RTCA DO-178C is a development guideline to ensure aircraft system airworthiness. However, there is an opinion that the application of DO-178C to the development of UAV of more than MTOW 150 kg is over regulated because the severity of the risk from UAV is lower than that of normal aircraft. To address issue, EASA and FAA have been working on the Re-Engineering and Streamlining the Standards for Avionics Certification(RESSAC) project since 2016 with the goal of establishing a new certification scheme that simplifies existing aircraft certification procedures and standards. This paper analyzes the current DO-178C certification process and presents advantages by comparing and analyzing the new RESSAC certification process, which simplifies processes and outputs in comparing with the DO-178C certification process, while it ensures flight safety of the vehicle.

In this paper, an experimental program has been conducted to investigate shrinkage of fast hardening concrete (FHC) which is used to replace the existing ballasted track with concrete track. In the test, curing method was considered as a test variable. The test results indicated that autogenous shrinkage was dominant on FHC while drying shrinkage was negligible. To represent shrinkage of FHC, a new model has been proposed through regression of the test results.
CNT 혼입 고강도 경량콘크리트 보 부재의 전단거동 실험

경량골재는 일반 골재에 비하여 밀도가 낮아 운반이 쉬우며, 단면 크기를 축소할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 경량골재를 사용 시 강도가 떨어지는 단점이 있어, 이를 보완할 필요가 있다. 경량골재 사용으로 인한 강도 저감을 보완하고자 최근 탄소나노튜브(CNTs)를 콘크리트에 적용한 연구가 관심을 받고 있다. 이 연구에서는 탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 적용한 고강도 경량콘크리트 보 부재의 전단거동을 분석하기 위해 보 부재 제작 및 전단 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 압축강도가 비슷한 경우에도 고강도 경량 콘크리트 보 부재의 전단강도가 일반 콘크리트 보 부재에 비해 작은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this article is to examine the Chinese government‘s approaches in dealing with the civil-military gap that appears to be galvanizing state-society relations. As an unintended consequence of China’s economic rise, the grievances of interior provinces and minorities are giving louder voices over the social inequalities that are rapidly developing in China. As part of the grand strategy to appease its discontented citizens, the core leadership of the Chinese communist party (CCP) are actively seeking to institutionalize more concrete measures for the disaster relief efforts in the broader context of MOOTW.
