Gift giving for establishment of guanxi is a universal social usage in China in all areas of people’s life not only in private relationships such as family and friends but also in external relationships such as political authorities, social institutions and business people. In June 2013, GlaxoSmithKline of a British drugs giant were implicated in a big scandal due to accusations of offering almost $500m in bribes to doctors and officials for sales of the firm’s treatments. How can this anti-corruption accident be understood on the perspective of the impact of the prevalence of corruption in China?The local people’s guanxi is a crux resource for foreign firms in China, thus guanxi is still necessary. Therefore through focus on strengthening strong relationships (gwanxi) with central or local government’s high ranking officers who can influence firm’s business activities. appropriate works of corporate social responsibility (CSR) toward Chinese society and continuous supply of the world best products to China, international firms should make efforts to win Chinese customers’ favour and heart

In this paper, it suggest that nonlinear multivariable system control of induction motor using 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' 'T-S Fuzzy model of linearization' is not easy because of that arithmetic is difficult in computation of the function. Therefore 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' is suggested that the rules and functions through the estimation of high accuracy provides linearized model.
A Modern Analysis of ‘Guanxi’ of Foreign Investment in China

China is a land of guanxi, everything is connected with guanxi. China has a business culture based on guanxi connections underpinned by strong Confucian ethics. However, there are some reasons why it is difficult for western companies to run businesses in China. Firstly, foreign firms lack the understanding and experiences necessary for doing business in China. They don't know the absence of alternatives is one of reasons that guanxi is so powerful in Chinese society. Secondly, there aremanymisconceptions about guanxi. It is easier formany foreign scholars or businessmen to equate guanxi with corruption due to the ambiguity of guanxi. Thus, if a foreign enterprise possesses guanxi, it can be a source of competitive advantage for doing business due to lack of law systems for anti-corruption activities in China. Furthermore, it is gaining increasing importance not only in Business toGovernment(B2G) but also in Business to Consumers(B2C) relationships. Therefore,managers should pay great attention to the proper use of guanxi instead of being involved in corrupt behaviours because nowthe governments hold a strong attitude against corruption. In particular, establishment of working guanxi through red envelops(basically givingmoney) or illegal gifts can cause a great problem for both parties, which were naturally accepted among most government officials and businessmen until recently.
A Computer Program Searching for tRNA Gene from Base Sequences of DNA

유전자 재조합 기술과 유전자의 염기서열 결정 방법의 진보에 의한 많은 정보의 축적은 유전자 구성과 발현의 연구를 위한 보다 신속한 염기서열분석을 요구하게 되었다. 일차로, DNA 염기서열(일차구조)로부터 tRNA 유전자를 찾는 computer program을 개발하였다. 이 computer program은 tRNA 유전자가 clover 잎 모양의 이차구초를 내포하고 있는 성질을 이용하였으며, intervening sequence(IVS)의 존재유무에 관계 없이 작동하도록 고안되었다. 이 program은 IVS가 존재가능한 yeast의 DNA 염기서열로부터 tRNA 유전자를 성공적으로 찾아내었다. A dramatic increase of data produced by simpler methods of nucleic acid sequencing has needed the fast analysis of sequence data in research of gene organization. A computer program was developed for search of tRNA genes from linear DNA sequences. This program was based on the property that the DNA sequences reflect the tRNA secondary structure that has the clover leaf shape. And this program was designed to be able to work where an intervening sequence (IVS) mayor may not be present. The program has been successfully applied to tRNA genes of yeast where an IVS may or may not be present.

This study was conducted to evaluate bamboo salt usage as a curing agent of chicken breast meat focusing on water holding capacity. Chicken breast meat with a lightness greater than 48 and less than 53 was selected and randomly allocated to five treatment groups. The five treatments were as follows: 1) unsalted control (C), 2) bamboo salt 2.1% (w/w, BS), 3) refined salt 2.1% (w/w, S), 4) sodium polyphosphate 2.1% (w/w, SP), and 5) mixed refined salt and sodium polyphosphate 4.2% (w/w, S+SP). Measurements related to water holding capacity were brine absorption, drip loss, filter paper compression loss, and cooking loss. There was no significant difference in brine absorption between BS, S, and SP treatments except for the control, and S+SP treatment showed the highest brine absorption (P<0.05). Drip loss was also not significantly different between BS, S, and SP treatments. However, the S+SP treatment had significantly (P<0.05) less drip loss than the SP treatment, and the control had the least (P<0.05) drip loss compared with the curing treatment. No significant differences were observed in Filter paper compression loss and cooking loss between treatments regardless of curing or not and curing agents. In conclusion, considering that the concentration of 4.2% in the S+SP treatment was twice the concentration of the other curing treatments, bamboo salt which has various beneficial physiological effects and contains many minerals can be used as a curing agent without compromising the water holding capacity of chicken breast meat.
전통 연침법(鍊鍼法)의 재현 및 침(鍼) 표면 변화의 분석

This study analyzed surface-chemical transitions in manufacturing process of traditional acupuncture as proposed method by Dongeuibogam. The manufacturing process of traditional acupuncture from a used iron for a long time was divided by primary medicinal herbs treatment, secondary medicinal herbs treatment and tertiary treatment using by dog meat. The traditional acupuncture research process was measured according to the characteristics and changes of the specimens at each processing step of the manufacturing process. The following devices were used to Surface analysis. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD). As a result, medicinal herbs removed impurities on the surface and raised the antibacterial effect in the manufacturing process of traditional acupuncture. Furthermore, the ingredients of medicinal herbs were coated on the surface of the iron. Dog meat influenced to prevent surface corrosion, reduce friction when the acupuncture was inserted. Although the process empirically obtained, a glimpse of the wisdom of our ancestors was revealed. These ancestral wisdom can be expected to apply today, when used in manufacturing process of a modern stainless steel acupuncture to compensate for the defective part.
