예비유아교사의 공감능력이 적응적 정서조절전략에 미치는 영향

목적 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 공감능력, 대인관계능력, 적응적 정서조절전략의 관계를 분석하고 예비유아교사의 공감능력, 대인관계능력이 적응적 정서조절전략에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 또한, 공감능력이 적응적 정서조절전략에 미치는 영향에 있어 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 밝히는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 방법 서울시에 소재한 2년제 전문대학의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 175명을 대상으로 공감능력, 대인관계능력, 적응적 정서조절전략에 대한 설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 r을 구하 , 고회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 공감능력, 대인관계능력, 적응적 정서조절전략은 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공감능력, 대인관계능력은 적응적 정서조절전략을 예측할 수 있는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공감능력이 적응적 정서조절전략에 미치는 영향에 있어 대인관계능력은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 공감능력과 대인관계능력의 증진을 통해 예비유아교사의 적응적 정서조절전략의 활용을 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 이를 통해 교사양성과정에서 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 대인관계능력을 높이고 나아가 적응적 정서조절전략을 활용할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다. Objectives This study aimed to analyze the relationship between pre-service early childhood teachers' empathic ability, interpersonal relationship skills, and adaptive emotional regulation strategies. Additionally, it sought to in-vestigate the impact of pre-service early childhood teachers' empathic ability and interpersonal relationship skills on adaptive emotional regulation strategies. Furthermore, the purpose was to illuminate the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship skills in the relationship between empathic ability and adaptive emotional regulation strategies. Methods A total of 175 pre-service early childhood teachers enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Department of a 2-year college located in Seoul were surveyed regarding their empathic ability, interpersonal relationship skills, and adaptive emotional regulation strategies. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software to compute Pearson's r and conduct regression analysis. Results First, it was found that there were significant correlations among pre-service early childhood teachers' empathic ability, interpersonal relationship skills, and adaptive emotional regulation strategies. Second, empathic ability and interpersonal relationship skills emerged as predictors of adaptive emotional regulation strategies. Third, in terms of the impact of empathic ability on adaptive emotional regulation strategies, interpersonal rela-tionship skills were found to have a partial mediating effect. Conclusions The enhancement of empathic ability and interpersonal relationship skills suggests the potential to increase the utilization of adaptive emotional regulation strategies among pre-service early childhood teachers. This implies providing insights for the development of programs aimed at enhancing pre-service early childhood teachers' empathic ability and interpersonal relationship skills, ultimately enabling them to utilize adaptive emo-tional regulation strategies.

The animation <Kokuriko-zaka kar> is most recently produced and was released in Korea in 2011`. Miyazaki Hayao planned this amimation, co-wrote the script and it was directed by his son Goro Miyazaki. This animation allows to predict a person who will succeeded to the next generation of Ghbli The animation is composed of three stories. First story is about a struggle between a school that tried to demolish and the student who keep the memories of seniors and to build a new building. The second story is about first love that aroused the suspicion of a brother and a sister. The third story is about a young girl who is waiting for her father. It can be considered to be special as Anime <Kokuriko-zaka kar>, narration of ``only Japan`` that attempted to preserve space of ``parents`` is compared with Korean dramas or narration in novels. Since there are some differences in struggle between <Winter Love Song> of our generation that turn the desire of a heroine that presents a model, saying, “Build my house” into reality of a new house ``for only us`` and narration, this study tried to compare and analyze. Especially, while analyzing the meanings of space in <Kokuriko-zaka kar> such as ``house``, ``club hall``, ``father`` and etc., the reasons why this work is considered as a work for ``only Japan`` and ``only Ghibli``. can be found in the aspects of the subject, characters, and background.

비파 잎 추출물의 항산화 및 항균활성

전처리와 추출용매에 따른 비파 잎의 항산화활성 비교에서, 열수 추출물보다 80% ethanol 추출물에서 상대적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 특히, RLE에서 DPPH radical 소거능은 SC50이 1.71 ㎎/mL로 가장 강한 효과를 보였으며, nitric oxide 소거능에서도 높은 활성을 보였다. 이는 total phenolic compound와 total flavonoid 함량 측정에서 각각 215.4 ㎎/g, 110.3 ㎎/g으로 가장 높은 함량을 보인 결과와 상당한 관계성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 건조 조건별로는 건조를 실시하지 않은 RL이 가장 높은 항산화 활성을 나타내었으며, FL과 DL 순으로 나타났다. 다만 열수 추출물 가운데에서 FLW가 DPPH radical 소거능 측정 결과 다른 열수 추출물(RLW, DLW)보다 높은 소거능을 보였다. 또한 가열건조와 동결건조 한 시료를 비교하면 FL이 DL보다 상대적으로 더 높은 항산화 활성을 보였다. 이는 비파 잎을 기능성 소재로서 이용할 경우 생잎을 바로 이용하는 것이 가장 높은 활성을 기대할 수 있지만 불가피하게 건조를 해야 할 경우 가열건조보다는 동결건조를 선택하는 것이 생리활성물질의 보존에 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 한편 FL의 추출수율을 함께 고려할 경우 항산화 활성은 RL보다 다소 낮지만 추출수율은 RL에 비해 약 2배 정도 높으므로 동결건조가 유리할 수도 있음을 보여주는 결과이기도 하다. 이와 함께 항균활성 실험에서는 RLE가 거의 모든 균주에 대해서 가강 강한 생육저해 활성을 보였다. 다만 건조를 실시한 시료의 경우 MRSA와 S. aureus 균주에 대해서 FL이나 DL 모두 열수 추출물이 상대적으로 높은 항균효과를 가지는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이와 함께 비파 잎 추출물이 항생제에 내성을 가진 MRSA에 대해서 강한 항균효과를 나타낸 것은 비파잎을 활용한 천연 항균물질 개발 가능성을 밝게 하는 결과라고 판단된다. 각 추출물의 세포독성의 정도를 알아보기 위해 MTT assay 이용한 Raw 264.7의 세포생존율을 측정한 결과, RLE가 가장 양호한 세포보호 효과를 보였으며, 80% ethanol 추출물의 세포독성이 열수 추출물보다 낮아 세포보호효과가 높은 것으로 측정되었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 비파 잎을 항산화 및 항균성 소재로 활용하고자 할 경우 RLE가 가장 유용한 방법이 될 수 있다. 다만 건조의 과정을 필수적으로 거쳐야하는 경우에는 가열건조보다는 동결건조를 이용하는 것이 생리활성 측면에서 바람직한 것으로 사료된다. Antioxidative, antimicrobial activities and Raw 264.7 cell viability as cytotoxicity of various solvent extracts from leaf of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. dried by different methods were investigated for processing as functional ingredient. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, RLE (80% EtOH extract of raw leaf) and FLE (80% EtOH extract of freeze-dried leaf) exhibited strong scavenging effect on 300 ㎛ DPPH radical solution (1.71 ㎎/mL and 2.11 ㎎/mL for RLE SC50 and FLE SC50). Also in nitric oxide scavenging activity, RLE and FLE showed strong activities (83.9% and 82.2% in 5 ㎎/mL sample concentration). Total phenolic compound contents of each extracts were found to be 73.7~215.4 ㎎/g and RLE was showed the highest phenolic compound content. Also, total flavonoid contents were found to be 24.85~110.3 ㎎/g and RLE was showed the highest flavonoid content. In antimicrobial activity, RLE was showed higher growth inhibition effect against all microbial strains. RLE, RLW (hot water extract of raw leaf), and FLW (hot water extract of freeze-dried leaf) exhibited strong antimicrobial activities against MRSA and S. aureus. In measurement of cytotoxicity by MTT assay, Raw 264.7 cell viabilities of 80% EtOH extracts showed better effect than water extracts. Especially viability of RLE was found be over 100% in every tested sample concentration.

발자크의 「Le Père Goriot고리오 영감」연구

Dire que Balzac est le précurseur du réalisme littéraire en France ne pourrait soulever aucune objection. En effet, le réalisme a été considéré comme transcrire scupuleusement le réel et le réalisme balzacien a pour but de faire voir les milieux tels qu'ils sont, ceci afin de suggérer les personnages qui s'y trouvent. Dans les oeuvres balzaciennes il y a une correspondance presque parfaite entre les milieux et les personnages. Mais la littérature ne peut être une représentation fidèle et transparent du monde. Pour mieux montrer le monde, Balzac a recours à son intuition et arrive à créer l'illusion du vrai. Ainsi à travers les méthodes descriptives de Balzac, on peut découvrir qu'il est à la fois l'observateur du réel et le visonnaire. Les scènes fantastiques de ses romans dits réalistes ne sont donc provenues que de sa faculté intuitive de voir meme les côtés invisibles. Etant donné que le rôle du romancier est d'exprimer le réel, non de le décrire, il est nul doute que Balzac est un romancier réaliste 'idéal' qui donne avec succès l'illusion du réel.

SDN 환경에서 서버 상태 기반 가중치 부하분산 기법

코로나-19 판데믹 이후 언택트 문화의 확산과 다양한 유형의 데이터를 생성하는 4차 산업 혁명으로 이전과는 비교되지 않을 정도로 많은 데이터가 생성되었다. 이는 보다 높은 데이터 처리율을 요구하게 되었고, 벤더와 하드웨어를 중심으로 하는 기존 네트워크 체계의 한계를 조금씩 드러나게 하였다. 최근 이런 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 사용자와 소프트웨어 중심의 SDN이 주목받고 있다. 또한, SDN을 기반으로 한 부하분산 기법은 방대하고 다양한 데이터를 생성하고 처리하는 데이터 센터의 서버 클러스터의 부하분산 영역에 효율을 높여 줄 것으로 보인다. 본 논문은 기존 SDN 부하분산 연구들과 달리 모니터링 기법을 통한 주기적인 확인 아닌 이벤트 발생에 따라 컨트롤러가 서버의 상태를 확인하고, 부하율에 따른 가중치를 부여하여 사용자의 요청을 할당하는 부하분산 기법을 제안하고 있다. 소기 실험결과 제안기법이 대조기법과 비교하여 3%가량 균등한 부하분산 효과를 보여 소기의 성과를 보였기에 규모가 크고 패킷의 흐름이 많은 데이터 센터의 서버 클러스터에서의 좀 더 효과적일 것으로 기대된다. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the spread of the untact culture and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which generates various types of data, generated so much data that it was not compared to before. This led to higher data throughput, revealing little by little the limitations of the existing network system centered on vendors and hardware. Recently, SDN technology centered on users and software that can overcome these limitations is attracting attention. In addition, SDN-based load balancing techniques are expected to increase efficiency in the load balancing area of the server cluster in the data center, which generates and processes vast and diverse data. Unlike existing SDN load distribution studies, this paper proposes a load distribution technique in which a controller checks the state of a server according to the occurrence of an event rather than periodic confirmation through a monitoring technique and allocates a user's request by weighting it according to a load ratio. As a result of the desired experiment, the proposed technique showed a better equal load balancing effect than the comparison technique, so it is expected to be more effective in a server cluster in a large and packet-flowing data center.

Purpose: This is a phenomenological study exploring experiences of loneliness among older women adults who are living alone. Methods: Study participants were eight older adults who are living alone and they shared their experiences of loneliness. Data were analyzed by the Colaizzi’ phenomenological method. In-depth personal interviews were done from May 1 to August 1, 2014. Results: Based on this study, 5 categories and 10 cluster of themes were emerged. The 5 categories were as followed: preparing death alone, living alone, missing people, feeling sorry for uncaring children, and seeking something to lean on. Conclusion: This study implied that older women adults who are living alone suffer from sorrowfulness and preparing their end of life in sorrow. Therefore, we should reflect the identified meanings of the loneliness in this study to create support systems for older women adults living alone in the community.

Online LC-DPPH 측정 시스템을 활용한 환삼덩굴 추출물의 Radical 소거 활성 성분 분석

Humulus japonicus is a species that disrupts the ecosystem by interfering with the survival of other plants due to its ability to grow attached to other objects or plants and its prolific reproductive capacity. In order to increase the utilization of H. japonicus, an analysis was conducted on the major antioxidant active compounds present in H. japonicus extract. 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity was measured simultaneously with liquid chromatograph (LC) separation, and then UV spectrum measurement and mass spectrometer (MS) analysis were performed for the identified radical scavenging active compound peak. Through literature review and reference standard analysis, it was confirmed that the active compound was luteolin-7-O-glucoside. In quantitative analysis, the content of luteolin-7-O-glucoside in the extract was found to be 0.702 mg/ml, which is about 1.4% of the dried H. japonicus sample. Luteolin-7-O-glucoside is more water-soluble than luteolin, the aglycone of this compound, and has been reported to have various physiological activities, so it should be treated importantly in research using H. japonicus.

유엔해양법협약상 해양과학조사와 운용해양학 개념의 정합성에 관한 연구

해양법협약은 유연한 개정이 어려워 과학기술 발전에 따라 새로이 발명된 기술이나 장비, 또는 활동에 대하여 명확한 법적 근거를 제시하지 못하는 측면이 있다. 최근에 논의되고 있는 운용해양학의 개념은 해양법협약상 해양과학조사와 비슷한 측면이 존재하지만, 명확한 용어가 명시되어 있지 않기 때문에 해석상 혼동이 되는 측면이 있으며, 따라서 해양법협약을 기반으로 한 운용해양학의 개념과 적용 법리에 대한 국제사회의 의견이 나뉘고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 운용해양학의 법적 정의를 내리고자 하는 것이 아니며, 운용해양학의 법적 모호성으로 인해 고려될 수 있는 문제점을 식별해보고, 국내에 어떻게 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 예측하는데 있다. 연구결과, 운용해양학은 ‘법률을 무기로서 사용한다’는 개념인 법률전에 사용될 가능성이 있으며, 추후 국제사회의 논의에 따라 해양경계획정 갈등이 있는 국가 사이에도 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 보았다. 이와 같은 상황은 우리나라와도 무관하지 않으며, 이에 첨언으로서 기초적인 대응방안을 고찰하고자 하였다. The Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS) is difficult to amend flexibly, so it does not provide a clear legal basis for newly invented technology, equipment, or activities due to the development of science and technology. The concept of operational oceanography recently discussed is similar to marine scientific research(MSR) in UNCLOS, but it is confusing in interpretation because no clear terms are specified, so the international community's opinions on the concept of operational oceanography and applied law are divided. The purpose of this paper is not to define the legal definition of operational oceanography, but to identify problems that may be considered due to the legal ambiguity of operational oceanography and to predict how they can affect Korea. As a result, operational oceanography is likely to be used in “Lawfare”, the concept of ‘using law as a weapon', and it could affect countries with maritime boundary delimitation issues depending on the results of future international discussions. This situation is not irrelevant to Republic of Korea, and as an addition to this, this study tried to consider basic countermeasures.
