        제주특별자치도 직업계고 교사의 인식에 기반한 직업계고 문제점 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary for constructing measures for restructuring Jeju vocational high schools and improving constitution by investigating the central phenomenon and influencing conditions for the problems faced by vocational high schools targeting Jeju vocational high school teachers. For this purpose, 9 Jeju vocational high schools and 4-5 teachers per school participated in the FGI interview. The transcribed interview data was analyzed according to the analysis method of grounded theory in the stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and the main research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the problems of vocational high schools recognized by Jeju vocational high school teachers, 149 semantic units, 47 subcategories, and 19 categories were derived. Second, teachers of Jeju vocational high schools are suffering from 'grade-oriented vocational high school career decision culture', 'intensification of preference for going to college rather than employment', 'weakening of students' willingness to work', and 'lack of ability to decide career after graduation'. It was seen that the central phenomenon of 'inconsistency between career decision and preparation direction' appeared. In addition, contextual conditions such as 'parent's culture of emphasis on academic relations', 'negative perception of vocational high school', 'deficient network of high school graduate employment system between industry and local subjects', 'mismatch of employment available companies by affiliates', and 'different recruitment by region' were considered to affect the process of determining students' careers and setting directions. However, it was found that 'Vocational high school teachers' efforts to innovate classes' and 'Vocational high school teachers' efforts to improve class expertise' mediate the central phenomenon, and efforts were made to solve the immediate problems of each school through 'approaching the curriculum to improve basic competency', 'operation of various Vocational high school curriculum', and 'setting the direction of curriculum restructuring by student level'. Furthermore, it was believed that the problems of Vocational high schools would be resolved if ‘support for cooperation with education offices related to school entrance and employment paths’ and ‘support for individual schools for smooth operation of curriculum’ were strengthened. Third, Vocational high school system restructuring based on the perceptions of teachers at vocational high schools was derived into four types: ‘College entrance-linked type’, ‘Regional vitalization industry-linked type’, ‘Basic competency reinforcement type’, and ‘Career competency reinforcement type'.

        직장인 성인학습자의 학습특성이 학습성과에 미치는 영향과 일-삶의 균형의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to identify the correlations between adult learners’ characteristics, their work-life balance, and with their learning outcomes, and to verify the mediating effect of work-life balance between the variables. 302 adult learners who are currently working and participating educational institutions were selected as questionnaire survey participants. The result of the study shows that the characteristics of working adult learners had a positive effect on learning outcomes such as learner satisfaction,social networks and improvement in expertise, indicating that learner characteristics and learning outcomes are closely correlated. The study also confirmed that work-life balance had a mediating effect between characteristics of an adult learner and their learning outcomes . Academic bonding and academic efficacy had a positive effect on work-leisure balance and work-growth balance, while work-leisure balance and work-growth balance had a positive effect on learning outcomes. Result from the study indicates that it is important to develop a social atmosphere where work-life balance is encouraged so that adult learners with jobs can consistently participate in life-long learning. 본 연구는 직장인 성인학습자의 학습특성과 학습성과와의 영향관계를 규명하고, 일-삶의균형이 이들 관계에서 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 남녀구분 없이 평생교육프로그램 참여 경험이 있는 25세 이상의 직장인 성인학습자 302명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 직장인 성인학습자의 학습특성인 학습가치, 학습애착, 학습효 능감은 학습성과인 삶의 질, 학습 만족도, 사회적 네트워크, 전문능력, 자기주도학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 일-삶의 균형의 하위변인인 일-가족 균형을 제외한 일-여가 균형과 일-성장 균형이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 직장인의 일-삶의 균형이 조직과 개인의 성과 향상에 기여함은 물론 학습성과까지 창출할 수 있는 요인임을 밝혔다는 데서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 즉 학습에 대한 관심과 자신감, 애착을 보이는 직장인 성인학습자들은 일, 여가, 자기개발의 균형을 이룸으로써 이는 자신이 성장한다는 의식을 갖게 하고 직장인으로서의 삶의 만족과 원만한 대인관계형성은 물론 사회생활에 필수적인 전문능력을 높인다는 점을 알 수 있다. 평생학습 참여자의 주요 대상인 직장인 성인학습자의 학습특성을 파 악하고 학습성과를 극대화하기 위한 일환으로 일과 삶의 균형을 연계할 수 있는 평생교육 관점에서의 함의와 방안을 제언하였다.

        막심 고리키와 오리엔탈리즘

        Ориентализм М. Горького - одна из важнейших тем для того, чтобы на современном этапе горьковедения преодолеть односторонную интерпретацию и понять мысль и творчество писателя по новой пармдигме. Взгляды на восток имели у Горького многозначный смысл, наполялись в разные периоды его жизни и творчества различным содержанием. И это существенно меняется и усложняется в художественных произведениях. В ранних произведениях М. Горького понятие <активность> и пассивное созерцательное <восточное стремление> несознательно и противоречиво связываются друг с другом, хотя бы на основе преобладания первого. Во второй период творчества писателя понятие <активность> сменяется крайним западничеством и отвращением к востоку особенно в публицистических статьях, но не всегда так же в художественных произведениях, в которых ещё глубже выражается восточное духовное начало. В последние годы жизни Горького взгляды на восток более не становятся противоречивыми западничеству и миропониманию <активность>. Горький, примирявшись с прежним крайним отвращением к востоку, стремится создать новый художественный образ на основе нового ориентализма. Изучение процесса развития ориентализма М. Горького позволяет читать его произведения по новому точке зрения, например рассказы <Старуха Изергиль> и <Челкаш>, повести <Мать> и <Исповедь>, и рассказ <Отшельник> и роман <Жизнь Клима Самгина> и другие, и поможет понять правильно авторскую позицию в статьях <Две души> и <О русском крестьянстве>.
