      • 햄스터 oval cell의 간흡충감염 후 담관암으로의 분화에 관한 세포병리학적 연구

        Oval cell is considered as facultative precursor cells for both hepatocytes and biliary cells, as well as origin of hepatocellar and cholangiocellular carcinoma (CCC) during carcinogenesis or toxic liver injury. To clarify the cellular origin or differentiation of cholagiocarcinogenesis, the fate of carcinogen-induced oval cells was pathologically and phenotypically chased in Syrian golden hamster liver after Clonorchis sinensis (CS) infection which would give rise to a promoting effect. Two week treatment of hamsters with 0.005% diethylnitrosamine (DEN) followed by 2 week treatment of 1% 2-acetylaminofluorene (AAF) under choline deficient diet resulted in massive proliferation of BrdU labeled and PCNA positive oval cells showing various distinct morphology, histochemical and immunohistochemical phenotypes for GGT, cytokeratin 19 and OV-6. Oval cells also frequently form ductular-like structures or phenotypically show hepatocyte-like characteristics. After CS infection, the oval cells showed sequential morphological changes to atypical proliferating bile ductules and all hamsters thereafter developed well differentiated and anaplastic CCC at 16 week after CS infrection. In electron microscopy, some bile ductules were constructed by intermediate oval cells and bile ductular cells surrounded by thick basement membrane. The results of this study strongly suggest that CCC developed in the present study were originated from hepatic stem-like oval cells, supporting the theory of stem cell origin of cancers. In addition, this hamster model would be valuable for the molecular mechanistic study during chemical-triggered cholangiocarcinogenesis.

        한강하구 염하수로 주변에서의 조석·조류 비대칭과 창·낙조 우세 분석

        한강하구 염하수로 주변의 조석 조류 변형과 창 낙조 우세를 분석하기 위해서 4개 정점에서 동기간에 관측한 조류자료와 기 관측된 조석자료를 분석하였다. 조석 및 조류의 변형 정도는 $M_4/M_2$ 진폭비를 분석한 결과 상류로 갈수록 증가하며, 조석의 상대 위상차($2M_2-M_4$)를 계산하면 모든 정점의 값이 $180^{\circ}C$ 이하로 창조 우세를 보여준다. 그러나 조류자료의 통계분석 결과를 보면 조석 조화상수의 상대 위상차 결과와는 다르게 최강 평균 낙조가 창조에 비하여 강하게 나타나며, 정조시각을 이용하여 창조, 낙조 지속시간을 계산하면 낙조 지속시간이 길게 나타난다. 각 조류 관측정점의 주축 방향 유속성분의 상관도를 분석한 결과 인천항 이후 염하수로 북쪽입구까지는 상관도 값이 0.9 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 조류 분석결과에서 보여지는 낙조가 우세하고 낙조 지속시간이 긴 형태의 원인을 분석하기 위해서 조화분해 결과를 재구성하였다. 주 분조($M_2$)와 천해 분조($M_4$)를 결합하면 창조가 우세하고 낙조 지속시간이 긴 전형적인 창조우세 형태의 곡선이 나타난다. 그러나 이 곡선에 조류 성분의 산술 합으로 계산한 비 조류성분(잔차류)의 값을 더하면 낙조가 강해지고 낙조 지속시간이 긴 형태로 나타난다. 즉, 천해분조에 의해서 발생하는 상류방향의 흐름을 극복하는 담수와 하구 비선형 효과에 의해서 생성되는 장주기 조류성분과 같은 낙조방향의 평균적인 흐름이 존재하기 때문에 독특한 낙조심화 현상이 염하수로에서 나타난다. Han River estuary (HRE) is located at the middle of the western coast of Korea, and tidal currents were measured at 4 stations in this estuary during the winter season, and previously observed tide data was analyzed. The results of amplitude ratio of $M_4/M_2$ showed that increasing upward to estuary in the HRE. Tide harmonic constants of relative phase $2M_2-M_4$ represent flood dominance, with under 180 degree. But this method has a limit of analysis that typically based on the non-linear distortion of the tidal current in tidal lagoon system where freshwater discharge is assumed to be relatively small. The results of statistically tidal current data indicated that ebb current velocity would be great unlike tide data. Ebb and flood duration time is calculated by slack time of tidal current showed that ebb duration time is longer than flood. The results of correlation of analysis show high value (0.9) between tidal current stations from Incheon harbor to north entrance of Yeomha channel. We reconstructed to find the reasons for the features of ebb dominance the results of harmonic analysis. As major component ($M_2$) in combination with shallow water component ($M_4$), the tidal curve was presented flood dominance that has a flood current is stronger. However, these curve were changed to ebb dominance add up the non-harmonic components that had ebb direction flow by calculated tidally averaged current. The characteristic of enhancement on ebb is showed around the Yeomha channel in the HRE, because averaged flow which acts seaward such as long-term tidal current components due to non-linear effect and freshwater which overcome the flood current.

        서해 5도 주변해역에서 출현하는 홍어(Okamejei kenojei)의 식성

        The feeding habits of ocellate spot skate (Okamejei kenojei) were studied by analysis of stomach contents. Specimens of O. kenojei (n=379) were collected in the cosatal waters five west Islands of the Korea, monthly from January to December 2019. The size of O. kenojei ranged from 5.9 to 34.5 cm in disc width (DW). O. kenojei was consumed mainly macrura (77.9%) and pisces (21.9%) in % IRI. But, brachyura, stomatopoda, cephalopods, and others showed a low ratio. The macruara feeding rate was highest in summer, whereas the proportion of pisces was the higher in winter than other seasons. 2019년 1월부터 12월까지 서해5도 주변해역에서 채집된 홍어 379개체의 위내용물 조성을 조사하였다. 홍어의 체반장은 5.9~34.5 cm의 범위를 보였고, 새우류가 가장 우점한 먹이생물 분류군으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 어류의 비율이 높았고, 그 외 집게류, 갑각류, 두족류 등이 낮은 비율로 섭식되었다. 새우류의 비율은 하계에서 가장 낮은 비율을 보였고, 동계에서는 높았으며, 어류는 하계에서는 높았고, 동계에서는 낮게 나타났다.

        싸이클로헥센 증기 공정에 의한 산소량이 적은 실리콘카바이드 섬유의 개발

        A chemical vapor curing method(CVC) was developed to cure polycarbosilane(PCS) fibers by using cyclohexene vapour as a non-oxygen active reactant, instead of air in oder to prepare the silicon carbide(SiC) fiber with low oxygen content. A cross-linked PCS fibers by cyclohexene vapor showed a completely different variation in IR spectra in comparison to the air-cured PCS fiber. CVC method resulted in less than 3 wt% in oxygen content. In this experiment conditions, The average tensile strength and modulus of SiC fiber obtained by CVC had 1995 MPa and 183 GPa respectively, which is higher than that of SiC fiber prepared by air-curing process.

        당진 난지도 주변해역에서 분포하는 부유성 난 및 자치어의 종조성

        The ichthyoplanktons were sampled to study distribution of the ichthyoplankton in coastal waters of Nanji-Island in August and November 2015 and January and May 2016. During the study, fish eggs of eight different species were collected. Engraulis japonicus was the most dominant species which accounted 44.80%. Sebastes schlegeli comprised 31.39% of the total larvae and juveniles. The diversity index of species per month of the collected juveniles at Nanji Island from 2015 to 2016 was 0.598-1.770 and the evenness index was 0.432-0.761. In case of dominance index was 0.619-0.897 against the evenness index. The analyzed species diversity index by the each station was 0.818-1.945 and the dominance index was 0.492-0.897 against the species diversity index. The months of August and May exhibited similar results. In addition, the community structure was very similar in state 2 and state 3.

        서해 5도 주변해역의 어류군집 특성에 관한 연구

        Species composition and seasonal variations of fish in the Five West Sea Islands in Korea, were investigated by using otter trawls and bongo nets from 2014 to 2015. During the surveyed period using an otter trawl, a total of 53 species, 147,253 ind./km2 and 2,721,296 g/km2 of fish were collected by otter trawls. The individual dominant species were Chaeturichthys stigmatias (30.3%), Coilia nasus (18.2%), Engraulis japonicus (12.3%), and Setipinna tenuifilis (12.2%).Moreover, the biomass dominant species in biomass were Liparis tanakae (21.3%), Beringraja pulchra (18.5%), Engraulis japonicus (8.3%) and Okamejei kenojei (8.1%). Eggs by bongo nets included 1,748 ind./1,000 m3 of Engraulis japonicus and 64,691 ind./1,000 m3 of unidentified species. A total of 15 species and 2,015 ind./1,000 m3 of fish larvae were collected, and the dominant species were Johnius belengerii and Pholis fangi 서해5도 연안에 출현하는 어류의 종조성 및 군집의 계절별 변동을 알아보기 위해 2014부터 2015년까지 2월, 5월, 8월, 11월에 난자치어 및 어획 조사를 실시하였으며, 조사기간 동안 출현한 어류는 총 11목 31과 53종의 분류군이 출현하였고, 전체 조사기간 중 어획된 총 개체수는 137,392 ind./㎢, 생체량은 2,720,846.2 g/㎢이었다. 개체수 기준 우점종을 살펴보면, 쉬쉬망둑 (30.3%), 웅어(18.2%), 멸치 (12.3%), 반지(12.2%)였다. 생체량 기준 우점어종은 꼼치(21.3%), 참홍어(18.5%), 멸치(8.3), 홍어(8.1%) 순으로 나타났다. 봉고네트에서 채집된 멸치 어란은 1,748 ind./1,000 ㎥ 미동정 어란은 64,691 ind./1,000 ㎥ 이 출현하였다. 자치어에서는 총 4목 10과 15종의 분류군이 출현하였다. 자치어는 총 2,015 ind./1,000㎥ 출현하였고, 그 중 민태와 흰베도라치가 우점하였다.
