골프웨어 브랜드 이미지에 따른 니트디자인 설계 요인 분석

        이유미 한국의상디자인학회 2023 한국의상디자인학회지 Vol.25 No.4

Competition is intensifying as the golfwear market grows and expands rapidly due to the influx of MZ generation golfers, so it is necessary to plan knit golfwear products suitable to consumer needs The purpose of this study is to contribute to product planning by analyzing knit design factors according to the brand image of golfwear. First, the top five sales brands surveyed by Apparel News were selected. The selected brands were G-Fore, PXG, Malbon Golf, Titleist, and Mark & Lona. Knit products sold by the selected golfwear brands were investigated based on design factors, such as image, item, stich, yarn, color, and pattern to analyze knit design factors according to brand image. G-Fore's modern classical image was influenced by pullovers, vest items, 100% wool, color contrast, intasha stich, and monotone colors. PXG's sporty modern image was due to a mixture of rayon and polyester in jumper items, while Malbon Golf's American casual image applied character patterns and intasha knitwear. Line points, plain knitwear, and monotone colors were analyzed as design factors for Titleist's modern minimal image, while Mark & Lona's classic casual was analyzed as knit design factors, such as check patterns and jacquard knitwear. Differences in knit design factors according to brand image can be identified.

In Vitro & In Vivo Effect of Parathyroid Hormone Analogue (1-14) Containing α-amino-iso-butyric Acid Residue (Aib)1,3

        이유미,이원태,이은진,마수현,박소영,임승길 연세대학교의과대학 2006 Yonsei medical journal Vol.47 No.2

Firstly, parathyroid hormone (1-14) [PTH (1-14)] analogue containing various α-amino-iso-butyric acid residue (Aib) was synthesized by exchanging the 1st and 3rd Ala residues of alpha carbon of PTH (1-14). This analogue revealed to have the quite tight and stable α-helical structure using the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. The biological activities of these analogues were examined using a cAMP- generating assay in LLC-PK1 cell lines stably transfected with the wild- type human PTH1 receptor. Only the PTH analogue substituted with methyl moiety without acetylation showed significant cAMP generating action with 15.0±3.414 of EC50. Then, we used an ovariectomized rat model system to compare the in vivo effects of parathyroid hormone analogue with that of PTH (1-84). Daily subcutaneous administration of the unacetylated Aib1,3PTH (1-14) for 5 weeks in 30nM/kg subcutaneously with positive control group receiving PTH (1-84) with 8nM/ kg were performed. However, there was no significant change in spinal or femoral bone mineral density assessed by dual x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in the Aib1,3PTH (1-14) group where definite increase of these parameters shown in the PTH (1-84) group (p<0.001). Assessment of bone strength was evaluated with no significant differences among all groups. It was quite disappointing to see the actual discrepancies between the result of significant pharmacokinetic potency and the in vivo clinical effect of the Aib1,3PTH (1-14). However, there are several limitations to mention, such as the short duration of treatment, matter of dosage, and insufficient effect of tight α-helical structures with absence of C-terminus. In conclusion, our findings suggest that unacetylated Aib1,3PTH (1-14) did not exhibit any anabolic effects at the bones of ovariectomized rats.

A Study on the Function of Oral Medicine as the Secondary Clinic Based on Analysis on Admissive Channel and Case Features

이유미,이정현,임현대,Lee, You-Mee,Lee, Jung-Hyun,Lim, Hyun-Dae Korean Academy of Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine 2006 Journal of Oral Medicine and Pain Vol.31 No.3

The epidemiological researches on the inpatients hospitalized at the oral medicine ward have been continuously carried out since 1970, and most researches have been performed by centering around the oral medicine wards of college hospitals. Numerous specialists have been produced after the establishment of oral medicine, and they have been active in various fields. As dental clinics have gotten bigger, the function of oral medicine in the secondary clinics is being brought out. As admissive channel, case features, case composition and otherwise have not been researched for a long time, the related researches should be carried out from now on. Hereupon, this study was carried out by targeting the 100 inpatients hospitalized at the oral medicine ward of Sun Hospital located in Daejeon Korea, through questionnaire. As the result, the following results were derived. 1. The ages of the inpatients in Sun Hospital were $29.21{\pm}11.31$ on the average; 71 females' mean average was $29.63{\pm}11.29$ and 29 males' mean average was $28.17{\pm}11.48$. In regard of school career, the patients who finished high-school course or higher accounted for 78%; the patients' school career seemed to be relatively high. The patients who complained of temporomandibular pain accounted for the highest proportion with 65%. In motivation to visit this hospital, internet surfing was 11%, mass media was 10%, acquaintance's introduction was 38%. The patients, who were hospitalized at another hospital due to the same symptom, accounted for 56%. The dental clinics, which made the patients visit this hospital, accounted for 20%. The patients, who were previously aware that the present symptom should be treated by oral medicine, accounted for 38%. The patients, who were not aware of the fact in advance, were 62%. The respondents of 51% answered that they were aware of the fact one month or below before hospitalization. 2. The patients, who complained of craniocervical ache, accounted for 58%; the patients, whose ache aches affect dailylife, were 22%. Continuous ache was 14% and intermittent ache was 68%, and dull pain was 23%. 3. Life variations were compared with each other by using SRRS (Social Readjustment Rating Scale). In consequence, the variation within 3 years indicated a significant difference in the both groups but the variation within 6 months did not indicate any differences. 4. In regard of the questionnaire on the incidents happened for a week, the ache-group was compared with the group free from the ache. As the result, the number of strain arisen for a week, the decrease of favorite works and sudden fear indicated a significant difference. Pleasant feeling and the decrease of interests in looks did not indicate a significant difference, but came close to the significance. 5. In the questionnaire on impatience, the ache-group indicated higher value but there was not a significant difference. 6. In the questionnaire on the symptoms caused by stress, the two groups indicated significant differences in the item of 'the teethridge itches and feels a tooth rising' and 'the occiput or the nape is stiff.' In the item 'the inside of the cheek or the teethridge are widely peeled off, accompanied with ache and hemorrhage', 'the face has acne or pimple' and 'headache frequently attacks', a significant difference was not observed but the two groups came close to the significance.

균혈증이 동반된 중증 지역사회 획득 Acinetobacter baumannii 폐렴 1예

        이유미,윤신교,이호수,강보형,안지현,김유재,홍상범,최상호 대한감염학회 2012 Infection and Chemotherapy Vol.44 No.2

Acinetobacter baumannii is a significant pathogen in nosocomial infections, especially in intensive care units. However, community-acquired A. baumannii (CAAB) pneumonia is an uncommon disease. Most of the CAAB pneumonia in the literature is characterized by an abrupt onset and rapid progression to respiratory failure and hemodynamic instability. In our case, a 51-year-old man without underlying diseases developed severe pneumonia. Respiratory distress rapidly worsened and mechanical ventilation was applied. Extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation was applied due to refractory septic shock. Fully sensitive A. baumannii pneumonia was confirmed by the sputum culture and blood culture. The patient was effectively treated by the meropenem. However, the patient died of uncontrolled ventilatorassociated pneumonia, developed on the 10th hospital day, and refractory septic shock. We report the case of severe CAAB pneumonia with bacteremia in a patient without underlying diseases in Korea.

Indeterminate T-SPOT.TB Test Results in Patients with Suspected Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis in Routine Clinical Practice

        이유미,김선미,박수진,박기호,이상오,최상호,김양수,우준희,김성한 대한감염학회 2013 Infection and Chemotherapy Vol.45 No.1

Background: The two interferon-γ release assays such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold / In-Tube (QFT-TB) and T-SPOT.TB -are useful tools for the rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) but can yield indeterminate test results (ITRs). While some studies have identified risk factors for ITRs in the QFT-TB test, there have been few such studies for the T-SPOT.TB test. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors associated with ITRs in the T-SPOT.TB test. Materials and Methods: From April 2008 to August 2010, all patients with suspected extrapulmonary tuberculosis (E-TB)were enrolled in a tertiary hospital in Korea. ITR was defined as < 20 spots in the positive control well or > 10 spots in the negative control well. Results: Out of a total of 368 patients, 32 (8.7%, 95% CI, 6.0% to 11.7%) had ITRs in their T-SPOT.TB tests. The ITRs were due to a low mitogen response in 13 (40.6%) patients and to a high nil response in the other 19 (59.4%) patients. Statistical analysis revealed that old age, underlying diseases, immunosuppressive treatment, lymphopenia, and clinical manifestations of E-TB were not significantly associated with ITRs. Conclusions: Indeterminate results in the T-SPOT.TB test are not affected by age, underlying disease, immunosuppressive treatment, lymphopenia, or clinical manifestations of E-TB, which are known risk factors for indeterminate results in the QFT-TB test.
