하이패스플러스카드 시스템을 위한 LSAM시험 및 모듈 개발

한국도로공사는 선불형 플라스틱카드를 스마트카드 형태의 선불형 전자지불카드인 하이패스플러스카드로 교체하여 사용하고 있다. 하이패스플러스카드를 전자지불에 사용하기 위해서는 하이패스플러스카드에 가치를 저장하여야 하는데 이를 수행하는 스마트카드가 LSAM이다. 또한, LSAM은 PPSAM에 의해서 가치를 저장 받거나 환불할 수 있도록 설계되어있다. 따라서, LSAM의 기능 및 보안이 철저해야 한국도로공사의 전자지불시스템이 안전하다. 본 논문은 PPSAM에 의한 LSAM의 가치저장, PPSAM에 의한 LSAM의 가치환불, 그리고, LSAM에 의한 하이패스플러스카드로의 가치저장 기능 및 보안을 시험하기 위한 시험 방법, 시험 표준항목, 그리고 시험 절차 등을 포함한 시험 모듈을 개발했다. LSAM의 기능 및 보안 시험에 관한 시험 표준항목 및 시험 검사표는 한국도로공사 규격서에 준하여 ISO 표준에 적합한 항목을 기준으로 선정했다. 본 시험 모듈은 LSAM의 기능뿐 아니라 보안성 및 적합성을 시험하였다. 시험은 한국도로공사에서 사용되는 LSAM을 이용하여 실행하였다. 시험결과에 의하면, 한국도로공사에서 사용되는 LSAM은 모든 시험 기준을 통과하여 보안성 및 기능성이 적합하다고 평가되었다. Recently, the Korea Highway Company is replacing their prepaid plastic cards with a smart card, called $Hipass^{PLUS}$ Card. In order to use $Hipass^{PLUS}$Card in the prepaid payment system, LSAM, which is to store the value into $Hipass^{PLUS}$ Card is needed. LSAM is also responsible to store or retrieve the value from PPSAM. For the safety of Korea Highway electronic payment system, the functionality and security of LSAM should be faultless. This paper developed a test module including the test method, the test checklist, and the test procedure. The test module examines the functionality and security of loading the value from PPSAM to LSAM, retrieving the value from LSAM to PPSAM, and loading the value from LSAM to $Hipass^{PLUS}$ Card. The test module contains the method and the procedure to test the standard items by the test checklists. The test items and test checklists of LSAM was selected under the provision of the specification of Korea Highway Company and ISO standard. The test module evaluates the functionality, the security and the compatibility of LSAM. After the evaluation test of LSAM using the test module, LSAM satisfied the characteristics of the functionality, security, and compatibility.

Time Out of Joint: Revisiting the Chronology Quandary of Faulkner’s “A Rose for Emily”

Time, particularly its effect on the residence of the postbellum South, is a central theme in Faulkner, and in the whole of the Yoknapatawpha canon arguably no other work better foregrounds the issue of time than his celebrated short story “A Rose for Emily.” Not unlike an author of an engaging mystery novel, Faulkner invites his readers to rummage through the myriad of textual clues to ascertaining the fabula sequence from the given syuzhet. Reconstructing the proper chronology of the story is made even more challenging when one takes the next logical step to determine the year of occurrence of some of the key events in the story. Through the years, scores of scholarly papers, in multiple languages and academic disciplines, have sought to settle the so-called “chronology quandary” once and for all. This study attempts to add to this ongoing scholarly debate, relying on close reading of the text and taking into account fascinating new discursive tools, such as ‘game theory.’

전국호환 교통카드 K-CASH 시스템 개발

The existing K-CASH system doesn’t allow compatible between different regions, different public transportations and the technologies made by different operators. If a K-cash user wants to use public transportation charged not by K-CASH but other operator, then he or she would have to get other type of card available for that transportation. Also, the incompatibility of the existing K-CASH might cause unnecessary expense because similar systems would have to be doubly constructed if the K-CASH operator would like to install the K-CASH system on the same infra as the other operators already did. As a result, a system which allows people to use just one card for their convenience regardless of regions, types of transportation and operators has been strongly demanded. In this paper, we developed Nation-wide Interoperable K-Cash system, Nation-wide Interoperable K-CASH Card, Purchase terminal, Purchase SAM and Settlement system that were updated from the existing K-CASH system. And we performed a conformity test to confirm performance. Also Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings and the KORAIL NETWARKS and the HiPlusCard joined for the testbed in Gwangju for 6 months. This result of testbed finally proved that the Nation-wide Interoperable K-CASH system is completely compatible. 기존 K-CASH 시스템은 지역 간, 사업자 간, 대중교통수단 간에 호환이 불가능하여 K-CASH 카드 사용자가 타 교통수단간 이용하려고 할 경우, 여러 개의 카드를 소지하고 다녀야 하는 불편함을 유발하고, K-CASH 사업자가 타 사업자의 인프라에 K-CASH를 적용하려고 할 경우, 중복 투자를 하게 되어 사회적 손실을 유발하였다. 이에 하나의 카드로 지역 간, 사업자 간, 대중교통수단 간 상관없이 전국 어디에서나 이용 가능한 시스템이 요구되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 K-CASH 시스템을 수정하여 전국호환 K-CASH 시스템 즉, 전국호환 K-CASH 교통카드, 지불단말기, 지불SAM, 상호 정산시스템을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 시스템의 성능을 보장하기 위하여 적합성 평가를 수행하고, 금융결제원을 비롯한 코레일네트웍스, 하이플러스카드 등 3사가 모여 광주광역시에서 약 6개월간 테스트베드를 구축하여 시범 운영한 결과 완벽하게 호환이 되는 것을 입증하였다.

텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 국내 디지털 및 에너지 전환 정책 동향 분석

목적:텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 디지털과 에너지 전환 키워드를 포함하는 정부부처, 주요 언론을 분석함으로써 국내정책의 현재 동향을 파악하고 미래의 방향성 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 방법:2015-2021년 동안 발행된 디지털과 에너지 전환 관련 정부부처의 보고서와 정책브리핑 기사, 주요언론에 게재된 기사를 대상으로 수집하고 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 사용해서 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 전체 데이터를 기반으로 한 빈도분석과 연관어 분석을 진행하였다. 시계열 분석은 2015년부터 2021년을 연도별로 구분한 주요언론 데이터를 토대로 분석을 진행하였다. 결과 및 토의:2015-2019년 동안 발행 및 게재된 보고서와 기사를 기반으로 한 빈도분석을 통해 핵심 키워드를 확인한 결과 디지털 전환에서는 교육과 금융이 높은 비중으로 확인되었고, 에너지전환 분야에선 수소와 태양광이 높은 빈도로 검측되었다. 이 결과는 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술들이 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있고, 탄소중립을 위한 신재생에너지에 초점이 맞춰져 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 시계열 분석 결과 현정부에 들어서서 정책의 방향성이 변화됨을 확인하였고, 코로나 발생과 한국판 뉴딜 정책 전후로 디지털 및 에너지 전환이 가속화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연관어 분석을 통해서는 인공지능, 가상현실, ICT와 스마트 키워드를 중심으로 4차 산업혁명 기술이 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있음을 확인하였고, 수소, 연료전지, 태양광을 중심으로 신재생에너지 사업이 활발이 진행되고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론:본 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 국내 디지털 및 에너지 전환 정책의 방향성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 코로나와 뉴딜정책 전후로 4차 산업혁명 및 탄소중립 관련 키워드의 비중과 연관성이 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 통해 보다 효과적으로 국내 정책 트렌드의 변화를 파악할 수 있었으며, 향후 이를 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 분야가 매우 다양할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용할 수 있는 기반과 환경을 조성하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

효율적인 전자지불을 위한 식별번호(ID Center) 체계 및 등록절차

본 논문에서는 효율적인 전자지불을 위해 교통시스템 운영사 구분에 이용되는 식별번호(ID Center)체계에 대해 연구한다. ID Center는 한국전자지불산업협회에서 관리해 왔으나 현재는 관리기관이 없다. 본 연구는 전 한국전자지불산업협회의 자료를 바탕으로 한다. ID Center의 체계눈 4자리수로 고정되어 있으며, 앞의 두 자리는 Hex값을 나타내는 '0X' 로 고정되어 있다. 뒤의 두 자리가 실제적인 ID Center 값이다. 16진수로 이루어져있으며 발급기관에서 부여한다. 등록절차는 크게 신청, 승인, 거절, 폐기로 나뉜다. 본 논문을 바탕으로 ID Center체계를 확립하고 ID Center 체계 및 등록절차에 대한 표준을 제정하여 규칙을 준수한다면 개선된 시스템의 활용이 가능할 것이다.

The Ratiocination Effect in Paul Auster's The New York Trilogy

Despite its enormous popularity and recognition as one of the representative American literary works of the turn of the last century, Paul Auster's The New York Trilogy has been largely seen as a product of the Postmodern temper. The three novellas that comprise the Trilogy deal with the familiar themes and plot schemes of popular detective novels, yet early reviewers have been exasperated by the ambiguities surrounding the narrative center, the deliberate employment of multiple narrative schemes, satisfactory sense of closure, and mix match of intertexual undercurrents. Consequently, scholars in the past have assumed that a 'subversive' agenda was latent in the Trilogy, a backhanded counter-discourse of the detective story genre, which one critic refers to as "anti-detective fiction." This paper, however, seeks to show that the elements of the works in the Trilogy can be analyzed well within the traditional, and well established, detective story discourse. Through close reading of the text, the paper attempts to illustrate that the author deliberately engages his readers in what is known within the mystery and detective story genre as "the ratiocination effect," namely the inclination for analytic deduction based on clear and/or inconspicuous clues provided within the story. The paper focuses on the quandaries surrounding the issue of authorship of the three sections of the Trilogy, arguing that it is here that Auster most solicits the ratiocinative participation of his readers.

IC 카드에 의한 전자처방전 전달 시스템 구축

A prescription issuing system is computerized in so many hospital. While the shareable and usability of an electronic prescription is increased by computerized materials, it can be serious for an information about a patient to be exposed in public. In this paper, the proposed system to issue an electronic prescription is aimed to keep using the existing paper-based prescription issuing system and extend the system using by IC card. It is developed for the secure method of an electronic prescription to transfer between hospital and pharmacy. For this, in this paper, it is defined for the standard minimal data set of a prescription information and developed the method to store the electronic prescription to IC card. It is set the access authority to access the electronic prescription stored in IC card by classifying the access authority group. Since the security and certificate authority center is established using Windows 2000, the electronic prescription stored in IC card can be secured and certificated by an encryption, decryption and digital signature. Lastly, the terminal and server system transferred an electronic prescription of a hospital and a pharmacy is implemented.The proposed system in this paper is simulated in some hospital and pharmacy. On the result of simulation, it is hoped for increasing the prescription transferring service, because the proposed transfer system of an electronic prescription using IC card is stable, secure, available, and creditable.
