        1911년 영령(英領) 인도의 수도이전에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 1911년 영국 식민정부가 140여 년간 수도로 삼았던 캘커타에서 델리로 수도이전을 결정하게 된 배경과 논의의 전개과정에 대해 고찰하였다. 식민정부는 거대한 면적과 인구를 가진 벵갈 지역의 행정적 효율성 제고를 목적으로 1905년 벵갈분할령을 시행하였다. 그러나 그 근본적인 배경에는 당시 캘커타 지역을 중심으로 급부상하고 있던 벵갈리 힌두들이 주도하는 민족주의운동의 기세를 꺾어 놓기 위한 정치적 의도가 내포되어 있었다. 다시 말해 식민정부는 벵갈분할령 시행을 통해 무슬림이 인구의 다수를 차지하는 행정구역을 신설하여 벵갈 지역 힌두들의 정치적 영향력을 분쇄하는 분리통치의 이상적 실현을 목표로 하고 있었다. 그러나 정치적으로 이미 성숙해 있던 벵갈리 힌두들을 주축으로 한 인도국민회의는 벵갈분할령 시행의 정치적 의도를 정확히 파악하고 즉각적으로 대응하기 시작하였다. 벵갈분할령에 대한 초창기의 온건적 성향의 대응방식은 상이한 정치의식을 가진 집단과 그들이 설립한 조직들의 등장으로 인하여 점차 급진적•폭력적 성향을 동반하기 시작하였고, 이 과정에서 고조되기 시작한 힌두-무슬림 갈등과 그에 따른 종교폭동을 수반하면서 식민정부가 통제할 수 있는 수준을 넘어선 반영운동으로 발전하였다. 이에 식민정부는 사태해결을 위한 대안으로써 벵갈분할령의 철회를 결정하였다. 그러나 이것이 단독으로 시행될 경우 식민정부의 실정(失政)을 인정하는 것이 되며, 더 나아가 인도 민족주의 진영으로부터 정치적 굴욕으로 비화될 가능성을 고려하여 고도(古都) 델리로의 수도이전을 함께 결정하였다. 이를 통해 식민정부는 인도 민족주의 진영의 격앙된 반영(反英) 감정을 누그러뜨림과 동시에 벵갈분할령 철회가 불러 올 국내외로부터의 정치적 굴욕을 최소화하고, 인도에서 물러날 의지가 없음을 상징적으로 보여주고자 하였다. 그러나 식민정부의 이러한 정치적 의도와 달리 벵갈분할령의 철회와 수도이전 결정은 영국 제국주의와 인도 민족주의 진영의 전세(戰勢)가 명백하게 역전되는 분수령이 되었다. This article is to examine the background of the decision-making process for the transfer of the colonial capital from Calcutta to Delhi and the process of discussion on the subject. In the year of 1905, the Government of India decided to partition Bengal into two provinces primarily for administrative reasons. However, its fundamental purpose was aiming at the growing solidarity of the Bengali-speaking hindu people in the area, whose feelings and sentiments of nationalism was rapidly growing. For this, the Government of India partitioned the province into two. In the population structure of the new province of East Bengal, Muslims were in majority and the capital of this province was Dacca. Against this measure, there was a fierce agitation in the country, especially among Bengali hindus. They managed to win the nationalistic emotions of the Bengal area on their side with the new concepts came to be formulated, Swadeshi or Boycott movement. However, the political situation in the country was going from bad to worse with the emergence of Extremist and Terrorist activists. In addition, Hindu-Muslim communalism attended with violence was also born. The Government of India had ultimately to revise its decision in 1911 but could not escape from its consequences. Accordingly, the transfer of the colonial capital from Calcutta to Delhi was decided as an additional device to appease Indian people’s. The government expected that if the revision of the partition of Bengal was solely decided, it would be struck at most vulnerable point by the Indian nationalist leaders, mainly Bengali speaking hindu people. Accordingly, with the decision of the transfer of colonial capital, while appeasing the fiery sentiment of anti-British colonialism, they wanted to show their firm faith not to give up British rule in India. However, against their expectations, the decision to revise the partition of Bengal and to transfer of the colonial capital from Calcutta to Delhi marks a turning point in the history of British imperialism as well as Indian nationalism.

        기업의 퇴직연금제도 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Since the introduction of a pension plan on December, 2005, retirement pension plan has positioned as 3 pillars for retirement plan with National Pension Service and individual pension. Recently, retirement pension market has been strengthened the foundation for the growth through implementation of IFRS, the revision of the Employee Retirement Benefit Securities Act and tax reform. Pension sponsor face the problem of selection on Defined Benefit(DB) and Defined Contribution(DC) when introducing retirement pension plan. This report studies impact on retirement pension plan choice through analyzing financial factors of pension plan sponsor adapted retirement pension plan. Multinomial logit model be used to analyze the influence on retirement pension plan choice utilizing the financial data of 1,102 plan sponsors ,listed on Korea Stock Exchange and KOSDAQ Stock Exchange, derived by KIS-Library and KIS-Value. The empirical analysis show that some factors, such as business period, debt ratio, asset total and liquidities, have significant influence on the selection of retirement pension plan type. But, number of employees, cash dividend rate and sales statistically show no effects at all unlike the existing research from this empirical study.

        외현적 공격성과 관계적 공격성 집단의 특성: 복지시설 심리장애 아동·청소년을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to classify the subtypes of aggression in children and adolescents living in foster care to confirm the characteristics of overt aggression and relational aggression. The research sample included a total number of 848 children and adolescents with psychological disorders in foster care. When exploring the differences in the mean of each subtype of aggression, the results varied according to age and gender. As a result of confirming the differences of problem behaviors according to aggressiveness in four groups, the overtly-relationally aggressive groups showed the highest score and all the problem behaviors were serious. In terms of externalizing problems, the overt aggressive groups had more problematic behavior than the general groups. In terms of internalizing problems, the relational aggression groups had higher scores than the general groups.

        Recently the concern for a durable quality as well as initial quality has increased, especially rattle noise is one of the biggest issues in domestic automobile manufactures. In this study we reproduced aging of the manually operated vehicle seat rail through the durability test, measured and analyzed rattle noise and predicted major factors with 40 samples of the before and after durability test. Consequentially, x-axis free-play within a only certain range influenced the rattle noise, it was controlled by factors like other structural frictions between assembled parts.

        캐스터블 내화물에 충돌하는 입자의 입사각도가 에로젼에 미치는 영향

        내화물은 슬래그 등과의 화학반응뿐만 아니라 입자 충돌이나 마찰에 의한 물리적인 마모도 일어난다. 그러나 내화물의 에로젼에 의한 마모에 대해서는 거의 알려져 있지 않다. 본 실험에서는 내화도가 1300과 $1500^{\circ}C$인 캐스터블에 대해서 SiC 마모입자의 입사 각도에 따른 마모량의 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과 최대 마모량을 나타내는 각도는 입자가 내화물에 수직으로 부딪힐 때가 아니라 $60{\sim}75^{\circ}$로 입사될 때인 것을 알았다. 또한 내화물의 기공률이 에로젼 마모에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 생각되었다. The degradation of refractories can be caused by erosion, friction of abrasive particles, as well as by corrosion by molten slag in the gasification reactors. There was little knowledge about the erosion of refractories so far. The castable refractories of which the maximum applying temperature of 1300 and $1500^{\circ}C$ were abraded using SiC particles varying the incidence angles. It was revealed that the maximum abrasion was occurred at the incidence angle of $60{\sim}75^{\circ}$ not at $90^{\circ}$ and thought that the porosity of the refractories was the principle factor.

      • 그리프스(Charles Tomlinson Griffes)의 피아노 음악: Sonata(1919) 연구를 중심으로

        The progression and development of Classical music from the late 19th to the 20th century was a turning point and landmark period in music history. Formally and harmonically, many disparate works were composed, and composers broke traditional molds, experimenting and constructing their own revolutionary paths. Charles Tomlinson Griffes’(1884-1920) entire output reflects this trend, as his productive years coincided exactly with this time frame. In spite of his relatively short lifetime, Griffes’ compositional legacy showed his gradual compositional evolution. Also, the genres Griffes covered are quite broad, but among these diverse genres, his attachment to the piano was very special, as it was the first instrument of his musical studies. As a skillful and polished pianist, Griffes expressed his musical imagination primarily through the genre of piano solo, and the list of his entirepiano solo repertoire shows how Griffes’ compositional concept changed and developed during the first two decades of the 20th century. The purpose of this study is to catalogue Griffes’ solo piano works by three main periodic categories and to examine their notable characteristics along with Griffes’ gradual evolutionary compositional progression from a performer’s view. Among his piano works, Sonata composed in Griffes’ late years is the most famous one, being evaluated as firmly woven architectural piece with various new accidental, abstract, and metallic sounds by opening new prospect in 20th Century atonal music. In Sonata, Griffes devised his own so called ‘artificial scale’ which was a new logic to weave countless nonharmonic notes. Compared to such well known American composers as Aaron Copland, Charles Ives, Samuel Barber, or Elliot Carter, it is very true that Griffes’ piano works are rarely programmed or performed nowadays. However, it seems necessary to provide more opportunities for audiences to appreciate not only Griffes’ own unique impressionistic colors which differ greatly from Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel, but also revolutionary sound especially reflected in his late Sonata. Overall, this paper shed new light on the value and importance of his music, hidden treasures and gems in the vast realm of the piano repertoire.

      • 영상분석기법을 활용한 도시철도 환승통로의 LOS 등급별 보행특성 분석

        도시철도 이용객의 증가로 수도권 일부 정거장의 경우 일일 이용객 수가 20만명 이상이며, 특히 환승통로의 극심한 혼잡상황이 반복되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 LOS등급별 밀도에 따른 속도 및 보행패턴 검증을 위해 보행특성 관찰이 가능한 모션인식 카메라를 이용한 현장실험을 수행하였다. 실험장소는 도시철도 대림역으로 역사 내 환승인원이 가장 밀집한 구간을 선정하여 평일 1일간 시간대별 밀도, 속도, 시간 및 행동패턴을 측정하였다. 도시철도 면적산정 시 평균속도는 1m/s이나 실험결과 LOS D등급은 0.8m/s, E등급은 0.58m/s로 분석되었다. 도출된 결과로부터 도시철도 이용객 LOS 수준을 효과적으로 예측 및 평가하고, 정거장의 개선 또는 신설 시 경제적, 효율적 면적 산정을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. In the case of some stations in the metropolitan area by increasing of metro passengers, it is more than 200,000 the number of daily passengers. Especially serious congestion of transfer passage is repeated. In this study, it was conducted field experiments using the motion sensing camera capable of walking characteristics observed for the verification of the walking speed and the patterns of behavior in accordance with the LOS graded density. Experiment location is a metro Daerim Station. The transfer passage in the most crowded section was selected. Hourly the density, walking speed, time and the behavior patterns were measured for one weekday. The average speed in metro area estimates is 1m/s. The results of the experiment were analyzed to LOS D in 0.8m/s and LOS E in 0.58m/s. The LOS of metro passengers were effectively predicted and evaluated from the derived results. The results of this study utilized as a basic data to calculate an appropriate area when the improvement or construction of the station.

        Many companies that have technological catch-up strategies have standardized and quantified the information and know-how accumulated at the imitation phase. However, excessive regulation has a negative impact on qualitative growth. Initial operation sound is the start noise of the car’s power seat, and developers are highly skeptical about the regulation. This study investigated the management status, influence factors, measurement levels, improvement methods, and degree of awareness. In conclusion, soft starters and limit switches are the most effective way to improve initial operation sound. The survey showed that only 37% perceived the difference when 30 people heard product with 10㏈ difference in the initial operation sound.
