aircraft. The sequence consists of three different phases; approach, descent and touchdown phase. During the descent phase, the UAV takes wave-off (WO) maneuver when specific condition on aircraft position error is not satisfied. Bolter maneuver is executed considering whether or not the arresting hook of the landing aircraft engaged one of four deck pendants. Transition conditions between each phases are studied and numerical simulation is performed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed DM structure.
고체 로켓 추력 벡터 제어 유연구동부의 정적 구동 특성 유한요소 해석

본 연구에서는 고체로켓(Solid rocket) 유연 구동 시스템(Flexible seal system)의 TVC 정적 구동 특성을 해석적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 유연 구동 시스템(Flexible seal system)의 3차원 기하모델과 유한 요소 격자모델을 구성하고 이를 상용 유한 요소 해석 소프트웨어인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 재료/기하/압력으로 인하여 발생하는 비선형성을 고려한 3차원 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 챔버 내 압력 변화에 따른 추력 벡터 제어(TVC, Thrust Vector Control) 구동 특성을 알아보기 위하여 압력이 가해지는 상태에서 구동력(Vectoring load)을 부가하여 그 기본적 특성을 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 유한요소 해석을 이용하여 다양한 형상과 재질에 대한 유연 구동부의 거동 특성을 파악할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, actuation behaviors of flexible seal system in solid rocket is numerically investigated. For analysis of flexible seal system, 3D CAD model and finite element model are constructed, and 3D nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out by commercial finite element software ABAQUS, considering geometric/material/pressure non-linearity. To investigate the TVC actuation characteristics according to chamber pressure, pressure and vectoring load are enforced to the finite element model, and the results are obtained. From the results, it is confirmed that TVC actuation characteristics according to various design parameters, such as geometry and material properties, can be analyzed through nonlinear finite element analysis.
LM 미생물의 환경영향 모사: 대사체와 토양미생물군 분석

BACKGROUND: Living modified microorganisms (LMMs) have been focused in two very different aspects of positive and negative effects on ecology and human health. As a model experiment, wild type and a foreign origin geneharboring modified E. coli strains were subjected to comparison of their metabolomes and potential effects on soil microbiota in the laboratory sets. This study assumes the unintentional release of LMMs and tries to suggest potential effects on the soil microbiota even at minimal settings. METHODS AND RESULTS: Metabolomes from the wild type and LM E. coli were analyzed by NMR and the profiles were compared. In the laboratory soil experiments, the two types of E. coli were added to the soils and monitored for the bacterial community compositions. Those metabolomic profiles did not show significant differences. The microbial community structures from the time series soil DNAs for both the sets using wild type and LMO also did not indicate significant changes, but minor by the addition of foreign organisms regardless of wild or LMO. CONCLUSION: Even if the recombinant microorganism (LMO) is released into the soil environment, the survival of microorganisms in the environment would be one of the major factors for the transfers of foreign genes to other organisms and diffusion into the soil environment.
