모든 종교는 비폭력과 평화를 추구한다. 경전에서 폭력과 전쟁을 부추기는 종교는 없다. 그러나 현실에서 평화를 비폭력 평화적으로 추구하는 종교는 많지 않다. 『원불교 교서』에서 비폭력과 평화를 강조하는 대목을 크게 다섯 가지로 나누어 살펴본다. 첫째, 거의 모든 종교가 ‘살생하지 말라’는 계명을 공유하듯, 『원불교 교서』에서도 구체적 사례를 통해 살생을 반대한다. 둘째, 다른 종교와 달리 차별금지를 명시한다. “과거 불합리한 차별 제도의 조목”으로 반상, 적서, 노소, 남녀, 종족의 차별 등 5가지를 들고 있다. 셋째, 자유를 억압하지 말라고 한다. 물고기와 새 그리고 꽃나무까지 자유롭게 놔두라고 권유한다. 넷째, 원수를 사랑으로 감화하며 폭력에 비폭력적으로 대응하라고 가르친다. 다섯째, 1945년 해방 이후 정부 수립 과정에서 강대국 사이에서 어느 한쪽에 치우치지 말고 폭력을 예방할 것을 강조한다. 『원불교 교서』에 나타난 비폭력성을 공부하면서 원불교는 목표뿐만 아니라 과정에서도 비폭력과 평화를 중시한다는 사실을 발견했다. 원불교는 언행일치 또는 지행합일의 종교라고 높이 평가하고 싶다. All religions seek non-violence and peace. No religion encourages violence and war in its bible. In the reality, however, not many religions seek peace by nonviolent and peaceful means. Writings emphasizing nonviolence and peace in the Won-Buddhist scriptures may be classified into five categories. First, as almost all religions have a commandment to prohibit killing living things, the scriptures also prohibit such killings through several examples. Second, the scriptures clarify irreasonable discriminations from the past, and command not to discriminate against the lower classes, children of concubines, the young, women, and other races. Third, the scriptures recommend to leave living things free. Fourth, the scriptures instruct to love enemies and to react nonviolently against violence. Fifth, the scriptures emphasize preventing violence between great powers in the precess of establishing a new government after the Korean liberation. Studying non-violent characteristics of Won -Buddhism in its scriptures, I realized that this religion attaches importance to non-violence and peace in the process of achieving peace. Won-Buddhism is a religion of acting up to its words.
Thermoelectric Properties of the Co-doped n-type CoSb3 Compound

The co-doped n-type CoSb3 skutterudites were prepared by vacuum induction melting and spark plasma sintering, and their thermoelectric properties were examined. The temperature dependences of the thermoelectric properties, such as the electrical conductivity, the Seebeck coefficient and the thermal conductivity, were evaluated at temperatures from 300 K to 800 K. Te (BⅥ-group) and Sn (BⅣ -group) with different valences were co-doped into intrinsic CoSb3, and co-doping effects on the solubility limit, charge compensation and decreasing thermal conductivity were discussed. As a result, the minimum thermal conductivity, 0.035 W/cmK, and the maximum dimensionless figure-of-merit (ZT), 0.65, were acquired for the Co4Sb11.0Te0.8Sn0.2 composition. Unfortunately,indium filling had a negative effect on this co-doped system.

This study focued on the analysis of how much discrepency produced in the each rectified image at the same spot according to 1order, 2order, and 3order polynomial respectively and according to RMSE. And in the ultimate, presented the optimal procedure for digital mapping. It is known that the larger total RMSE is, the larger discrepency resulted in, and the closer X RMSE and Y RMSE are, the better quality obtained. In addition, by overlapping a digital map with a rectified image, It was also understood that 1order polynomial has brought dut the smallest disrepency. From the result according to the resampling algorithm respectively such as nearest neighbor interpolation, bilinear interpolation and 3 cubic convolution, we have known that nearest neighbor interpolation has the most similarity to raw image's value. Consequently, It can be recommended that the procedure of the rectification with 1st order polynomial scheme incorporated with the resampling by nearest neighbor interpolation could result in higher accuracy for the purpose of mapping with the satellite imagery according to the geometry correction.
