This research is about embodiment of system to support auscultation education more effectively. Cardiac sound data that is stored to PC made many learner deliver by wireless system. For this system we developed a special radio transmitter·receiver and a program to manage and remake data. Because of selecting radio system, there is no limitation of establishment and education place. also through web server database and update of data are available. For this reason we can add cardiac sound data newly in education. In case of utilizing existent electron stethoscope in auscultation education, the biggest demerit is that do not deliver sense of sound of actuality stethoscope properly. But radio receiving apparatus that we developed is no difference with sense of sound of cardiac through actuality stethoscope and did so that heighten effect of auscultation education

가정폭력 경험이 데이트 폭력에 미치는 영향 : 경계선 성격특성의 조절효과를 중심으로

경찰청 통계자료에 따르면, 국내 데이트폭력 건수에 대한 통계는 2017년 14,136건으로 부터 2018년은 18,671건 그리고 2019년은 19,940건으로 지속해서 증가하는 추세를 보 인다. 즉, 2019년에는 2017년에 비해 데이트폭력 건수가 41.1% 증가하였다. 이러한 증 가추세는 경찰의 검거력 향상이 주요 원인이 될 수도 있지만, 41.1%의 높은 상승률은 대한민국 사회에서 급속도로 데이트폭력이 증가하고 있다는 점을 시사한다. 따라서 이 연구는 가정폭력 경험이 데이트폭력에 미치는 영향에 대해 경계선 성격특성의 관계를 고려하여 연구하고자 했다. 즉, 경계선 성격특성의 수준에 따라 가정폭력 경험이 데이 트 폭력에 미치는 관계의 크기가 어떻게 바뀌는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 결과적으로, 가 정폭력 경험이 데이트폭력에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치며 경계선 성격특성은 유형 별 데이트폭력에 모두 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 논의될 수 있는 안건을 정리하고 한계점을 제시하며 마무리했다. According to the Korea Police Agency statistics, the number of domestic dating violence cases has continued to increase from 14,136 in 2017 to 18,671 in 2018 and 19,940 in 2019. In other words, the number of dating violence increased 41.1% in 2019 compared to 2017. This increase trend could be mainly due to the police's increased ability to arrest, but the high rate of 41.1 percent suggests that dating violence is rapidly increasing in South Korean’s society. Therefore, this study attempted to study the effects of domestic violence experiences on dating violence in consideration of the relationship between borderline personality traits. In other words, we tried to find out how the extent of the relationship between domestic violence and dating violence varies depending on the level of borderline personality traits. As a result, it has been confirmed that experience of domestic violence had a significant positive(+) effect on dating violence, and that the borderline personality characteristics have all moderating effects on dating violence by type. Based on this, the agenda to be discussed was suggested and the limitations were presented.

The global economic crisis and climate change agreements are reducing the profitability of the energy industry. The new energy industry centered on renewable energy is expected to completely change the paradigm of the energy industry from supplier-centered to consumer-centered, with centralized power generatio to distributed power-type. The discovery of new energy industries that will reduce CO2 emissions and rationalize power consumption is expected to be a new alternative. As a result, attempts to commercialize electricity production, consumption, and management are continuing in Korea. In order to solve the environmental crisis and energy problems, ICT companies and energy companies reviewed the business model for new power production(supply), consumption(demand), and management by combining ICT convergence technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Cloud computing and drew implications. In the future, ICT companies and energy companies still have a task to revitalize the convergence energy industry ecosystem through technology development and partnership between operators.

미국 마약 통합 관리 시스템을 통한 한국의 마약정책 고찰

New Psychoactive Substances (NPS) are spreading like a trend around the world, and the number of drug crimes is increasing more than ever as distribution methods evolve day by day. Recently, as the drug problem has become increasingly serious, it has become an unbearable reality with the functions and roles of existing drug-related institutions. Most countries use a combination of criminal justice punishment models that control and deter drug supply to make the drug-free society and medical & treatment models that rehabilitate addicts. In other words, supply control policies rely mainly on thorough crackdowns and strong punishment, and demand control policies pursue balanced strategies by focusing on prevention in advance through treatment and rehabilitation. However, countries that have implemented most drug policies have experienced many side effects from unbalanced policies and are making great efforts to make balanced policies to solve them. However, the results vary widely depending on the efforts and budgets of each government, also the structure of the organization that manages drugs is diverse. Current study will examine the current status of Korean drug-related institutions and review the U.S. drug integration management system(IMS). And mainly discuss the direction of Korea's drug policy through the background and historical changes of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). It is meaningful in preparing a specific and practical balanced drug policy that can create a drug-free society through the advantages and disadvantages of the U.S. drug IMS . At the conclusion this study establishes a practical national system to efficiently deal with drugs and in turn protect citizen from drugs.

Post-기후변화협정에 대비한 국가별 에너지 정책 동향– 배출권 거래제 실효성 검토를 중심으로 –

Due to climate change, Global greenhouse gas reduction regulations are being implemented. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Post-Climate Change Agreement on national policy trends on new energy markets and to examine the direction of energy policy. Although carbon emissions in some developed countries have been on the decline over the past decade, global emissions are on the rise. This means that even though major countries are promoting carbon emission-related policies, it has not led to results compared to efforts. At the 2021 Climate Summit, several countries announced an upgraded ‘NDC’. The goal of reducing carbon emissions in 2030 was announced and it was decided to be inspected every five years. The Korean government also declared a carbon neutral goal by 2050 through the New Deal comprehensive plan. Due to the transaction costs, large carbon emitting countries and companies are opposed to the ETS. This study suggests that diplomatic discussions by the international community, policy support by each government, and voluntary reduction efforts by companies should be carried out by comparing and checking the emission trading system in each country. In order to increase the sustainability of policies and promote corporate and private participation, it is necessary to prepare state support measures.

몰입형 가상현실의 인터랙션 디자인 관여요소 연구 - 실감형 가상현실 시스템의 3D UI 개발을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 가상현실(VR, Virtual Reality) 시스템의인터랙션 디자인 개발 시 고려해야 할 요소에 대한정립 필요성에 의해 시작되었다. 가상현실은 현실 세계와 분리되어 상상으로 구축된 완전히 새로운 세계에서 몰입의 경험을 제공하기 때문에 상호작용(이하‘인터랙션’이라 함)은 가상현실 경험에 있어 핵심적인요소이다. 사용자의 감각에 본능적인 공감을 불러일으켜야 하는 만큼 가상현실에서의 디자인, 특히 인터랙션 디자인은 중요한 요소 기술이다. 이에 본 연구는가상현실 시스템의 인터랙션 디자인 개발 시 고려해야 할 요소에 대해 도출하고 구현을 위한 핵심 사항을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이론적 선행연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터랙션은 가상현실에서사용자에게 높은 몰입도를 제공하는 중요 요소이다. 둘째, 인터랙션 디자인은 가상현실에서 사용자가 상호작용하는 방식을 용이하게 하는 기술로 그 필요성에관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 효과적인 상호작용 기술과 사용자 인터페이스 구조에 대한 표준은 부- 140 - 족한 실정이다. 셋째, 몰입형 가상환경을 위한 효과적인 상호작용 기술로 3D 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 요소를 도출하였다. 위 결과를 토대로 실제 실감형 가상현실 시스템 개발을 거쳐 사용자 인터페이스에 관한기능 테스트와 사용성 평가를 수행하고 도출된 디자인 요소를 분류 별로 검증하였다. 실감형 가상현실 시스템의 사용자 인터페이스를 검증한 결과 도출된 디자인 요소가 가상현실의 실감화정도의 판단 기준으로 적합하다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었고 인터랙션 효과를 개선할 수 있는 요소에 대한이해 제고에 유의미한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 특히본 연구에서 사용한 모션 시뮬레이터 인터페이스 기기 인터랙션에 대해서는 다음의 개선 요소가 존재한다. 첫째, 오작동 방지와 오류 인식과 같은 안전성 요소에 대한 세부적 평가체계가 필요하다. 둘째, 인위적으로 생성된 움직임에 대한 시각적 또는 물리적 디자인 UI 요소에 관한 추가 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 시각적 몰입감과 인터랙션 디자인 요소와의 연관성 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내의 가상현실 산업에서 아직 미미한연구 분야인 사용자 인터페이스 기술의 이론적 연구에 대한 확장성과 새로운 방향을 제시한다는 데 의의가 있다.
