Role of Adenosine and Protein Kinase C in the Anti-ischemic Process of Ischemic Preconditioning in Rat Heart

허혈전처치(IP)의 히혈-재관류손상에 대한 심근 보호작용의 기전을 규명하기 위한 일환으로 denosine에 의한 PKC자극이 허혈전처치의 주요 기전으로 작용할 가능성을 조사하였다. 흰쥐 적출심장의 Langendorff 관류 표본에서 실험적인 허혈(30분)-재관류(20분)손상을 유도하였고, 허혈전처치는 허혈-재관류 손상 유도 전에 5분 허혈-5분 재관류를 3회 반복하여 시행하였다. 심근 손상의 지표로 심수축기능, 세포질효소 유출을 측정하였다. Adenosine이 허혈전처치의 심보호 효과에 관여하는지를 관찰하기 위하여 adenosine수용체 억제제인 8-(p-sulfophenyl)-theophylline(SPT), Xanthine amine congener(XAC) 및 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine (DPCPX)을 허혈전처치 유도 전에 투여하였다. 또한 PKC가 허혈전처치의 세포내 매개인자로 관여 할 가능성을 관찰하기 위하여 PKC활성 억제제인 polymyxin B 및 chelerythrine과 PKC translocation 억제제인 colchicine을 허혈전처치 유도 전에 투여하였다. 연구성적은 다음과 같다. 1) 허혈전처치는 허혈재관류 심장의 심기능의 저하를 현저히 회복시켜 심기능 회복률은 75%에 달하였다. 2) 허혈-재관류 심장에서 lactate dehydrogenase유출증가는 허혈전처치에 의해 현저히 저하되었다. 3) Adenosine 비선택적 차단제인 SPT와 Al 선택적 차단제인 DPCPX 및 XAC의 투여가 허혈전처치에 의한 심기능회복 및 LDH 유출 감소에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 4) PKC활성 억제제인 polymyxin B 와 chelerythrine을 처치시 히혈전처치 심장의 심기능 회복률이 현저히 감소되었으며 LHD 유출 역시 대조군 심장의 수준으로 증가하였다. 5) PKC translocation을 방해하는 colchicine도 허혈전처치의 심보호 효과를 억제시켰다. 이상의 결과들로부터 adenosine은 흰쥐 심장에서 허혈전처치의 심보호효과에 중요한 세포외 매개물질로 작용할 가능성이 희박하며, PKC는 흰쥐 심장에서 허혈전처치시 세포내 매개 인자로 관여하여 허혈전처치에 의한 심보호효과에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있으리라 사료된다. The protective effect of 'ischemic preconditioning (IP)'on ischemia-reperfusion injury of heart has been reported in various animal species, but the mechanism is unclear. In an attempt to elucidate the mechanism of IP, we examined the effects of blockers against adenosine and protein kinase C in preconditioned heart of rat. The hearts perfused with oxygen-saturated Krebs-Henseleit solution by Langendorff method were exposed to 30 min global ischemia followed by 20 min reperfusion. IP was performed with three episodes of 5 min ischcmia and 5 min reperfusion just before ischemia-reperfusion. IP prevented the depression of contractile function and the myocardial contracture in the ischemic-reperfused heart and reduced the release of lactate dehydrogenase during the reperfusion period. Polymyxin B, chelerythrine and colchicine, PKC inhibitors, attenuated almost completely the anti-ischemic effect of IP, while adenosine receptor antagonists did not. These results indicate that PKC may be a crucial intracellular mediator in anti-ischemic action of IP in ischemic-reperfused rat heart, while adenosine may not be involved in the mechanism of IP.

卞季良 詩의 변모와 그 문학사적 의미

이 논문에서 春亭 卞季良의 漢詩에 주목하는 이유는 그것이 鮮初의 문학사적 전환을 예고하는 대표적인 사례이기 때문이다. 그의 시세계는 서로 이질적인 두 개의 작품군으로 형성되어 있다. 우선 조선 왕조에 출사하기 전에 창작된 前期 詩에서 춘정은 참신한 의경과 단련된 시어를 통해 비극적인 시대 인식을 전하는 한편 순결한 정신과 無慾의 삶에의 지향을 토로한다. 도학적 사유를 기반으로 한 이러한 정신적 지향은 不義한 외부세계와의 대결에서보다는 주로 세속적 욕망이 일어나는 자기 내면에 대한 성찰에서 파생한 것이었다. 결국 춘정의 전기 시는 道學을 수용하여 세계의 변혁과 인격적 정립을 기도했던 여말 지식인들의 문학과 그 氣息이 통한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 춘정이 조선 왕조에 출사한 후에 창작된 후기 시들은 시적 긴장을 상실한 산문적인 진술과 진부하고 상투적인 수사가 빈번히 나타나며 내용에 있어서도 자신과 세계에 대한 깊은 성찰을 보여주지 못한다. 이는 당대의 시대적 분위기 속에서 춘정의 정치적 이상의 실현이 철저히 차단됨에 따라 도학적 사유에 의한 정신적 긴장이 차츰 이완되어 갔음을 시사한다. 여말 신흥사대부의 신선하고 열정적인 문학세계가 춘정 당대에 와서 퇴조하기 시작한 것이다. The poetry of Pyeon Kyeryang whose pseudonym is Chunjeong could be severed into two categories - the first and the second periods - marked by his taking up an official appointment in The Chosun dynasty at the age of 29. In his earlier poems written in days of youth, he produced different, creative images, through which he tried to speak of his own modest life of being aware of order of nature, and a pure conscience of intellectuals who didn't in the least compromise with those of injustice. What should be focused on is that the mental inclination lying in his works in days of youth derived from his internal conflict. Leaning toward pureness originated in internal conflict inside him rather than struggle with outside temptation or suppression. The thing he had to grapple with was chiefly his thirst for attaining fame, involved with self-realization. However, becaused by death of father and lost of friend his attitude to life as a poet changed. He intended to seclude himself from the world as he valued integrity. He decided to underline responsibility of intellectuals toward people of the nation and change aggressively the disorganized society. At this time, his poems of the second period began to be produced. As his political ambition was frustrated, the poems consisted of prosaic narrations with no poetic strain and conventional rhetoric. When it comes to the themes, they lacked sharp insight into the world drastic introspection of his life. Mental strain caused by moral philosophy gradually faded away from his recognition. Finally, established on the combination of moral philosophy and letters, the novel, enthusiastic literature of intellectuals at the end of the Koryo dynasty began to be on the ebb in the Chosun dynasty.

Metal 3D printing based on laser sintering is important in various industrial fields. However, its limitations are be- ing revealed due to the need for expensive machines and metal powder. Meanwhile, wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is rapidly arising as an alternative technology thanks to its relatively economic cost. Despite the boom of WAAM, its advantages are not that clear, because the majority of the research to date has been based on relatively expensive facilities, of which the cold metal transfer (CMT) machine is representative. In this study, the WAAM process is being improved with general pulsed GMA to lower the barrier of high cost and facilitate the adoption of the WAAM process in actual manufacturing industries. All process parameters, such as current, voltage, welding speed, and CTWD were examined to figure out a proper synergic line for WAAM. As a result, a high sulfur pro- portion wire and proper process parameters could be suggested. Finally, the proposed synergic line successfully pro- duced a steel wall consisting of 10 layers with a thickness of 7.2 mm and a height of 22.4 mm, which can serve as an example of WAAM with pulsed GMA.

이곡 시에 있어서의 반성적 시선과 자유에의 지향

The distinctive feature of the Lee Gok's poetry is that it has the reflective line of vision. This, on the one hand, corresponds to that his poetry bears the character of description rather than that of figurization. But this doesn't mean that it is commonplace and not implicative. The reflective vision of his poems can be said to be the base of his many works which are profound as well as tranquil. But if you review this reflective vision again, you will find that it, on the other hand, involves an upright personality that preserves the integrity, submits to a poor but honest life, criticizes the turbid world of politics in those days, and has affection for the people. Therefore all the aspects of his poems come to be clear by looking into the stage reached by his reflective attitude to life based on his upright personality. There is Lee Gok's mental intention to live a worthy and meaningful life in his poems. In addition to an internal factor, this is because he failed politically though he entered on about ten official careers in the royal pale of Koryoˇ and Won. On this, the reflective vision expanded more, and several works that praised mental freedom appeared. Especially in the autumn, when he was 52 years old, he wrote such poems productively while he was on the Kwandong pleasure trip. In these poems of mental freedom, he contemplated the great scene or showed the inclination toward an universal truth. In addition, there also appeared a mental state that nature and self come to the same one. After all, it is considered that this mental way and his uneasiness at the political circumstance played an important role in formulating a taoist ideal of a confucian and his son Lee Saik.

金守溫 詩에 나타난 鮮初 詩風의 變化

이 논문은 乖崖 金守溫의 詩를 통해 15세기 관료 문인들의 시적 특성과 정신적 지향, 그리고 이를 추동한 사회, 문화적 요인을 탐색한 것이다. 괴애 시에 나타난 관료문인 한시의 특징은 성리학적 이념이나 규범에 긴박되지 않으려는 자유로운 정신과 그로부터 빚어진 弛緩의 美感과 관련된 것이다. 구체적으로 언급하자면 먼저 개별적인 사물에 대한 관심이 나타난다는 점을 지적할 수 있다. 이러한 관심은 博學을 추구하는 학문 태도와 맞물려 있는 것으로, 새 왕조의 문화 창달 과정에서 요구되는 현실주의적, 실용주의적 정신으로부터 비롯된 것이다. 괴애 시에 나타난 감각적인 묘사와 쾌락의 정서, 역시 15세기 한시의 특징이다. 이는 현세를 즐기고자 하는 인생태도를 시사하는데, 15세기 조선사회의 경제력 신장은 이러한 인생태도의 형성을 추동한 배경이라 할 수 있다. 괴애 시에 자주 표출된 해학성도 이 시기 한시의 새로운 특징이다. 이러한 해학성은 관료문인들이 世敎를 중시하는 사회 분위기 속에서 인생의 여유를 찾고자 한 데서 나타난 것이다. 또 다른 특색으로는 思想의 경계를 넘나드는 자유로운 정신이 나타난다는 점을 들 수 있다. 이는 시인의 불우한 삶에서 배태된 것이기도 하지만 건국 후 문화 창달을 주도한 관료문인들의 지적 태도에서 촉발된 것이기도 하다. 총체적으로 살펴보면, 15세기 한시의 특색은 관료문인들이 당대의 사회 분위기를 수용한 데서 나타났다고 할 수 있다. 건국 후의 사회적 안정과 문화 창달, 특히 신분제의 변화로 인해 15세기 조선사회는 활력이 넘치고 자유분방한 분위기가 조성되었다. 관료문인들은 이러한 시대의 공기를 호흡하여 문학을 변화시켰던 것으로 보인다. This paper, through Kim Su-on(金守溫)'s poems, examined the poetical characteristics and mental inclination of bureaucratic literary men and the social and cultural elements of the times. New aspects indicated in Goeae's poems are related to free spirit intending to escape from the idea or norm of Sung Confucianism and an esthetic sense of relaxation(弛緩) resulting from such spirit. To speak in concrete, the fact can be said that an interest in individual object appears. Such interest is linked to an learning attitude pursuing profound knowledge, originating from realistic and practical spirit required in the process of creating the culture of a new dynasty. The sensual depiction and emotion of pleasure are also characteristics of Chinese poetry. This implies a living attitude aiming at enjoying the present world, which can be said to having led to the economical growth of the Joeseon society in the 15th century. A vein of humor frequently represented in Goeae's poems is also a new characteristic of Chinese poems at that time. Such a vein of humor, under social atmosphere in which enlightenment of the world was stressed, resulted from the fact that bureaucratic literary men attempted to pursue a peaceful life. The last characteristic of Goeae's poems is that free spirit appears going in and out the boundary of Confucianism and Buddhist. The consciousness of a poet, ideologically free, was formed from not only a unhappy life but also the intellectual attitude of bureaucratic literary men who led cultural creation after establishment of a country. In the meantime, it can be said that the characteristic of Chinese poems in the 15th country originated from acceptance of free and unrestrained social atmosphere by bureaucratic literary men. Social stability due to putting system and civilization in good order and culture creation during the reign of King Sejong, especially, a change in system of social position created an active and unrestrained atmosphere of the Joseon Period in the 15th century. It seems that bureaucratic literary men changed their own literature, affected by such a tendency of the times.
