We measured signals at the “Guan” region of a radially arterial pulse using the prototype of a clamping pulsimeter equipped with a Hall effect device, which is passed signals through the voltage detecting hard ware system. The important four different measuring times of the period, systolic, reflective, and notch peaks for a temporally pulse signal are obtained and compared each other from the analysis for an arbitrary pulse wave of one position of small size permanent magnet. It is possible to measure the reproducible pulse rate and blood pressure by using the cuffless clip type pulsimeter without an unpleasant oppressive feeling due to the use of pressurization.
Estimated Blood Pressure Algorithm for a Wrist-wearable Pulsimeter Using Hall Device

In order to measure the blood pressure (BP) by using the pulse wave obtained from the radial artery, we developed a cuffless wrist-wearable pulsimeter with a Hall device. Based on an analysis of the non-pressurized pulse wave obtained from the Hall device, which detects minute changes in the magnetic field of a permanent magnet, a new algorithm for estimating the BP in oriental diagnostic medicine is proposed. Using the pulse wave data obtained from a clinical trial involving 13 subjects, we derived an equation for the regression analysis. This equation can be used to determine the correlation factor. The standard deviation of the estimated and measured values for high blood pressure was 3.5 mmHg and that for low blood pressure was 3.8 mmHg, which were close to the BP International Standard.
부식산 제거율 향상을 위한 오존공정의 개선에 관한 연구

Ozone alone, Ozone/GAC, Ozone/H_(2)O_(2) and Ozone/GAC/H_(2)O_(2) processes were introduced for treatment of humic acid, which is a representative refractory organic compound. H_(2)O_(2) and GAC used as catalysts for experiment. The treatment efficiencies of humic acid in each process were analyzed for pH variation, DOC removal, and UV_(254) decrease. UV_(254) decrease in Ozone/GAC and Ozone/GAC/H_(2)O_(2) processes were the highest with about 93%, and Ozone alone and Ozone/H_(2)O_(2) processes were 88%. DOC removal in Ozone/GAC/H_(2)O_(2) process was the highest with 71%. Removal by Ozone/GAC, Ozone alone, and Ozone/H_(2)O_(2) processes were 66%, 39%, and 47%, respectively.
