        사이버 시대 한자한문교육의 방향 모색 제8차 교육과정기 대용 한문과 교육의 과제

        Recent rapid growth of the internet has been urging our lives to change in a totally different directions from those of the past. Moreover Such a turn in civilization history is emphasizing and renewing the importance of Classical chinese Education in this era. To survive and lead in knowledge-based society, I thing that it is necessary to modify the contents, instruction method, and assessment that, We must create renovative methods from surroudings. The cyber education program proposed in this study consists of Han-ja(Chinese characters), Hanja-eo(chinese words), classical chinese Literature and various contents. The table for it as follows : The structure of Chinese Writing home pages can be summerized like this : Chinese characters, words, writigs, text books, the originals and interpretation, Q&A, open discussions, opinion-polls, guide of various kinds of tests and reference books ad other each other so that we can enhance the effectiveness of Instruction-learning. As compared with the other subjects, I think that Chinese Writing has lagged behind in terms of organizing cyber teaching-leaning materials, teaching-learning methods and assessment. But from now on, cyberspace for Chinese Writing education needs to be set up so that it can be a lively learning field that encourages students curiosity, motivation, self-directedness as well. Anthropologist, Clyde Kluckhorn said : Immature modernization could kill the traditional culture while mature one could restore them For I believe Classical Chinese education can take a in cultivating our traditional culture. In conclusion, We have to share our inter subjectivity to make competitive educational site through cyberspace.

        제7차(第7次) 한문과(漢文科) 교육과정(敎育課程) 개정 시안(改正 試案)의 문제점(問題點)과 대책(對策) -성격,목표,내용을 중심으로-

        우리나라는 悠久한 傳統文化가 말해주듯, 한때 强盛을 자랑하다가 歷史 속으로 사라져 버린 저 東 · 西洋의 몇몇 나라에 比할 바가 아니다. 漢文科 敎育은 半萬年 文化民族의 底力을 學校現場 敎育에 정립하고 선양하는 敎科가 되어야 한다. 第7次 漢文科 敎育課程의 改正은 漢文 文章을 읽고, 理解하는 次元을 넘어 미래의 삶에 새로운 생명을 부여하는 교과로 거듭나야 한다. 이를 위해 ``한자→ 한자어 → 한문``이라는 기본 강령을 터전으로 선인들의 삶과 지혜를 이해하고 전통문화의 계승과 한자문화권에서의 교류 증진에도 기여하는 교과가 되어야 한다. 漢文科 새 敎育課程의 改正은 多樣한 類型의 漢文 資料를 批判的으로 理解하고 審美的으로 享有할 수 있는 軟弱한 교과로 安住해서는 안 된다. 過去 漢文 全盛期의 傳統文化와 敎育的 價値가 現 學習者의 水準에 맞게 재편성되어 내일이 있는 오늘의 漢文科 敎育이 되어야 하며, 오늘의 교육이 과거로부터 전승된 精神文化의 유산에 基底하여, 새 생명을 誕生시키는 有意味한 敎育의 場으로 발전되어야 한다. 그러나 第7次 漢文科 敎育課程의 改正 試案은 이 같은 시대적 요구를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 특히 性格 · 目標 · 內容의 改正試案에는 적잖은 問題點을 露出하고 있다. 현장 적합성 측면에서의 문제점과 그 對策을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. <성격과 교육목표의 문제점> 첫째, 교육용 기초한자 1,800자를 소홀히 다룰 가능이 높다. 둘째, 미래 동북아 시대에 강조되어야 한자어 교육이 축소되었다. 셋째, 한문 중심 교육은 학습자의 흥미를 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 넷째, 원활한 언어 활용 등 실용적이고 도구교과적 기능이 약화되었다. 다섯째, 학생, 학부모, 일반인 등 각계각층의 의견보다 敎師 便宜 中心으로 구성되었다. 여섯째, 학교 현장에서 다양한 유형의 한문에 대해 비판적 이해와 심미적 향유가 어렵다. <내용 체계와 영역별 문제점> 첫째, 학습내용의 계열화와 구조화가 이루어지지 않았다. 둘째, 학습목표와의 일관성과 체계화가 형성되지 않았다. 셋째, 외국어 교과의 내용 체계와 용어를 모방하였다. 넷째, 한문 중심으로 내용이 구성되어 실제 생활에 도움을 주지 못한다. 다섯째, 敎師 中心의 내용 체제로 학습자의 흥미와 관심을 유도하기 어렵다. 여섯째, 시대적 요구와 사회적 요구가 교육 내용에 반영되지 않아 고답적이다. <性格 · 目標 · 內容의 改正 試案에 대한 對策> 첫째, 한자 · 한자어 교육이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 선인들의 삶과 지혜를 널리 선양할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 건전한 가치관과 바람직한 인성교육이 강조되어야 한다. 넷째, 文 · 史 · 哲을 두루 포괄하여야 한다. As our permanent traditional culture says, our country can`t be compared with others which disappeared into history, though they had been proud of their power and prosperity before. So the revised edition of 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject shall be the subject to inherit and create the spirit of Korea, which is worked by the power of traditional culture. Beyond the level of reading and understanding simple Sino-Korean sentences, the subject shall be reborn as one to understand the past and present based on that, and further to give a new life to the future life. And also, it shall not be a weak subject in which the various kinds of Sino-Korean data are critically understood and esthetically enjoyed. There will be the education of Sino-Korean subject having the future by reediting the value of education of the golden age of Sino-Korean of the past according to the level of ability of the present learners, and today`s education shall be a meaningful one to bear the new life, based on the legacy of spiritual culture. Looking at the revised edition of the 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject in terms of suitability in the field, the education of Han-ja and Han-ja characters shall be emphasized, as it is discussed in "the measures of the revised tentative plans of character, objects, contents". And the culture realm which can widely enhance the life and wisdom of antecedents shall be more subdivided. In addition, the subject in which the sound sense of values and desirable humanity education shall be settled is emphasized. To realize that concretely, the revised plans of the 7th curriculum of Sino-Korean subject shall include all the contents of literature, history, and philosophy.

        국방 IT 아웃소싱 성과지표에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 참여정부의 성과관리 정책에 동참하고자 국방분야의 IT 아웃소싱에 서비스수준협약서 기반을 마련하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 서비스수준협약서의 기능 중 가장 효과를 보이는 성과측정을 위한 성과지표를 도출하였으며, 이를 국방 정보화 분야의 비전과 목표, 전략에 비추어 관점 및 핵심성과요인, 성과지표를 조정하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들이 공익성을 강조하는 정부나 공공분야에 국한되어 있었던 것을 국방분야로 적용이 가능할 것인지에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 이를 국방 및 SI 업체를 대상으로 관련자 양측의 의견을 수렴하여 검증하였으며, 최종적으로 서비스수준협약서의 성과측정을 위하여 성과지표를 제시하였다. This study wishes to be ready for service level agreement introduction in IT outsourcing of national defense to participate in the policy of taking a serious view on governmental management result. Especially, service level agreement tries to draw performance index for performance measurement that is shown to be the most effective among functions. This controlled viewpoint, critical success factor and performance index were adapted in accordance with the vision, goal and strategy of national defense information section. This study verifies whether it is possible for formal studies which were limited in government or public area to apply to the national defense field. The opinion of both sides - the national defense and SI company - was collected and verified, and finally the performance index was presented for the performance measurement of the agreement.

        초음파 공정을 이용한 염색폐수처리에 관한 연구(2)

        N/A This study was performed to investigate effects low-ultrasonic and high-ultrasonic factor and COD concentration variations and Color removal efficiency of ultrasonic treated dyeing wastewater. The experiments for optimal conditions to make removal efficiency higher in controlling ultrasonic irradiation time with dye wastewater and ultrasonic cavitation factor were carried out and applying dye wastewater was also performed. The results are as follows. The variation concentration of COD and Color removal efficiency with FeCl₂concentration was appeared to higher to the increased of FeCl₂ concentration. The higher removal efficiency of COD and Color was achieved with higher H₂O₂ concentration. The removal efficiency of COD with H₂O₂/FeCl₂ ratio seemed to be high. but H₂O₂FeCl₂ ratio of 0.4 was decreased. Color removal efficiency was increased the highest H₂O₂/FeC1₂ ratio. In case of applying to the dye wastewater from industrial complex, COD removal efficiency was 58% in low-ultrasonic and 68% in high-ultrasonic color removal efficiency was 95% respectively. Total nitrogen removal efficiency was 42% in low-ultrasonic and 48% high-ultrasonic. Ammonia removal efficiency was 82% in low-ultrasonic and 91 % in high-ultrasonic, In conclusion, the results of this research suggested that ultrasonic treatment can be effective for treatment of dyeing wastewater.

        투고논문 : 조선(朝鮮) 성종조(成宗朝) 경연(經筵) 진강방법(進講方法)의 현대(現代) 한문과(漢文科) 교육적(敎育的) 활용(活用)

        朝鮮 成宗朝 經筵에서는 39개 敎材에 대한 進講이 실시되었다. 經筵 進講은 君王의 自立 成體의 確立을 위한 基本 敎育이자 實踐 敎育으로, 곧 盛時의 治道가 위에서 일어나고, 風俗이 아래에서 아름다워지는 理想國家의 建設을 主 目的으로 하였다. 進講 內容은 敎材의 특성이 반영된 多樣한 內容과 國王이 國政을 執行함에 있어 꼭 필요한 修己·治人의 問題를 주로 다루었으며, 특히 政治와 敎育의 未分化, 혹은 政敎一致의 社會에 있어서 君王·臣下·百姓으로 이어지는 融和的 統一體의 役割을 하였다. 成宗朝 經筵의 進講方法은 進講目的 달성을 위한 수단으로써 학습활동의 흐름을 調節하고, 進講 主·客體와 進講 內容을 相互 有機的으로 연결함으로써 그 효과를 높일 수 있는 唯一한 通路 役割을 하였다. 여기에는 個別進講, 協同進講, 說明進講, 問答進講, 討議進講, 比較進講, 拔萃進講, 講讀進講, 反復進講 等 다양한 進講法이 동원되었다. 未來 漢文科 敎育이 適者生存의 틈바구니에서 살아남기 위해서는 이 같은 進講法을 현대 교육적 차원에서 재조명하여 현 中等學校와 師範大 漢文科 敎育에 적극 活用할 필요가 있다. 中等學校의 경우는 個別學習, 反復學習, 實踐中心 敎育, 協同敎授 面에서 敎育의 質的 成長에 기여할 방안을 찾았고, 漢文科 敎育課程의 敎育 目的·內容·方法 等에서 主要 指針 資料로 활용할 수 있다. 大學의 경우는 討論學習, 拔萃學習, 文·史·哲 統合 敎育課程, 팀티칭 등에서 敎科 敎育的 活用이 가능하였고, 師範大 漢文敎育科의 敎授·學習 方法과 敎育課程의 主要 模型이 되었다. 또 `漢文科 敎材硏究`, `漢文敎育史`, `漢文敎育原論`, `漢文敎育方法論` 等 敎科敎育資料 및 敎材로 活用할 수 있다는 點에서 그 敎育的 價値를 주었다. 39 subjects were lectured in royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong, Joseon Dynasty. Royal education, the practice education as well as the basic education for establishing self achievement of a king, was mainly aimed to build up an ideal country where ruling philosophy for a reign of peace is adopted by the king, and sound manners and customs are formed by people. As for the content of royal education, the two subjects were concentrated: moral training and ruling people, which are vital in carrying out state affairs, and especially it played a role of the harmonized unity of the king, ministers, and people in the society where politics is not separated from education or in the society of the unity of church and state. The method of royal education, as a means of achieving the object of royal education, played a role of the unique path which could enhance the effect by regulating the flow of learning activity and organically and mutually connecting the subject and object, and contents of royal education. In royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong, there were various methods of royal education, such as private lessons, seminars, explaining, questioning and answering, discussing, comparing, conducting case studies, reading, and parroting. In the modern society where the new revolution is required, in order to make the various methods of royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong a milestone of the modern education, they should positively be used in the education of Sino-Korean texts at middle schools and of Sino-Korean texts of the university of education. In the case of middle schools, the educational value was created in the private lessons, repeated learning, practice-focused education, and seminars, and royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong became the main guide materials of the object, contents, and methods of education of training courses of Sino-Korean texts. In the case of universities, there was a qualitative growth in the texts education in discussing study, conducting case studies, the integrated training courses of literature, history, and philosophy, and team teaching, and royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong has become the main model of the method of teaching and learning and training courses. Also, as the educational value was enhanced in that it can be used as teaching materials as well as the materials of texts education, such as the study of Sino-Korean texts, the history of Sino-Korean education, the principle of Sino-Korean education, and the methodology of Sino-Korean education.

        교통사고 후유증 환자의 임상적 분석과 한방치료효과

        Objectives : This study was designed to find out the characteristic of patients who had admitted due to traffic accident and to promote the superiority of oriental medical treatment on the sequelae of traffic accident. Methods : We analyzed 332 traffic accident patients statistically according to medical charts, who had been hospitalized from January 1, 2000 to October 30, 2004. Results and Conclusions : The analysis showed that there was no significant difference in sex(p>0.05), but the older group and the shorter group of interval time from onset to addmission had the better remedial result(p<0.05). The most common diagnosis that had the better remedial result was lumbar sprain, followed by multiple contusion, cervical sprain, herniated lumbar disc, herniated cervical disc(p<0.05), and the most effective oriental medical treatment was moxibusition, followed by blood cupping therapy, taping therapy, chuna therapy except acupuncture, herbal medication, oriental physical therapy(p<0.05). In using of TENS, ICT, U/S, complex therapy had better remedial result than single therapy(p<0.05). The longer period of treatment group had better remedial result generally(p<0.05).
