BTL 사업 대상 중 교육시설물은 교육인적자원부에 따르면 2007년까지 3개년에 걸쳐 13조원 이상 규모의 BTL 민간투자 사업을 발주하기로 하는 등 교육시설물의 건설은 국내 공공시설물 건설 사업에서 큰 비중을 점하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육시설물 BTL 사업의 비용 항목 중 운영관리비에 해당되는 위생관리비 산정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 유지관리 시스템의 주요 모듈을 개발하고, 개발된 모델의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 대안별 비용의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. According to the public information of the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, the construction project of educational facilities from 2005 to 2007 will use BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) contract. Budget of those projects will be the worth over 13 trillion won. In this research, the estimation standards for the public health maintenance expenses are established which is the part of the operation and maintenance cost in the total BTL project cost. Also, a system core module using the developed standard was introduced in this paper. A comparative analyses were conducted with the several possible estimation case to validate the system developed.

미국 국립표준원(NIST), 전기전자공학회(IEEE) 등의 주도로 진행중인 스마트그리드 프로젝트에서는 미래 전력시스템을 위한 통신망으로 인터넷 기반의 단일화된 통신망을 유력한 후보로 검토하고 있다. 인터넷기반의 전력통신망은 최선노력서비스(best-effort-service)를 기본으로 하기 때문에 종단간 지연을 보장할 수 없으며 패킷 손실이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 기존 전력통신망이 보장해주던 높은 통신 품질과 보안성을 보장해주지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 그리고 미래의 전력관련 통신 서비스가 인터넷 기반의 통합망에서 사용가능한지 검증하여 본다. 이를 위해 현재의 전력시스템에서 사용되는 통신서비스들로부터 품질, 보안성 등의 요구조건을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 스마트그리드 환경에서 추가 될 통신 서비스들이 미래 인터넷 기반 통합망에서 사용가능한지를 검증하여 본다. 마지막으로 현재 인터넷 기술로 만족하지 못한 요구조건을 수용하기 위한 해결방안을 제시한다.

In this study, mode Ⅰ interlaminar fracture phenomena of carbon fabric/epoxy composite for tilting train were investigated. Specimens were 25㎜×180㎜×4.7㎜ with an initial artificial delamination of 65㎜ at one end. This delamination with the thickness of 12.5㎛ and 25㎛ (teflon film) was used. Mode Ⅰ interlaminar fracture toughness was measured using the double cantilever beam and the fractured surfaces were examined through a scanning electron microscope. The experimental results obtained in this study would be applicable in the design and structural analysis of the composite structures.
간호대학생과 일반대학생의 월경전증후군, 완벽성, 불안의 관련성에 관한 연구

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to describe the premenstrual syndrome and the relationships among premenstrual syndrome, perfectionism, and anxiety. [Methods] The 296 subjects were selected from a nursing college in Dae-Jeon. The data were collected using the MDQ (Menstual Distress Questionnaire), APS(Almost Perfect Scale), STAI(the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory) from May 1 to June 30th, 2011. [Results] The results of this study were as follows: There were significant correlations among premenstrual syndrome and perfectionism. Also, there were significant correlations among perfectionism and anxiety. The score of mean premenstrual syndrome was 85.9. The severe premenstrual syndromes above the mean were who subjects reported behavior change area and negative emotions area in the study, that of perfectionism was 2.60 and that of anxiety was 2.47, the premenstrual syndrome score was similar to those of other studies. Based on the results of studies of premenstrual syndrome and anxiety, and perfectionism, there were significant correlations between premenstrual syndrome and anxiety. In this study, the full completeness results had the highest average score of the third grade. [Conclusions] As perfectionism and testing anxiety seem to contribute to changes in the premenstrual syndrome symptom. There were significant correlations among premenstrual syndrome and perfectionism·also, there were significant correlations among perfectionism and anxiety. For future research, it was recommended that the study to collect basic information that age, menarche age, menstrual cycle, researchers, and questionnaires to consider demographic changes. In order to describe the psychological and social characteristics related to premenstrual symptoms, we need to research not only the perfectionism and anxiety but other personality characteristics or the role of other social variables. And the role of other social variables to investigate the role of other social variables. Through this study-as confirmed the relevance of premenstrual syndrome, anxiety, and perfectionism-we recommended that identify the characteristics of subjects and then provide them with effective nursing interventions such as gradual relaxation, image therapy, mediation.

Mode II interlaminar fracture behaviors of carbon fabric/epoxy composites, which are applicable to tilting train carbodies, was investigated by the ENF (End notched flexure) test. The specimens were made of CF3327 plain woven fabric with epoxy and a starter delamination at one end was made by inserting Teflon film with the thickness of 12.5$mu$m or 25.0$mu$m. The equation for mode II interlaminar fracture toughness was suggested based on the effective crack length from the compliance of load-displacement curve. Mode II interlaminar fracture toughness was evaluated for several types of the specimens. Also crack propagating behaviors and fracture surfaces were examined through an optical travelling scope and a scanning electron microscope.

The motivation for the research is that inherent problems related to vertical control during pile driving. The paper explains the current vertical control methods and problems, design and manufacturing of the pilot-type automated equipment, and its testing and discussions of the results.
