Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationships among nurse managers' participation in decision-making process relation to human resource management and the influencing factors. Method: The subjects were 198 nurse managers who were in general hospitals over 900 beds. The data were collected from January 13 to March 13, 2006. The SPSS PC+ 12.0 program was used to analyze the data. Result: The nurse managers had greater participation in the identification phase of decision making than selection phase. The mean scores of three phases were significantly different. The satisfaction of decision making was evaluated. The higher participation in decision making, the higher satisfaction of decision making. Nurse managers' decision style tended to be more participative than autocratic. Personal and organizational factors(age and decentralization) influenced positively on participation in decision making. Decentralization and span of control influenced positively on satisfaction in decision making. Conclusion: It is necessary to permit the participation in decision making for nurse managers.

Based on the nominated photos in EPOY, the implementing methodology and variety of the interactive meanings on environmental protection photographs, under current ecological system, are well studied employing the related interactive meaning model in the theory of viewing grammar. By coding and analyzing 211 pieces of photos nominated in EPOY from 2009 to 2019, it is found that there exists significant distinction among the implementing methods of interactive meanings used in expressing content of the environmental protection photographs. From the study, it is noted that the emphasis of the photos is to impersonally provide information. By effectively controlling the interactive meaning, photographer completes the setup of the tone of photos, guiding the audience to interpret correctly the context of ecological protection photos. In such way, an environment full of moral condemnation is established for public to help recognize the severe punishment for damage to environment. Another effect of photos about ecological protection is to reinforce the public sensing the risk of ecological damage, and further to strengthen their confidence and knowledge about the subject of environmental protection.

초극소 저출생체중아의 고농도 가습환경 유지를 위한 근거중심 프로토콜 개발

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current humidification state of incubator, the factors disturbing high humidification and to establish the evidence-based nursing protocol to maintain it. Methods: The subjects were 15 infants who were born with extremely low birth weight (ELBW) from May to October, 2007, and data were collected during the first 3 days and analyzed with SPSS WIN program. Results: The goal of humidity level in incubator was 95%, but mean humidity levels were 89.7%(1st day), 91.9%(2nd day), and 91.8%(3rd day)(p<0.001). The disturbing factors were opening frequency and duration of incubator door and window by caregivers. The handling of infants by nurses and doctors happened more frequently during the first day. Especially, nurses handled them more often than others, but the duration of opening during the invasive procedures by doctors was longer than others. The opening frequency had negative correlation with duration(r=-.779, p<.01). Conclusion: So the evidence-based protocol for maintaining high humidity in incubator for ELBW infants during the first 3 days and next 2 days was made. Furthermore we need to educate NICU nurses and doctors about minimal handling.

버추얼 프로덕션 기술의 대중화에 따른 버추얼 유튜버 확산 연구

버추얼 프로덕션 기술은 영화 제작에서 선형적인 프로덕션 한계를 극복하고, 현장에서의 실시간 수정과 협업을 가능하게 하며 불확실성을 줄여 제작과정을 개선하는 중요한 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 버추얼 프로덕션의 프로세스는 버추얼 프로덕션의 비선형적 워크플로우(Nonlinear Workflow)로 인해 가능한 것인데, 게임 엔진이 가진 장점인 실시간성은 제작 과정에서 빠른 피드백을 가능하게 하며 손쉽게 반복처리 및 실험을 가능하게 하여 제작 과정을 애자일(Agile) 방식으로 신속하게 진행될 수 있도록 바꾸어 버리기 때문이다. 이 기술은 비단 영화 현장에서만 사용되는 것이 아니라 그 영역을 더욱 넓혀가고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 기술적 유사성을 버추얼 유튜버에서 찾았다. 버추얼 프로덕션 제작 기술을 살펴보면 크게 3가지 유형으로 분류될 수 있는데, 퍼포먼스 캡처 방식, 리얼타임 하이브리드 방식, 그리고 라이브 LED 월 방식으로 나눠진다. 버추얼 유튜버는 특히 퍼포먼스 캡처 버추얼 프로덕션 기술을 주로 활용하며, 이를 통해 캐릭터의 움직임을 캡처하고 게임 엔진을 사용하여 가상공 간을 제작한다. 버추얼 유튜버의 대중화를 위해서는 기술적 격차를 극복하고, 버추얼 프로덕션 기술을 적극 활용할 필요가 있 다. 기술의 대중화는 캐즘(Chasm)이라 불리는 변곡점을 넘어야 하는데, 버추얼 유튜버가 대중화를 이루기 위해서는 이 캐즘 을 극복해야 한다. 캐즘을 극복하기 위해서는 기술적 접근성이 낮아져야 하는데, 최근 3D 소프트웨어의 경쟁이 심화되는 상 황에서 소프트웨어 회사에서는 사용자의 접근성을 낮추기 위한 전쟁이 소리 없이 진행되고 있다. 앞으로는 버추얼 프로덕션 기술의 발전과 접근성 향상을 통해 개인과 기업 모두가 버추얼 유튜버 활동에 참여할 수 있는 환경이 조성될 것으로 예상되 며, 이는 유튜버 활동 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. Virtual production technology has emerged as a significant alternative in film production, overcoming the limitations of linear pipelines and enabling real-time adjustments and collaborations on the set while reducing uncertainty. The non-linear workflow of virtual production is made possible by the advantages inherent in game engines. These engines provide real-time feedback, facilitate rapid iteration and experimentation, and transform the production process into an agile methodology. This technology extends its influence beyond the realm of filmmaking, and interestingly there are technological similarities found in the field of virtual YouTubers (VTubers). Virtual production technology can be classified into three main types: performance capture, real-time hybrid, and the live LED wall types. Among these, VTubers predominantly leverage performance capture virtual production, capturing character movements and utilizing game engines to construct virtual environments. To achieve mainstream adoption of virtual YouTuber activities, it is crucial to bridge the technological gap and actively embrace virtual production techniques. Popularization of technology typically involves overcoming what is known as the "chasm," a transitional phase. To vault over this chasm, improving technological accessibility has become paramount. With increasing competition in the 3D software industry, software companies are quietly engaged in a battle to enhance user accessibility. Looking ahead, advancements in virtual production technology and increased accessibility are expected to create an environment where both individuals and businesses can readily participate in virtual YouTuber activities. This development is poised to have a positive impact on the entire YouTuber ecosystem.

의사소통에 관한 국내 간호연구 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review journal articles on nurses' communication in order toidentify overall trends in nursing communication and to suggest strategies to improve communication education. Methods: Research that analyzed communication were selected from journal articles in Korea from 2004 to2013 and were reviewed, except review articles. A total of 33 articles were collected. Results: Most research studies used a non-experimental design. Communication ability was measured byvarious instruments; Global Interpersonal Communication Competency (GICC), Primary CommunicationInventory (PCI), ICU Nurse-Physician Questionnaire, communication type, satisfaction, facilitative communication. Nurses’ communication was found to be related to organizational commitment, self leadership, criticalthinking, self-esteem, professional competency and burnout. General characteristics of nurses, including age,education, marital status, position, and practice on experience of psychiatric nursing practice were also associatedwith communication. Conclusion: These results will be used to provide basic data for nursing leaders. The next phase of researchon communication will require use of various approaches and research methods and indicate directions forfurther research.
