한국판 음식기대척도(AEFS)의 타당화

본 연구의 목적은 물질 사용 연구에서 널리 사용되어 온 기대 이론을 섭식 행동에 적용하여 음식의 영향에 대한 기대를 측정하기 위해 개발된 음식기대척도(Anticipated Effects of Food Scale: AEFS)를 한국어로 번안하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생을 대상으로 한국어로 번안한 AEFS와 섭식기대, 음식중독, 섭식행동과 관련된 설문지를 실시하여 한국판 AEFS의 요인구조, 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확인하였다. 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석 결과, 한국판 AEFS의 고가공음식 파트와 저가공음식 파트 모두 긍정기대와 부정기대의 2요인 구조를 보였고, 양호한 수준의 신뢰도와 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 보였다. AEFS의 음식기대는 섭식기대의 하위요인들과 정적 상관을 보였다. AEFS의 고가공음식 긍정기대와 부정기대, 저가공음식 부정기대는 음식중독증상, 정서적 섭식과 정적 상관을 보였다. 절제된 섭식은 고가공음식 및 저가공음식의 긍정기대와는 상관을 보이지 않은 한편 부정기대와는 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 AEFS의 음식기대는 음식중독 증상에 대해 일반적인 섭식기대 이상의 추가적인 설명량을 보여 증분 타당도도 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 한국판 AEFS가 특정음식에 대한 긍정적이고 부정적인 기대를 측정하는 타당한 도구임을 시사한다.

한국판 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도의 타당화

Reward-related eating (RRE), which refers to the behavior of compulsively eating food despite not feeling hungry for the rewarding experience, is considered as a major factor causing pathological overeating and obesity in modern society. There are various existing measurement tools related to RRE, but main aspects to be measured and the severity of RRE reflected by each scale are different. Accordingly, the Reward-based Eating Drive-13 (RED-13) was recently developed as a tool to measure the entire range from normal to pathological level of compulsive overeating desire. The purpose of this study is to translate the RED-13 into Korean and to examine its reliability and validity in college students. Result of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that the Korean version of the RED-13 consisted of three factors: loss of control, preoccupation with food, and lack of satiety. The internal consistency and test-retest reliability were found to be good. The Korean version of the RED-13 showed a positive correlation with various eating behaviors and food craving. It also showed a strong positive correlation with binge eating behavior and food addiction as well as a tendency of positive correlation with BMI. These results suggest that the Korean version of the RED-13 is a reliable and valid tool for assessing an individual's level of RRE. 음식이 주는 보상 경험을 위해 배가 고프지 않음에도 불구하고 강박적으로 음식을 먹는 행동을 일컫는 보상적 섭식은 맛있는 음식의 종류와 접근성이 증가하는 현대 사회에서 병리적인 과식, 비만을 유발하는 주요한 요소로 주목받고 있다. 보상적 섭식과 관련되는 기존의 다양한 측정 도구들이 있으나, 각 척도마다 측정하고자 하는 주요 개념 및 각 척도가 반영하는 보상적 섭식의 수준이 다르다. 이에 최근 보상적 섭식 욕구의 정상적 수준부터 병리적 수준까지 전 범위를 측정하는 도구인 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도(Reward-based Eating Drive-13: RED-13)가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 RED-13을 한국어로 번역한 후 439명의 대학생을 대상으로 요인분석, 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확인하였다. 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석 결과, 한국판 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도는 원판 RED-13과 마찬가지로 과식통제상실, 음식몰두, 포만감부족의 3요인으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 내적 일치도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도도 양호한 수준으로 나타났다. 한국판 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도는 DEBQ의 정서적 섭식과 외부적 섭식, TFEQ의 탈억제와 배고픔, 그리고 음식 갈망 수준과 정적 상관을 보였으며 절제된 섭식과는 상대적으로 낮은 상관을 보였다. 폭식행동 및 음식중독과 강한 정적 상관을 보였고 BMI와 정적 상관의 경향성을 보여, 한국판 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도의 수렴 및 준거 타당도가 적절한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국판 보상적 섭식 욕구 척도가 개인의 보상적 섭식 욕구 수준을 평가하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구임을 시사한다.

한국 미기록종 뿔바다오리(Aethia cristatella)의 첫 기록

On 13 January 2016, one Crested Auklet Aethia cristatella was discovered by local Wild Animal Rescue Center on the beach (35° 4'1.31"N, 129° 0'30.53"E) in Amnam-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, South Koea. To date in Korea, only one species, Least Auklet A. pusilla in Aethia has been recorded and this is the first record of A. cristatella. This report provides a detailed description of the characteristics and an information of distribution in this species. 2016년 1월 13일 국내 미기록종 뿔바다오리(Aethia cristatella) 1개체가 부산광역시 서구 암남동 바닷가(35° 4'1.31"N, 129° 0'30.53"E) 에서 발견되었다. 국내에서 Aethia 속으로는 작은바다오리(A. pusilla)가 기록되었으며, 본 연구는 뿔바다오리(A. cristatella)의 첫 기록으로 세부적인 특징 및 분포와 관련된 기초적인 자료를 제공한다.

비강 구조에 대한 임펄스 응답 추정 방법에 관한 연구

In this paper. the new method of estimating impulse response by modified Wiener filter is presented. The modified Wiener filter is composed of the noise-to-signal power ratio so that the bias in modified Wiener filter depends on the power spectrum of input signal and noise. Hence. in estimating impulse response. noise is effectively suppressed at the band where the frequency content of input signal is becoming less and less. Simulation shows that error is less in the presented method than in the conventional method. In experiments using the Acoustic Rhinometry. the presented method can acquire the more exact geometry from the estimated impulse response.

인터넷 서점 중고도서 거래의 서비스 요인이 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service factors of used book transactions, which are becoming a major service in online bookstores, on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on reuse intention. 235 samples were collected through a survey for users of used book transaction services in their 20s or older, and 205 surveys were adopted through the refining process. Hypotheses were verified through factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural model analysis using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical programs. Some factors were supported between service factors and customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on reuse intention, and moderating effects according to the preferred genre of reading were founded. More differentiated services should be considered according to the customer's preferred genre, as the services of online bookstores are becoming more standardized, customers do not feel differentiated. 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷서점에서 주요 서비스로 자리 잡고 있는 중고도서 거래의 서비스 요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향과 고객만족이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이었다. 20대 이상의 중고도서 거래서비스 이용자들에게 설문을 통해 235개의 표본을 수집하고 정제과정을 통해 205개의 설문을 채택하였다. SPSS22.0과 AMOS22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용해 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 구조모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 서비스 요인과 고객만족간에 일부요인이 지지되었고, 고객만족은 재이용의도에 대해 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 독서 선호 장르에 따른 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 인터넷 서점들의 서비스는 점점 표준화되고 있어 고객들은 차별성을 느끼지 못하고 있으므로 고객의 특성에 따라 차별화된 서비스 제공해야 할 것으로 보인다.

병리적 자기애 성향자의 웅대성과 취약성에 따른 정서적 특성

This study seeks to empirically identify the emotional characteristics of narcissistic grandiosity and vulnerability using a measure that assesses a wide range of narcissism. In study I, Pathological Narcissism Inventory(PNI), which measures pathological narcissism, was translated into Korean and was validated. Study II was conducted to examine the emotional characteristics of people with narcissistic grandiosity and narcissistic vulnerability. Grandiosity subscales showed positive correlation with positive affect, but showed no significant correlation with depression and negative affect. On the other hand, vulnerability subscales showed positive correlation with depression and negative affect but negative correlation with positive affect. Both narcissistic grandiosity and vulnerability showed positive correlation with trait anger. For further analysis, narcissists were divided into grandiose group and vulnerable group based on their relative levels of PNI’s grandiosity score and vulnerability score. The grandiose group showed more positive affect than the vulnerable group. The vulnerable group showed higher level of depression and negative affect. However, no significant difference in the trait anger score was observed between the vulnerable group and the grandiose group. The finding of this research suggests that emotional characteristics vary according to two factors of narcissism. The implications, limitations and suggestions for future study are discussed.

Theracurmin (Highly Bioavailable Curcumin) Prevents High Fat Diet-Induced Hepatic Steatosis Development in Mice

Curcumin, a hydrophobic polyphenol isolated from the Curcuma longa L. plant, has many pharmacological properties, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and chemo-preventive activities. Curcumin has been shown to have potential in preventing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). However, the low bioavailability of curcumin has proven to be a major limiting factor in its clinical adoption. Theracurmin, a highly bioavailable curcumin that utilizes micronized technology showed improved biological absorbability in vivo. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of theracurmin in modulating hepatic lipid metabolism in vivo. A fatty liver mouse model was produced by feeding mice a high fat diet (HFD; 60% fat) for 12 weeks. We found that treatment for 12 weeks with theracurmin significantly lowered plasma triacylglycerol (TG) levels and reduced HFD-induced liver fat accumulation. Theracurmin treatment lowered hepatic TG and total cholesterol (T-CHO) levels in HFD-fed mice compared to controls. In addition, theracurmin administration significantly reduced lipid peroxidation and cellular damage caused by reactive oxygen species in HFD-fed mice. Overall, these results suggest that theracurmin has the ability to control lipid metabolism and can potentially serve as an effective therapeutic remedy for the prevention of fatty liver.

자기공명영상으로 선택된 환자에서의 대퇴전자간 회전 내전 절골술을 이용한 대퇴골두 무혈성 괴사환자의 치료

We used MR(magnetic resonance) image to formulate new selection criteria for the identification of suitable patients with femoral head osteonecrosis for transtrochanteric rotational varizational osteotomy. The selection criteria included: [1] an early post-collapse osteonecrotic hip(loss of congruity or crescent sign) without narrowing of joint space or acetabular involvement; [2] an age of less than 55 years and a painful hip; [3] an angle of more than 120 of intact portion of the femoral head on midsagittal MR image. Seventeen patients met predefined selection criteria and were treated with the osteotomy. The angle of rotation was determined preoperatively in midsagittal MR image. The osteotomy included 20 of intentional varization. Postoperative scintigraphy showed adequate perfusion of the femoral head. They were followed for a period of 36 to 67 months(mean, 50 months). Hip score by Merle dAubigne et al improved from a mean of 13.4 preoperatively to a mean of 17.6 at the latest follow- up. Collapse of the feporal head was arrested in all hips and no case required a total hip arthroplasty. Use of MR images(kstead of plain radiograph) in the patient selection and in the determination of rotational angle may improve the success rate of the transtrochanteric rotational varizational osteotomy.

한국 미기록종 레이산알바트로스(Phoebastria immutabilis)의 첫 기록

2017년 8월 12일 국내 미기록종 레이산알바트로스 Phoebastria immutabilis 1개체가 부산광역시 강서구 성북동 바닷가(35° 4"55.95"N, 128°50"9.70"E)에서 발견되었다. 본 연구는 국내에 기록된 알바트로스(P. albatrus) 외 레이산알바트로스(P. immutabilis)의 첫 기록으로 세부적인 특징 및 분포와 관련된 기초적인 자료를 제공한다. On 12 August 2017, one Laysan Albatross Phoebastria immutabilis was discovered by local Wildlife Rescue Center on the beach in Seongbuk-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, South Koea. To date in Korea, only one species, Short-tailed Albatross P. albatrus in the family Diomedeidae has been recorded and this is the first record of P. immutabilis. This report provides a detailed description of the characteristics and an information of distribution in this species.

교육 출판사의 효율성 측정 및 효율성 영향요인 분석

본 연구에서는 국내 23개의 교육출판사를 대상으로 자료포락분석(DEA)를 활용하여 2018년부터 2021년까지의 연도별 효율성을 측정하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 출판사 효율성 변동에 영향을 미치는 출판사 운영 변수를 도출하여 이러한 출판사 운영 변수들이 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 Simar와 Wilson(2000)이 제시한 이단계 부트스트랩 단절회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. DEA 분석 결과에 의하면, 최근 4년간 출판사의 기술 및 순수기술 효율성은 지속적으로 감소하고 있으며, 특히 코로나 19 발생 이후인 2020년 이후에는 평균 효율성이 급격히 감소하였다. 이와 같은 효율성 감소의 주요 원인으로는 규모의 비효율로 인하여 효율성이 감소한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교육출판사의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 출판사의 전략적 운영변수로 지급수수료, 지급임차료, 운반비 등이 효율성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 코로나19의 발생 전후 시기에 효율성을 변동에 영향을 미치는 출판사 운영변수들은 서로 다른 패턴을 보이고 있다. 본 연구결과는 최근의 어려운 환경에 놓여있는 출판사들의 효율성 제고 및 지속 가능한 성장을 도모하기 위한 실무적인 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This study used parametric data development analysis (DEA) to estimate the contemporaneous efficiency of 23 educational publishers in Korea from 2018 to 2021. Moreover, we employed a two-stage bootstrapped truncated regression to identify the internal factors affecting the operating efficiencies of educational publishers. According to the DEA results, the technical efficiency (TE) of educational publishers has continued to decline over the past four years, and the average TE has decreased mainly due to scale inefficiency after the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020. In addition, payment fees, rental fees, and transportation costs as strategic operating variables of educational publishers have a statistically significant effect on their efficiency. This study provides practical implications for improving the efficiency and promoting sustainable growth of publishers.
