      • 카메라 렌즈 평가용으로 제작된 nodal slide식 실시간 OTF 측정 장치

        A real-time OTF (optical transfer function) measuring system with on- and off-axis nodal slide bench type for the camera lens is fabricated and evaluated. It consists of a nodal slide bench including a T-bar for the OTF measurement of an off-axis object, two dimensional CCD (charge coupled device) with pixel of 9.9${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$$\times$9.6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for real-time OTF measurment, and a collimating lens of focal length of 300 mm for the optimization of this system. The OTF system is corrected by using the OTF of a SIRA lens of fnumber of F/8 and focal length 50 mm. In order to confirm the reliability of the OTF system, two MTFs (modulus transfer functions) of CCTV & VIDEO lens (JAPAN, AVENIR-SE 2514) of focal length of 25mm and field of view 10.6$^{\circ}$are measured by the camera bench type OTF system of reference OTF system and the nodal slide bench type OTF system and compared with each other. As a result, these two values are agree well with each other within 4% from 0 1p/mm to 100 1p/mm. 초측정 할 수 있는 nodal slide식 실시간 OTF 측정 장치를 제작하였다. 비축 물체를 측정하기 위하여 nodal slide와 T-bar를 사용하고, 실시간 측정을 위하여 화소 간격이 가로 9.9$\mu\textrm{m}$와 세로 9.6$\mu\textrm{m}$인 2차원 CCD(charge coupled device)를 사용하며, 초점 길이 300mm의 시준 렌즈를 사용하여 장치를 소형화하였다. 그리고 F/8, 초점 길이 50 mm인 SIRA사의 표준 렌즈를 이용하여 측정 장치의 정확도를 평가하고 보정하였다. 본 장치의 신뢰도를 위하여 시야각이 10.6$^{\circ}$이고, 초점 길이가 25.0mm인 CCTV & VIDEO 렌즈(JAPAN, AVENIR-SE 2514)의 MTF를 측정하여 카메라 벤취(bench)형 OTF측정 장치로부터 구한 MTF 값들과 상호 비교한 결과 대부분의 공간주파수에서 4% 이내로 일치하였다.

        주성분 분석을 이용한 펄스형 전자기장 자극을 통해 DNCB로 유발된 아토피성 피부염의 개선 효과 분석

        Atopic dermatitis (AD), a chronic inflammatory skin disease, is characterized by itchy and age-dependent lesions. Previous studies have shown that pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) significantly improved chronic ulcers and ununited fractures, providing an evidence for the application of PEMF in resolving inflammation caused by AD. This study investigated the anti-inflammatory effect of PEMF on DNCB-induced AD in animal models. Five male hairless mice (6 weeks old) per group were assigned to a normal group, a sham group, and two PEMF groups (15Hz, 75Hz). Mice were treated with 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) to induce uniform AD among all groups excluding a normal group. To examine the inflammatory progress and the improvement of AD after the PEMF stimulation, images are taken with various cameras for non-invasive evaluation and the results are expressed using principal component analysis (PCA) for visualization. The results of this study demonstrated that PEMF effectively improved skin lesions without the use of drugs.

      • 대용량 에너지 저장장치용 2세대 고온 초전도 코일의 특성해석

        대용량 초전도 에너지저장장치(Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage, SMES)용 초전도 권선을 제작하기 위해서는 높은 자장특성을 가고 있는 2세대 고온초전도 (2nd Generation High-Temperature Superconductor, 2G HTS) 선재를 사용하는 것이 효율적이다. 자기에너지 저장 밀도를 높이기 위해서는 권선에 높은 전류밀도를 인가해야 하는데, 도체의 평면에 수직 방향으로 인가되는 자속밀도가 커지면 임계전류가 작아지는 2세대 HTS 선재의 특성상 토로이드 형태의 권선을 구성하는 것이 일반적이다. 이러한 고온초전도 권선을 설계하기 위해서는 권선 특성의 정확한 해석이 필요한데 이를 위해 유한요소법을 사용한 프로그램을 이용하여 해석이 가능하나 토로이드 형태의 권선은 대칭성의 문제로 3차원 해석을 해야만 하며, 이는 모델링에 많은 어려움과 높은 컴퓨터 사양, 그리고 매우 긴 계산 소요시간이 필요함을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 분석적이고 통계적으로 고온 초전도 코일에서 작용하는 최대 수직자장과 저장된 에너지를 결정하는데 이해하기 쉽고 효율적으로 계산하는 방법을 제시했다. 이 방법은 현저한 시간단축과 효율적인 설계를 할 수 있는 새로운 계산 방법으로 기존의 유한요소법에 의해 소요되는 계산 시간에 비해 1/1000정도로 계산시간 단축을 할 수 있었다. Large scale superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) system requires very high magnetic energy density in its superconducting coils to enhance the energy capacity and efficiency of the system. The recent high temperature superconducting (HTS) conductors, so called 2G conductors, show very good performance under very high magnetic field so that they seem to be perfect materials for the large scale SMES coils. A general shape of the coil system with the 2G HTS conductor has been a tor oid, because the magnetic field applied perpendicularly to the surface of the 2G HTS conductor could be minimized in this shape of coil. However, a toroid coil requires a 3-dimensional computation to acquire the characteristics of its critical current density - magnetic field relations which needs very complicated numerical calculation, very high computer specification, and long calculation time. In this paper, we suggested an analytic and statistical calculation method to acquire the maximum magnetic flux density applied perpendicularly to the surface of the 2G HTS conductor and the stored energy in the toroid coil system. Although the result with this method includes some errors but we could reduce these errors within 5 percent to get a reasonable estimation of the important parameters for design process of the HTS toroid coil system. As a result, the calculation time by the suggested method could be reduced to 0.1 percent of that by the 3-dimensional numerical calculation.

        독일어 명사합성어와 영어 대응표현에 대한 연구 - 개념의미망 이론의 틀 안에서

        In der vorliegenden Abhandlung wird versucht, die syntaktischen und semantischen Relationen der Nominalkomposita im Deutschen zu untersuchen. Dabei wird der Schwerpunkt darauf gelegen, die Regularitaten der $\"{U}bersetzungen$ der deutschen Komposita ins Englische herauszufinden. Als den Analyserahmen wird der konzeptuelle Ansatz von Rahmstorf (1983) herangezogen. Die Theorie unterscheidet sich von der transformationellen Tradition und sich an der kognitionswissenschaftlichen Tradition verknuft, basierend auf dem Konzept des 'Begriffs'. Den Untersuchungsgegenstand bilden 1,000 Nominalkomposita des Deutschen und deren englischen $\"{U}bersetzungen$. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung lassen sich $folgenderma{\ss}en$ formulieren: Erstens, es besteht keine $erw\"{a}hnenswerte\;Parallelit\"{a}t$ zwischen den syntaktischen Strukturen der deutschen Komposita und denen der englischen Entsprechungen. Zweitens, bestimmte semantische Relationen zwischen den Konstituenten der deutschen Komposita neigen dazu, bestimmte syntaktische Strukturen bei $\"{U}bersetzungen$ ins Englische aufzuweisen. Es bleibt jedoch offen, wie sich die semantischen Relationen der Komposita automatisch erkennen $lie{\ss}en$, wenn die Forschungsergebnisse in ein Deutsch-Englisch maschinelles $\"{U}bersetzungssystem\;eingesetzt\;w\"{u}rden$.

        특징 선택과 서포트 벡터 머신을 활용한 에너지 절도 검출

        As the electricity grid systems has been intelligent with the development of ICT technology, power consumption information of users connected to the grid is available to acquired and analyzed for the power utilities. In this paper, the energy theft problem is solved by feature selection methods, which is emerging as the main cause of economic loss in smart grid. The data preprocessing steps of the proposed system consists of five steps. In the feature selection step, features are selected using analysis of variance and mutual information (MI) based method, which are filtering-based feature selection methods. According to the simulation results, the performance of support vector machine classifier is higher than the case of using all the input features of the input data for the case of the MI based feature selection method. 전력 그리드 시스템이 ICT 기술의 발달로 지능화됨에 따라 그리드에 연결된 사용자의 전력 사용량 정보를 획득하고 분석할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 그리드에서 경제적 손실을 일으키는 주된 원인인 에너지 절도 문제를 특징 선택과 서포트 벡터 머신을 이용해서 해결한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템의 데이터 전처리 과정은 다섯 단계다. 전처리 단계에서 필터링 기반 특징 선택 방법인 분산 분석 기반 방식과 상호의존정보 기반 방식을 활용해 특징을 선택한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 입력 데이터의 특징을 그대로 이용하는 것보다 상호의존정보 기반 특징 선택을 이용하면 적은 입력 특징을 이용해 서포트 벡터 머신 기반 분류기로부터 더 높은 분류 성능을 얻어 낼 수 있다.

        가덕도 외양포의 일본군사시설에 관한 연구 -군막사 및 포대진지의 구축과정과 건축특성을 중심으로-

        This paper aims to examine the constructional background and process of the Japanese military installations of Oiyang-po(外洋浦), especially based on the military secret documents. Furthermore, it aims to analyze the characteristics of the remains. The results are as follow; 1) The number of the Japanese military secret documents concerning with the installations of Oiyang-po, summed up to 33s. Especially, 14 documents about the expropriation of the lands and houses, and the constructions of the artillery position are reserved in "Mildae-ilgi"(密大日記)written from 1893 to 1942. 2) Imperialist Japan constructed firstly the military installations of Oiyang-po against the Russo-Japanese War. After the moving of the artillery headquarters into Masan in 1911, these installations had been maintained for the defense of Busan and Jinhae Bays. 3) As soon as 1904, the lands and houses of Oiyang-po were forcibly expropriated according to <Hanil-Uyjeongseo>(韓日議定書). The Korean Government payed the expropriation prices to the dwellers. But the amount of money were too small and were lately payed. Moreover the dwellers' fishery right were never recompensed. 4) In 1904, the artillery headquarters and position were constructed by the 3rd Chookseong-dan(築城團) under the command of Matsui, a military engineer officer. The executional constructions were accomplished by the Japanese construction contractors. 5) After the moving of the artillery headquarters into Masan in 1911, the 3rd Chookseong-dan had usually repaired and consolidated the explosive warehouses and artillery facilities. 6) The artillery position constructed with the thick concrete walls was located at the foot of the mountain in back. It's plan was similar to the rectangular shape. It reserved six 280㎜ howizers and several explosive warehouses. 7) The reserve funds and arsenal funds were used for the constructions. And the items of expenses such as the establishments of the electric lights and communication networks, and the repairs of the explosive warehouses were mainly recoded in "Mildae-ilgi".

        진행성 대장직장암 환자군에 있어서 5-FU 혹은 capecitabine의 최적 시간 치료법에 대한 체계적 고찰 : 메타분석

        Background : The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of the circadian delivery schedule of fluorouracil or capecitabine based chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer. Patients and methods : A meta-analysis was performed using individual data from eight international randomized clinical trials, especially phase II or III trials, comparing 5-fluorouracil, or capeticabine in chronomodulated or conventional schedule. The data from 8 studies was composed of 692 patients receiving chronomodulated chemotheray and 684 patients receiving conventional chemotherapy. The main end point was response rate. Results : Response rate was insignificantly different from each group (RR 1.14, 95%CI 0.74-1.74, p=0.55). Overall survival and progresseion-free survival were not significant either. Chemotherapy induced anemia, diarrhea, and nausea/vomiting were worse in the chronotherapy group, with statistic significance respectively. On the other hand, chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia, stomatitis, peripheral neuropathy, and dermatotoxicity were better but they were not statistically significant results. Conclusions : Patients lived longer but not significantly on chronomodulated chemotherapy rather than on conventional chemotherapy. Patients on chronomodulated chemotherapy experienced adverse events more. The chronomodulated chemotherapy schedule needs adjustment of its delivery schedule and further research is required.

        온백원이 암세포에 미치는 항암활성 효과

        Objective : The objective of this study was to investigate the experimental efficacy of anti-tumor activity of the complexed herbal formula, Onbaekwon (OBW), which was derived from the literature of Traditional Korean Medicine, Dongeuibogam. Methods : Nine Cancer cell lines, LoVo, MCF-7, HepG2, AGS, A549, NCI-H69, HL-60, Sarcoma 180, LL/2, were prepared and the cytotoxicity was assessed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2yl)-2,5-dephenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Four of them, NCI-H69, HL-60, Sarcoma 180, and LL/2, showed strong cytotoxic activities and they were additionally undergone flow cytometry to find out their effects on apoptosis. ICR male mice were implanted with Sarcoma 180 intraperitoneally and divided into 8 species for each group. Control group was treated with normal saline, positive control group was treated with cyclophosphamide 8mg/kg, and experimental group was treated with OBW 1 g/kg. Results : Among 9 cancer cell lines, NCI-H69, HL-60, Sarcoma 180, and LL/2, expressed less than 0.10 mg/ml of $IC_{50}$ under 0.1~1mg/ml of OBW. NCI-H69, HL-60, Sarcoma 180, and LL/2, showed dose-dependent efficacy of apoptosis. When Sarcoma 180 cancer cell was implanted in ICR male mice and treated with the OBW, they prolonged the median overall survival for 0.8 days, from 17.5 to 18.3. Conclusion : OBW showed strong cytotoxicity to some cancer cells, which are NCI-H69, HL-60, Sarcoma 180, and LL/2, and its apoptotic activity was dose-dependent. OBW prolonged the median survival of mice implanted with Sarcoma 180. Further researches would be expected to support the efficacy of OBW.

        장기공공임대주택의 지속가능한 리모델링 유형 분석

        "장기공공임대주택 입주자 삶의 질 향상 지원법" 제 개정으로 공공임대주택 리모델링 및 증축동 신축을 위한 법적 근거가 마련되었다. 이같이 리모델링의 법적 기반이 마련됨에 따라, 앞으로 장기공공임대주택에 시행될 리모델링의 목표, 공간, 주기, 아이템, 프로세스 등에 대한 구체적 논의가 요구될 것이다. 이에, 본 연구는 장기공공임대주택 입주자의 삶의 질 향상에 중점을 둔 리모델링 유형 제안에 목적을 두고 있다. 또한, 제시된 리모델링 유형은 그 시행효과가 지속적으로 유지될 수 있도록 지속가능성 확보에 기반을 두고 있다. 이를 위해, 국내 영구임대주택의 현황 및 입주자의 요구를 파악하고, 선진 국가의 공공임대주택 리모델링 사례를 분석하여, 개선환경 별 주요 리모델링 목표를 도출하였다. 먼저, 국내 외 현황 분석은 장기공공임대주택 리모델링 과정에서 거주자의 삶의 질 향상 도모를 위한 포괄적인 리모델링 설정과 다양한 리모델링 유형 및 지속가능한 리모델링 적용이 요구됨을 시사하였다. 또한, 영구임대주택단지 입주자를 대상 설문조사로, 주택의 물리적환경개선(주택 및 시설 노후화 개선)과 사회적 환경개선(단지의 부정적 이미지 개선)과 관련된 거주자의 요구를 파악할 수 있었다. 그리고 이같이 분석된 결과를 기반으로 물리적 사회적 환경 개선요소를 도출하였으며, 7개의 지속가능한 리모델링 유형으로 유형화하였다. 이같이 제시된 리모델링 유형은 리모델링의 지속가능성 확보 및 입주자의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The remodeling of long-tern public rental housing (LPRH) have been acknowledged followed by the introduction of th Act of the Life Quality Improvement of the Residents in Long-tern Public Housing. Likewise, the feasible direction of LPRH remodeling should be discussed in order to improve the quality of life of the dwellers and housing facilities. Therefore a purpose of this study is to suggest the remodeling types for increasing their quality of life with regard to sustainability of remodeling. To do so this study employs various cases of public housing remodeling from the UK, France and USA and performed quantitative research that was subject to the residents in 9 LPRH in Seoul and Gyeong-gi. The findings of the analysis demonstrate that comprehensive and sustainable remodeling considering both physical and social environment factors are needed, and that the residents have needs of improvement of deteriorated facilities and negative perception of the public on LPRH. With regard to this, seven types of the LPRH remodeling types are drawn on the combination between physical and social environment factors. Thus it is expected that the types will ultimately be able to increase of the quality of the life of the residents and guarantee sustainable remodeling.
