        음성신호를 이용한 기계학습 기반 피로도 분류 모델

        Fatigue lowers an individual's ability and makes it difficult to perform work. As fatigue accumulates, concentration decreases and thus the possibility of causing a safety accident increases. Awareness of fatigue is subjective, but it is necessary to quantitatively measure the level of fatigue in the actual field. In previous studies, it was proposed to measure the level of fatigue by expert judgment by adding objective indicators such as bio-signal analysis to subjective evaluations such as multidisciplinary fatigue scales. However this method is difficult to evaluate fatigue in real time in daily life. This paper is a study on the fatigue classification model that determines the fatigue level of workers in real time using speech data recorded in the field. Machine learning models such as logistic classification, support vector machine, and random forest are trained using speech data collected in the field. The performance evaluation showed good performance with accuracy of 0.677 to 0.758, of which logistic classification showed the best performance. From the experimental results, it can be seen that it is possible to classify the fatigue level using speech signals.

        리팜피신과 오플로삭신에 내성인 Enterococcus faecalis 균주의 개발

        The preparation of Enterococcus faecalis RSI is used as a therapeutics for human intestinal disorders. However, the microbe in this preparation is usually very sensitive to rifampicin and fluoroquinolones. If this preparation is taken with rifampicin or fluoroquinolones, its therapeutic effect can not be expected. E. faecalis RFR11, containing resistance to rifampicin was obtained by MNNG mutation method. Serial passage of E. faecalis RFR11 produced E. feacalis OFR16 on agar with 2-fold minimal inhibitory concentration of ofloxacin produced. E. feacalis OFR16 was resistant to fluoroquinolones up to 8-256 fold higher than that for the original strain. E. faecalis OFR16 also exhibited identical characteristics with the parent strain when they were tested for lactic acid formation and growth inhibition of E. coli MB4-5737 and Shigella sonnei MB4-10411. From in vitro test, it was identified that rifampicin and ofloxacin is not inactivated by certain factors of E. faecalis OFR16. Conclusively. E. faecalis OFR16, rifampicin and fluoroquinolones resistant mutant, is an efficient strain that has insensitivity against rifampicin and fluoroquinolones and original biochemical characteristics of the parent strain.

      • Monosodium Iodoacetate로 유발한 골관절염 흰쥐에 대한 여지초(荔枝草)의 효능 평가

        Salviae Plebeiae Herba (SP) contains a numberous chemical components and reported to exert various pharmacological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic, hypoglycemic, antiviral, anti-tumour, and hepatoprotective effects. Even though it has these various effects, its scientific proof remains uncertain the effect and underlying mechanism about joint damage. Accordingly, the present study was designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects and possible underlying mechanism of SP on osteoarthritis. OA models were induced via intra-joint injection of monosodium iodoacetate (MIA) 50 ㎕ with 80 ㎎/㎖ in rats. Excluding the normal group, OA-induced mice were divided into 4 groups (control, INDO, SPL, SPH). The drug concentrations were indomethacin 5 ㎎/㎏, SP 500 ㎎/㎏, and SP 1000 ㎎/㎏, and were administered orally once a day for 2 weeks. After drug supplementation, the effects of SP were measured with serum analysis, western blotting, and histopathological staining. SP administration improved hind limb overload and it led to relieve pain. Moreover, it suppressed oxidative related factors. The NF-κB inactivation though the inhibition of IκBα phosphorlyation significantly decreased both inflammatory mediators such as COX-2 and iNOS and cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. Whereas, anti-inflammatory cytokines like IL-4 and IL-10 were shown to increase. In addition, SP administration exerted a protective effect on ECM by reducing the expression of collagen degradation factors including MMP-1, -3, -13 and by increasing TIMP-1. Taken together, SP may possess the effect of delaying the progression of osteoarthritis and protecting cartilage. Accordingly, the present study may provide a scientific basis the chondroprotective effect of SP on MIA induced osteoarthritis.

        Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis를 이용한 Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica bioserovar Pullorum의 분자유전학적 다양성에 관한 연구

        Pullorum disease due to Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica bioserovar Pullorum (S. pullorum) is reported to be an endemic disease in domestic poultry flocks. The pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) subtyping method was used to assess the extent of genetic diversity and clonality of most of salmonella serotypes and other diverse bacterial species from animals and environmental samples in worldwide. Nowadays, PFGE has already been evaluated as a gold standards for molecular subtyping of salmonella serotypes compared with other molecular analysis methods. PFGE of XbaI digested chromosomal DNA from 23 strains of S. pullorum gave 5 distinctive pulsotypes (from SXPI to SXPV) with 5% confidence range of Dice coefficients, indicating that PFGE is very discriminative and that multiple clones of S. pullorum have been existed and diffused all of domestic poultry flocks industries since 1995. Two dominant pulsogroups (SXA & SXB) appeared as a major clones in this country, because they had consistently been recovered from diverse sources including both chicken organs and raw feed materials between 1995 and 1998. In addition, the matching percentage of PFGE profiles (PFP) among strains from both chickens and feed ingredients provides indirect evidence of the possible transmission of pullorum disease from contaminated raw feed ingredients for chicken production. In calculating of discrimination index (DI) for PFGE method by Simpson's index, DI was appeared as 0.917. Therefore, this index suggested that the present PFGE would seem to be a desirable and confident molecular typing method for S. pullorum strains. To our knowledge for pullorum disease, this is the first study to compare S. pullorum strains from chicken organs and feed samples using the PFGE.

        학습자 코퍼스를 이용한 영어 전치사 오류 교정 모델 개발

        With growing demands for computerized tools in ESL (English as a Second Language) and EFL (English as a Foreign Language) classrooms, applying latest advancement in natural language processing to developing models for diagnosing and correcting errors in learner language poses an interesting research question which touches on issues of diverse nature: engineeringoriented, theoretical and also practical. In this study, we present a method of statistically modeling preposition usage errors by training a classifier exclusively on an error-annotated corpus of L2 essays. The data set, Chungdahm English Learner Corpus, is a large-scale corpus containing over 130 million words and over 860,000 individual essays, written by middle school students whose native language is Korean. We train a maximum entropy classifier on the preposition instances in the corpus based on a small number of simplistic contextual features and report a good level of performance at over 90% precision and 29% recall in identifying and error and suggesting a grammatical alternative. In comparison with the more widely practiced method of building language correction models based on well-formed texts produced by native users of the language, the approach presented in this study invites some interesting theoretical and empirical considerations, namely the nature of the resultant model as one of a particular sub-language, the English of Korean middle students in this case, and also its extendability to other variations of the English language.

        For the semiconductor device safety from over current in the digital electronic circuit system must be surely designed that it's surface mount type micro fuse device. In this paper, We has analysed to the fusing character of micro fuse as a function changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy. To the change of thermosetting ink epoxy thickness with in production lot, in the electrically character (fusing test in the 2 multiple over current and 10 multiple over current, surface temperature test in the 1.25 multiple over current) of micro fuse has been tested. According to the electrically character result, changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy in designed micro fuse withheld direct effect in both end resistance changes. Also, because high thermal energy in the micro fuse test of over current was occurred to effect such as thermal runaway and explosion. Therefore, screen printing process in the design of micro fuse using thermosetting ink epoxy is very important for production quality improvement.

        PCR을 이용한 국내 및 수입 축산물 유래 Listeria monocytogenes의 유전학적 분석연구

        One hundred-fifty two of Listeria strains were isolated from domestic chicken carcasses, a slaughter-houses from nationwide from 1996 to 1997 and imported livestock products from a ten foreign countries including the USA, China, France and Thailand. To substitute the laborious and time consuming procedures of clinical laboratory standard diagnostic methods, the rapid and specific multiplex PCR(M-PCR), which was designed to amplify a three kinds of genes simultaneously f3r specific detection and differentiation of L. monocytogenes(LM) by one step procedure, was established. The LM strains confirmed with M-PCR were analysed to their genetic diversities by RAPD using the two primers(D87 & MMTl), and also evaluated on their discriminatory abilities(na) between two primers. our study also conducted the REP-PCR and ERIC-PCR for evaluation of the possibility of REP and ERIC elements for genetic subtyping of LM strains. According to the REP-PCR and ERIC-PCR fingerprinting patterns, LM strains were divided into 7(ERIC-type) and 4(REP-type) major clusters at the relative clone cut off value of 80%. According to the computer analysis of PCR results using the GelCompar Ⅱ software, ERIC-PCR(DI=0.955) had expressed the most high discriminatory ability and followed by REP-PCR(DI=0.952), RAPD(D87; 0.954, MMT1; 0.937), in order. The combined analysis of the present PCR results was also expressed the reliable and useful discriminatory ability(DI=0.916). This study suggested that PCR based methods could be used as an reliable, reproducible, rapid, and highly discriminatory method for the genetic differentiation of genus Listeria.
