2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 사회 검정 교과서 체제 및 선정과정 탐색

Private publishers’ textbooks (social studies, math, and science) have been allowed as a national textbook since 2022 for the diversity of resources. Even though a number of social studies textbooks are published, only a few books are selected. To discover the reason, I analyzed eleven social studies textbooks for third and fourth grade in an elementary school and had in-depth interviews with teachers who once participated in textbook selections. As a result, the eleven new textbooks had similar flow and frameworks with existing textbooks and were less differentiated. Due to the lack of time and proper evaluation index, the external factors like the availability of a website as a teaching material contributed to the decision rather than the quality of the textbook. This policy was initially adopted to encourage-diversity in class. More various and articulate evaluation indexes and professionals who sincerely consider the teaching methods are needed for the improvement of the textbook selection process and ultimately for the diversity of textbooks in schools. ‘교과서 다양화 및 자유발행제의 추진 계획’에 따라 2022학년도부터 사회, 수학, 과학교과서가 검정 교과서로 전환되었다. 사회 교과서의 경우, 가장 많은 출판사가 검정 교과서를 출판하였으나 다양한 교과서가 고르게 선택되지는 않았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 원인을 파악하고자 3,4학년 검정 사회 교과서 11종을 선정률에 따라 비교 분석하고, 사회 교과서 선정에 참여한 초등 교사와의 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 교과서는 기존의 국정 교과서와 비슷하게 체제를 구성하고 있었고, 선정률 상위 집단과 하위 집단 간 구성 요소의 차이를 발견하기는 어려웠다. 한편 교사들은 평가 시간 및 평가 기준 부재로 인해 교과서 자체의 품질보다는 해당 출판사에서 제공하는 교수⋅학습사이트 등을 교과서 선정에 중요한 요소로 인식하고 있었다. 교과서 다양화는 교사마다 다양한 수업을 보장하기 위해서 도입된 제도이다. 이에 따라 전문성 있는 교과서 선정체계 고도화가 필요할 뿐더러, 선정 위원으로 참여하는 교사도 해당 교과서 활용 방안 등을 좀 더 심도 있게 고민하여 선정 과정에 참여할 필요가 있다.

저자들은 FAB의 만성골수성백혈병 분류에 대한 기준에서 비전형 만성골수성백혈병에 합당한 4예를 경험하였기에 보고하는바이다. 네 환자 모두 고연령에서 진단되었으며, 혈액검사에서 백혈구수 및 미성숙과립구의 증가와 단구 증가, 과립구이형성 소견을 보였으며 호염기구의 증가가 없었고, bcr-abl 융합유전자 검사상 음성이었으며, 골수검사상 95% 이상의 세포충실도를 보이고 현저한 과립구계 증식 및 조혈세포 이형성 소견을 보였다. 두환자는 3개월 이내에 사망하였으며, 두 환자는 hydroxyurea에부분관해 소견을 보이며 추적관찰 중이다. 비전형 만성골수성백혈병은 항암화학요법에 반응이 저조하고, 생존기간도 짧으나, 아세포기의 빈도는 아주 낮아 다른 임상경과를 보이는 것으로 알려져 있다. 앞으로 이 질환의 정확한 진단과 임상양상의 고찰을 위하여 말초혈액도말 및 골수검사 판독시 주의를 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Interleukin (IL)-4 inhibits proliferation of several human cancer cell lines in vitro. Although IL-4 is known to regulate proliferation of lymphocytes by modulating p27KIP1 expression, the mechanism involved in the IL-4-induced growth inhibition of nonhematopoietic cancer cells has not been fully elucidated. Previously, w e reported that IL-4 suppressed proliferation of human renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cell lines in vitro. Here, we show that IL-4 inhibits cell cycle progression at the G1 phase in Caki-1 cells by increasing the expression of p21WAF1 and interferon regulatory factor (IRF)-1, and decreasing the cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) 2 activity. Up-regulation of p21WAF1 and IRF-1 expression is transcriptional, but independent of p53. The levels of p21WAF1 and IRF-1 proteins were enhanced as early as 1 h after IL-4 treatment. CDK2 activity started to decline at 4 h after IL-4 treatment, and by 24 h, was ∼50% of the control. Neither the protein expressions of p27KIP1 and p16INK4a, nor the phosphorylation level of pRb was changed. The importance of p21WAF1 and IRF-1 in the growth inhibition induced by IL-4 was confirmed by antisense oligonucleotide transfection. Both of p21WAF1 and IRF-1 antisense oligonucleotides prevented IL-4-mediated growth inhibition by ∼30% compared to the respective sense oligonucleotides. In summary, our study indicated that p21WAF1 and IRF-1 mediate the growth inhibitory effect of IL-4 in human RCC cells.

Solid acid catalysts based on silica–alumina (SiO2-Al2O3) were used for promoting furfural productionfrom D-xylose, and the partial least squares model was applied to develop an empirical kinetic model. Considering the experimental error and measurement noise, 85% of variances for the output blockcomprising the D-xylose conversion and selectivities were used by employing three latent variables, andthe comparison between experimental and simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of themodel. The effects of the operating conditions, including xylose concentration, temperature, and spacevelocity were evaluated using the developed model, and optimal conditions for the maximum furfuralproductivity were determined.

성인 발달장애인의 평생과정설계를 위한 준비프로그램 효과성 연구

This study aims to construct and execute the preparation program about permanency process planning for the independence of adults with developmental disabilities, and measure the increase of independent competency. Study was designed in a pretest-posttest control group design. As a result, the individual and social cognitive independent competency of experimental group displayed a statistically significant increase based on the measurement period. Also, the experimental group displayed statistically higher individual and social cognitive independent competency than the control group. The individual and social behavioral independent competency of experimental group displayed a statistically significant increase based on the measurement period. Also, the experimental group displayed statistically higher individual and social behavioral independent competency than the control group. The practical implication of this study is in targeting adults with developmental disabilities, who had been excluded in future planning process, to construct a specific plan for future planning and the contents and structure of permanency process planning education program that can be utilized in the practice field. 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인의 자립을 위한 평생과정설계 준비프로그램을 구성, 실시하고 프로그램 참여에 따른 성인 발달장애인의 자립역량 증가정도를 검증하였다. 연구 설계는 사전·사후검사 통제집단 설계이다. 연구결과, 실험집단의 인지적 차원의 개인적·사회적 자립역량은 측정시기에 따라 통계적으로 각각 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 실험집단의 인지적 차원의 개인적·사회적 자립역량은 통제집단보다 통계적으로 각각 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 실험집단의 행동적 차원의 개인적·사회적 자립역량은 측정시기에 따라 통계적으로 각각 유의하게 증가하였다. 실험집단의 행동적 차원의 개인적·사회적 자립역량은 통제집단의 자립역량보다 통계적으로 각각 유의하게 높은 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 그동안 미래설계 과정에서 배제되어 왔던 발달장애인을 대상으로 하여 미래설계를 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고 실천현장에서 활용 가능한 평생과정설계 준비프로그램 내용과 체계를 구성하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다는 점에서 실천적 함의가 있다고 하겠다.
