골프 코스관리 비용 분석

본 연구는 골프장의 적정 코스관리 비용을 구명하고 국내 골프장 29개의 홀당 내장객당 비용과 골프장 8개의 항목별 및 장소별 비용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 홀 당 내장객이 증가할수록 홀 내장객당 비용이 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다. 2. 골프장 코스관리 비용을 결정하는 인자는 연 내장객, 코스면적, 운영형태, 코스자동화 시설 등이다. 3. 골프장의 단위면적당 코스관리 비용은 869원이었다. 4. 8개 골프장의 홀 당 평균 코스관리 비용은 44,325,000원이었다. 5. 골프장 코스관리 비용 중 인건비 비중이 가장 높았으며 인건비중 그린의 볼마크 보수 인건비가 홀 당 평균 4,163,000원 (26%)으로 가장 높았다. 6. 골프장 총 코스면적의 평균 30% 정도를 차지하는 페어웨이에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 $22%{\sim}44%$이며 그중 수입비료, 병충해 방제농약, 배토용 모래등의 구입비가 가장 많았다. 7. 총 코스면적의 평균 2% 정도를 차지하는 그린에 사용되는 재료비가 총 재료비용의 $28%{\sim}36%$이며, 입자형 비료, 미량원소비료, 토양개량제 등의 수입 제품으로 인해 그 구입비가 가장 많았다. 8. 농약 대용으로 미생물, 키토산 등의 친환경제제가 대신 사용된 경우 비용에서는 큰 차이가 없었다. The purpose of this study are to investigate the reasonable maintenance expense of golf course according to the size and management system of each golf course. The decisive cost factors for maintenance cost of golf course are the number of annual golfers, the total course size, the management system, and automation of course facilities. 3. Maintenance cost of golf courses contained the landscaping areas except for building and parking lots is $869^{\}/_{m^2}$ Korean won. 4. Average maintenance cost of 8 golf courses is $44,325,000^{\}/_{hole}$. 5. Labor cost marked the largest portion in the total cost. Among the items of labor cost, repair cost for green ball mark was the highest with the ratio of 26%(\4,163,000). 6. Material cost for Fairways which reaches 30% of the total area was composed of $22%{\sim}44%$ of the total cost of materials. Cost of imported fertilizers, pestcides for insects and diseases, and sands for top dressing was the highest. 7. Material cost for Green which reaches 2% of the total area was composed of $28%{\sim}36%$ of the total cost. Cost of imported products such as particle-shaped fertilizers, micro mineral fertilizers, and soil conditioners was the highest. 8. There is no difference in cost between chemical fertilizers and the environmentally friendly fertilizers even if environmentally friendly fertilizers using microorganism or chitosan materials are also expensive.

This study examined the mediating role of thriving at work in the relationship between organizational virtuousness and morale in Navy warship sailors of the Republic of Korea. Participants responded to the questionnaire survey, using Organizational Virtuousness Scale, Thriving at Work Scale and Military Morale Scale. Data were collected for 204 respondents. Results showed organizational virtuousness was significantly related to comfort morale and fighting morale, partially mediated by thriving at work. Our findings suggest that organizational virtuousness perceived by Navy sailors acts as a positive contextual enabler for promoting a sense of thriving at work, thereby fostering comfort morale and fighting morale. Finally, implications for theory and practice, limitations and future research directions are discussed.

감성모델을 이용한 음악 탐색 인터페이스

본 논문에서는 감성 모델을 이용하여 음악을 정렬한 후, 이를 바탕으로 음악을 탐색하는 인터페이스를 제안한다. 먼저 다양한 곡들에 대한 Arousal-Valence 요소를 설문조사 한 후, 곡들의 다양한 audio feature 들과 Arousal-Valence 요소들간의 상관관계를 계산하여, AV모델을 수립한다. 그 후, 다양한 음악들을 수립된 AV모델에 대하여 정렬을 하여 음악을 배치한 후, 이를 마우스를 이용하여 탐색하는 인터페이스를 제공한다. 기존의 관련 인터페이스보다 더욱 직관적으로 원하는 곡을 선택할 수 있게 하기 위해서, 마우스의 위치에 따라서 여러 음악들이 페이드 인/아웃 되게 하였으며, 여러 가지 모드의 인터페이스를 제공하여, 사용자가 가장 편리한 인터페이스를 사용할 수 있게 하였다. 사용자는 본 음악 탐색 인터페이스를 이용하여, 더욱 감정적으로 원하는 음악을 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 된다. In this paper, we introduce an interface for exploring music using emotional model. First, we survey arousal-valence factors of various music and calculate a correlation between audio fefatures of music and arousal-valence factors to build an AV model. Then, various music is aligned and arranged using the AV model and the user can explore music in this interface. To select the desired music more intuitively, we introduce new fade in/out function based on the location of the user's mouse point. We also offer several mode of selecting music so user can explore music using most suitable mode of interface. With our interface, the user can find the emotionally desired music more easily.

예제기반 방식을 이용한 자동 음악분수 시나리오 생성

최근 주변에서 다양한 음악분수를 찾아볼 수 있다. 음악분수의 연출을 위해서는 음악과 동기화되는 물의 움직임을 정의하는 음악분수 시나리오가 요구된다. 하지만 일반적으로 이러한 시나리오는 전문가들에 의하여 생성되기 때문에, 비용적인 문제로 인하여 다양한 음악에 대한 시나리오가 생성되지 못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 예제 기반 방식을 이용하여 자동으로 음악 분수의 시나리오를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 즉 기존에 전문가들에 의하여 생성되었던 음악분수의 시나리오를 분석하여 데이터베이스화 시킨 후, 이를 새롭게 합성하여 시나리오를 생성한다. 또한 음악분수 시나리오 생성에서 중요하게 요구되는 음악과 물 모양의 동기화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 임의의 음악이 들어왔을 때, 이 음악의 비트를 추출한 후 비트를 단위로 시나리오를 합성하게 된다. 사용자 실험결과 본 기술에 의하여 자동 생성된 시나리오는 전문가가 생성한 시나리오와 큰 차이가 나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 기술을 이용하면 음악분수 시나리오를 생성할 때 요구되는 시간을 크게 줄일 수 있으며, 이로 인해 음악분수의 유지비용을 크게 절감할 수 있다.

모바일 환경에서의 큰 규모의 음악파일 탐색 방법

최근 휴대용 음악재생기기 안에 개인적으로 소장하고 있는 음악들의 개수가 크게 늘어남에 따라, 원하는 음악을 빠르게 검색하고 들을 수 있는 기능들이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 많은 수의 음악이 있을 때 이 음악들을 다양한 기준으로 정렬하고 이를 간단한 인터페이스를 이용하여 재생리스트를 생성하여 재생할 수 있는 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 특히 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 최근 사용량이 크게 늘고있는 펜기반 혹은 터치기반의 모바일기기에서 사용됨을 가정한다. 본 시스템을 통하여 사용자는 모바일 기기의 작은 디스플레이환경에서도 자신이 원하는 음악들을 직관적이며 빠르게 선택할 수 있으며, 바로 재생리스트를 생성하여 들을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 또한 제안한 시스템에 대한 사용자 평가에 대하여 논하며 현재 구현되어있는 프로토타입을 소개한다.
