        톱밥 발효사료 급여 및 분말어유의 첨가사료가 돈육의 이화학적 성질에 미치는 영향

        N/A This study was conducted to investigate the influence of pork quality pigs which were fed with diets supplemented with fermented sawdust and sardin powder oil. The pigs were randomly assigned to one of the four treatments: a), control (commercial feed); b), T1 (30% fermented sawdust); c), T2 (10% sardin powder oil) d), T3 (30% fermented sawdust, l0% sardin powder oil and 30% limited amino acid) from 30 kg to 110 kg B. Wt. and slaughtered. The samples were stored at 0±1 C. The physico-chemical properties were determined at the dust of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 15. For the loin the pH`s of all the treatments on the 15th day were higher than those of the 2nd day, and that of TI was higher than those of the others. The total moisture contents of all treatments decreased with the storage (P$lt;0.05), and there were no significant differences among treatments on the 15th day. The water soluble proteins of all treatments increased with time and were highest on the 8th day and decreased gianibicanth thereater. T1 had significantly higher water soluble protein than others(P$lt;0.05). The salt soluble proteins of all treatments increased with lure the days(P$lt;0.05). T1 had higher salt soluble protein than others during the storage period(P$lt;0.05). The brittleness, hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess and chewiness of all the treatments were not significantly different among during the period, but elasticity of them increased after from the 2nd day. The brittleness of control was higher than that of the others on the 15th day, and the hardness and chewiness of control were higher than those of the others on the 6th day(P$lt;0.05). Forthebelly the pH`s of all the treatments on the 15th day were higher than those of the at 2nd day(P$lt;0.05). T1 showed higher pH than the others during the period(P$lt;0.05). The total moisture contents of control and T1 were significantly decreased with time and there were no significant differences between T2 and T3. T1 showed the highest value. The water soluble proteins of all the treatments decreased with time and was lower on the 15th day(P$lt;0.05). That of control and T1 was significantly higher than that of others on the 2nd day, but there were no significant differences among the treatments on the 15th day. The salt soluble proteins of all treatments increased with time (P$lt;0.05), and they were highest on the 15th day. T1 had significantly higher salt soluble protein than the others on the 8th and 15th days.

        식품의 콜레스테롤 산화물질 분리 및 정량

        This experiment was carried out to identify and quantify cholestrerol oxides from meat(Dongrandaeng, Frankfurter sausage, Press ham, Mandu and Vienna sausage), milk(Bioghurt, Butter, Cheese, Icecream, Dry-milk and Yoghurt) arid dried-fish products(anchovy, codfish, shrimp, cuttlefish and filefish) marketed in Korea. The ranges of β-epoxide, 19-hydroxycholestriol, 7 β-hydroxycholesterol and α-epoxide detected in all the meat products were 0.1∼4.73, 0∼1.99, 0.1∼11.06 and 0.1∼6.16 ㎍/g, respectively. Cholestanetriol was detected slightly(below 0.1 ㎍/g). But 22-ketocholesterol and 6-ketocholesterol were not detected in them. Kinds of cholesterol oxides detected in the milk products were similar to those of the meat products. Relatively high amount of 7 β-hydroxycholesterol were detected in the milks(14.25-79.64㎍/g). On the other hand, 22-ketocholesterol and 6-ketocholesterol were not detected. Cheese were found to contain largest amounts of cholesterol oxides in the milk products(P$lt;0.05). The contents β-epoxide, 7 β-hydroxycholesterol, α-epoxide and 7-ketocholesterol detected in the driedfish products ranged 1.38∼86.25, 9.21∼167.36, 1.98∼10.85, and 3.83∼16.57㎍/g, respectively. The amount of cholestanetriol was very low(below 0.1㎍/g), and 22-ketocholesterol, 6-ketocholesterol, 19-hydroxycholestriol, 20 α-hydroxycholesterol and 25-hydroxycholesterol were not detected in the dried-fish processing products. Cuttlefish was found to contain the largest amounts of cholesterol oxides among the fish products(P$lt;0.05).

        전자선조사 , 가열 및 포장조건이 돈육의 콜레스테롤 산화물질에 미치는 영향

        Raw or cooked pork loins were sampled from retail shops in Korea and packaged under an aerobic or anaerobic condition. The samples were irradiated by electron-beam(0, 1, 2kGy), and then Identification and quantification of cholesterol oxides were made at 0, 7, 14 days. From the samples raw and aerobic package, 7 α-hydroxycholesterol, β-epoxide, 7 β-hydroxycholesterol and 7-ketocholesterol were detected(over 0.5 ㎍/g) during the storage. However, the contents of 7 α-hydroxycholesterol, cholestanetriol and α-epoxide from the raw and vaccumm-packaged samples were found to be very low(below 0.5㎍/g). On the other hand, β-epoxide were detected about 2.27-4.72 ㎍/g in the samples on the 14th day. The amounts of 7 α-hydroxycholesterol, β-epoxide, 7 β-hydroxycholesterol and 7-ketocholesterol in the cooked and aerobic samples were 9.61∼47.76, 1.09∼5.31, 16.19∼118.16 and 9.61∼47.19 ㎍/g, respectively. The total amounts of above-mentioned chemicals at the 0, 1 and 2KGy irradiations were 36.86, 96.78 and 112.32 ㎍/g, respectively, on 0 day. And on the 7th day, the amounts were 80.46, 165.84 and 164.10 ㎍/g, respectively. The total amounts on the 14th day were 125.99, 182.56 and 213.84 ㎍/g, respectively. In the cooked and vaccum-package samples, the amount of cholesterol oxides was the same as that of cooked and aerobically packaged samples. However, the quantity decreased with time due to vaccum package.

        This study was conducted to investigate the influence feeding fermented sawdust and powdered sardin oil on meat quality of pork. The pigs were randomly assigned to one of four treatments: a), control (normal feed); b), T1 (normal feed and fermented sawdust 30%); c), T2 (normal feed and sardin powder oil 10%); d), T3 (normal feed, fermented sawdust 30%, sardin powder oil 10% and limited amino acid 30%) from live weight 30 ㎏ to 110 ㎏ and slaughtered. The samples were stored at 0 ± 1℃. The shelf life was determined for on the days of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 15. The results obtained were summarized as follows: The thiobarbituric acid reaction substance(TBARS) values of all the treatments were increased with the storage periods (P$lt;0.05). T1 had lower TBARS value than the other treatments until the 8th day, there were no significant differences among treatments at the 15th day. There were no significant differences among volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) of the treatments with the storage periods. The peroxide value of all the treatments was decreased with days of the storage (P$lt;0.05), but was increased again after 8th day. That of T1 was significantly lower than that of others at the 15th day. The TBARS of all the treatments increased with days of the storage(P$lt;0.05), and they were not significantly different each others. There were no significant differences among VBN of treatments with the storage periods. The peroxide values of all the treatments were decreased with the storage periods(P$lt;0.05), but was increased again after 8th day. That of T1 was significantly lower than those of the others at the 15th day.

        유채의 실용형질에 대한 유전연구 -제 1 보 유채의 초장, 성숙기 및 종실중의 유전분석-

        To obtain basic information on the breeding of early maturing, short plant height rapeseed varieties, the following 7 varieties, Isuzu, Miyuki, Norin 25, Rang, Yongdang, Cresus and Tower were used in diallel crosses in 1979. Maturing date, plant height and grain weight per plant for the parents, $F_1$'s and $F_2$'s of the 7 x 7 partial diallel crosses were measured in 1981 for analysis of their genetic behavior. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The days to maturing of $F_1$'s showed complete dominance for early maturing, and both additive and dominance genetic variances were significant. Number of effective factors in $F_1$'s was 3, but in $F_2$'s was 1. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was partial, while in $F_2$'s was complete. Both broad and narrow sense herita-bilities in $F_1$'s was high, while in $F_2$'s was low. 2. Yield per plant in $F_2$'s was controlled by additive component of genetic variance only, but $F_1$'s was different. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was complete, while in $F_2$'s was partial. The direction of dominance showed almost complete dominance over high yield and three effective factors was estimated. Yield per plant was controlled by recessive genes. 3. The plant height was controlled by both dominance and additive variance. Dominance was directed toward tall plant height. Number of effective factors was 2, and broad and narrow sense heritability were high in the plant height.

        의료사고 피해 유가족의 의료소송 경험에 대한 질적사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the experience in malpractice suits of bereaved family who suffered medical accident. Two bereaved families of the victims of the medical accident participated in this study. The data were collected and analyzed according to Stake (1995)'s qualitative case study method. A total seven upper categories were derived. Those are ‘Memory of the victims of the medical accidents’, ‘anger toward the medical staff affiliated with the medical accident’, ‘lonely struggle for the medical lawsuits’, ‘distrust of medical law-related judicial world’, ‘nevertheless standing up for the medical lawsuits’, ‘necessity of institutional improvement for resolving medical accident’, ‘searching for new meaning after the medical accidents’. The results of this study are as follows: “In - case analysis” that independently explains the specific experiences experienced by each participant in the process of litigation after the medical accident, and “Inter - case analysis” summarizing by themes the meaning of their common experiences. Participants were exposed to secondary psychological distress in a special process of medical litigation as well as psychological distress in the occurrence of a medical accident. The necessity to develop counseling manuals for their specific experiences and for policy efforts that can be applied in the field of psychological counseling were discussed. 이 연구의 목적은 의료사고 피해 유가족이 의료사고 발생 후 의료소송을 진행하며 겪는 경험을 종합적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 의료사고 피해 유가족 2인이 연구에 참여하였으며, Stake(1995)의 질적사례연구방법에 따라 자료의 수집 및 분석, 해석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 의료사고 피해 유가족들의 경험은 ‘의료사고 피해자에 대한 아픈 기억’, ‘의료사고 관련 의료진에 대한 분노’, ‘의료소송을 위해 외롭게 고군분투 함’, ‘의료소송 관련 법조계에 대한 불신’, ‘그럼에도 불구하고 의료소송에 맞섬’, ‘의료사고 해결을 위한 제도적 개선의 필요성’, ‘의료사고 이후 새로운 의미를 찾아감’이라는 상위범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 각 참여자가 의료사고 발생 후부터 소송을 하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 특정 경험들을 독립적으로 풀어낸 ‘사례 내 분석’과 그들의 공통 경험이 갖는 의미를 주제별로 정리한 ‘사례 간 분석’으로 제시하였다. 참여자들은 의료사고 발생에 대한 심리적 고통뿐만 아니라 의료소송이라는 특수한 과정에서 2차적인 심리적 고통에 노출되고 있었다. 이들의 특수한 경험에 적합한 상담 매뉴얼을 구축하고 심리상담 현장에서 실행할 수 있는 정책적 노력의 필요성을 논의하였다.

        This study was carried out to determine the optimum plot size, plot shape and number of required replications in yield trials of sesame. Based on the observations of 360 basic units, two to three replications with the optimum plot size of 10-12㎡ were found to be appropriate for sesame yield trials. Lower coefficients of variation indicated the preference of square plot to rectangular plot.

        The developments of the solar and the wind power energy are necessary since the future alternative energies that have no pollution and no limitation are restricted. Currently power generation system of MW scale has been developed, but it still has a few faults with the weather condition. In order to solve these existing problems, combined generation system of photovoltaic(400W) and wind power generation system(400W) was suggested It combines wind power and solar energy to have the supporting effect from each other However, since even combined generation system cannot always generate stable output with ever-changing weather con야tion, power compensation device that uses elastic energy of spiral spring to combined generation system was also added for the present study<br/> In an experiment, when output of system gets lower than I2V(charging voltage), power was continuously supplied to load through the inverter by charging energy obtained from generating rotary energy of spiral spring operates in small scale generator<br/>
