        There are various water treatment technologies, among them, the photocatalyst can be applied anywhere with light, but the photocatalyst have been obtain excellent results only under the UV. So we report a simple and mild method for synthesis of TiO<sub>2</sub>/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/metal nanohybrids. They can be activated under the visible light and reused. When we synthesized the nanohybrids, the synthesis process proceeded in two steps. First, TiO<sub>2</sub>/Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanohybrids were synthesized with TiO<sub>2</sub>, PEG, hexylamine, water and Fe(ClO<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub> at the reaction temperature of 95°C in air atmosphere. Second, Pd or Pt nanoparticles were adhered on them using the metal precursor. These nanohybrids were analyzed by Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) and measured their photocatalytic properties by UV-vis spectrophotometer.

        집단작업치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 우울 감소와 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 효과

        목적 : 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 집단작업치료를 실시하여 우울감소와 사회적 상호작용 증진에 미치는 효과를 살펴봄으로써 우울감을 갖은 뇌졸중 환자에게 집단작업치료 프로그램 적용 효과를 규명하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2011년 8월 8일부터 2011년 10월 7일 까지 광주 C병원에 입원하여 작업치료를 받고 있는 뇌 손상 환자 중에 연구 참여에 동의한 6명의 환자를 대상으로, 매주 2회씩 60분 동안 집단작업치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 결과 : 우울감은 평균 18.71에서 14.14점으로 중한우울 상태에서 가벼운 상태로 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 사회적 상호작용 능력은 평균 .45에서 1.12점으로 증진하였으며, 11∼15세의 사회적 상호작용 질이 22∼29세로 향상된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 집단작업치료 프로그램을 통해 우울감소와 사회적 상호작용이 증진에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 많은 대상으로 우울감 및 사회적 상호작용 능력에 미치는 효과와 작업치료프로그램 개발에 대한 연구가 이루어지기 바란다. Objective : Treatment of stroke patients conducted by the therapeutic group activity decreased depression and to promote social interaction by examining the effect of depression treatment program every stroke applied to the working group is to identify the effect. Methods : From August 8, 2011 to October 7, 2011 by Guangzhou C work in the hospital being treated for brain injury patients in the study agreed to participate in one of six patients, two times 60 minutes per week working group therapy program was carried out. Results : The mean depression severe depression from 18.71 to 14.14 points while the light condition significantly decreased. Social interaction skills enhancement point average was 0.45 to 1.12, 11 to 15 years the quality of the social interaction is improved from 22 to 29 showed that height. Conclusions : The therapeutic group activity with occupational therapy program reduce depression and to promote social interaction showed that the effect. Forward to many destinations on depression and social interaction skills in the development of effective treatment programs and research work will come to be.

        어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers’work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers’ professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers’work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers’ professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers’own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

        고등학교 오케스트라 내의 사회적 관계 연구

        The study aims to analyze differences in social relationships within a high school orchestra according to gender, grade, musical instruments, the concertmaster, performance experiences, school type and the different types of orchestra with regard to high school orchestra members. Social classes and social interactions within high school orchestras turned out to have significant differences according to gender, musical instruments, period of experiences in orchestral performance, school type and orchestral types. In addition, social significance of high school orchestras turned out to have significant differences according to school types. In this regard, it seems necessary to pay attention to social relationships within school orchestras for teenage students, and it also suggests the importance of continuous research on social aspects of school orchestras.

        Shewanella putrefaciens DK-1의 Fe(III) 환원 특성

        Microbial Fe(III) reduction is an important factor for biogeochemical cycle in anaerobic environments, especially sediment of freshwater such as lakes, ponds and rivers. In addition, the Fe(III) reduction serves as a model for potential mechanisms for the oxidation of organic compounds and the reduction of toxic heavy metals, such as chrome or uranium. Shewanella putrefaciens DK-1 was a gram-negative, facultative anaerobic Fe(III) reducer and used ferric ion as a terminal electron acceptor for the oxidation of organic compounds to $CO_{2}$ or other oxidized metabolites. The ability of reducing activity and utilization of various electron acceptors and donors for S. putrefaciens DK-1 were investigated. S. putrefaciens DK-1 was capable of using a wide variety of electron acceptor, including $NO_{3}^{-}$, Fe(III), AQDS, and Mn(IV). However, its ability to utilize electron donors was limited. Lactate and formate were used as electron donors but acetate and toluene were not used. Fe(III) reduction of S. putrefaciens DK-l was inhibited by the presence of either $NO_{3}^{-}$ or $NO_{2}^{-}$. Further S. putrefaciens DK-1 used humic acid as an electron acceptor and humic acid was re-oxidized by nitrate. Environmental samples showing the Fe(III)-reducing activity were used to investigate effects of the limiting factors such as carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus on the Fe(III) reducing bacteria. The highest Fe (III) reducing activity was measured, when lactate as a carbon source and S. putrefaciens DK-1 as an Fe(III) reducer added in untreated sediment samples of Cheon-ho and Dae-ho reservoirs. Shewanella putrefaciens DK-1은 그람음성, 통성 혐기성 세균으로 $NO_{3}$, Fe(III), Mn(IV), humic acid와 같은 다양한 전자수용체를 이용한다. S. putrefaciens DK-1의 전자공여체의 이용능력은 제한적이며, lactate나 formate는 좋은 전자공여체로 이용되지만 acetate나 toluene은 이용하지 못하였다. 다양한 전자수용체간의 경쟁을 살펴보기 위해 전자수용체로 Fe(III)와 같이 $NO_{3}^{-}$, $NO_{2}^{-}$를 넣어 주었을 매 Fe(III)의 환원은 저해되었다. 또한 5. putrefaciens DK-1은 전자수용체로 토양에 광범위하게 존재하는 humic acid를 이용하였으며, 환원된 humic acid는 질산염에 의해서 다시 산화되었다. Fe(III) 환원능이 있는 환경 시료를 이용하여 탄소, 질소, 인과 같은 제한 요인이 Fe(III) 환원세균의 활성에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 천호지의 저질토와 대호의 농토에 각각 탄소원, 질소원, 인을 첨가해 주었을 경우 S. putrefaciens DK-1과 탄소원을 동시에 첨가해 주었을 때 가장 높은 철 환원능을 보여주었다.

      • 웹 게시판 비속어 처리 프로그램의 설계 및 구현

        기존의 웹 게시판 비속어 처리 프로그램들은 입력 차단형이라는 한계성 때문에 비속어의 모양이 조금만 변형이 되어도 비속어를 차단하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 한계성을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 인터넷의 열려있는 게시판에 대해 분석 및 삭제/치환하는 감시형 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 웹 상의 비속어 패턴을 분류하였고 이를 바탕으로 이러한 패턴들을 분석할 수 있는 토크나이저를 개발하였다. 그리고 각 게시판에 대한 토크나이징 및 비속어 삭제/치환 모듈을 스레드로 구현하여 각각 병렬적으로 작업제어가 되도록 구현하였다. 이 프로그램을 웹 게시판의 데이터에 실험적으로 작동시킨 결과 대부분의 비속어를 검출하여 91.9%의 재현율을 보였으나 형태소적 변형 비속어와 문맥적 비속어의 검출에는 다소 미흡함을 나타내었다. 이 프로그램은 품사적, 의미적 중의어와 문맥적 비속어의 처리에 있어서 이 프로그램의 수동모드의 확장을 통해 앞으로 더욱 보완되어야 할 것이다. 이 프로그램은 게시판 사용자들을 적절한 단어사용에로 유도하며, 공공기관, 학교, 방송국 등의 게시판 관리자의 수작업을 대체해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The existing swearing remover programs could not have blocked even slightly transformed swearings because of their input blocking properties. To overcome these defects, this paper implemented a supervising program which analysize and remove/replace swearings on web board. For this purpose this paper first classified the patterns of swearings on web board and then implemented a tokenizer which can analysize those patterns. The module tokenizing and removing/replacing swearings on each web board was implemented as a thread so that it could be parallely controlled. As a result of running this Program on some web boards , we found out it had detected almost of the swearings as 91.9% of recall but it could not meet our purpose sufficiently on morphological transformed swearings and swearings in context. So the studies will be continued about processing on morphological ambiguous words, ambiguous words in meaning and sweaings in context by extracting this program's manual mode. We expect this program could induce the users to proper usage of words and replace the manual works of web board managers in schools, public bodies, broadcasting stations etc.
