Gramian angular field 기반 비간섭 부하 모니터링 환경에서의 다중 상태 가전기기 분류 기법

비간섭 부하 모니터링은 사용자 에너지 소비량의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 가전기기의 사용량 예측 및 분류를 하는 기술로, 최근 에너지 절약의 수단으로 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GAF(Gramian angular field) 기반 1차원 시계열 데이터를 2차원 행렬로 변환하는 기법과, 합성곱 신경망(convolutional neural networks)을 결합해 사용자 전력 사용량 데이터로부터 가전기기를 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다. 학습을 위해 공개 가정용 전력 데이터인 REDD(residential energy disaggregation dataset)를 사용하고, GASF(Gramian angular summation field), GADF(Gramian angular difference field)의 분류 정확도를 확인한다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 이중 상태(on/off)를 가지는 가전기기에서 두 모델 모두 97%의 정확도를 보였고, 다중 상태를 가지는 기기에서 GASF는 95%로 GADF보다 3% 높은 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다. 차후 데이터의 량을 증가시키고 모델을 최적화해 정확도와 속도를 개선할 예정이다. Non-intrusive load monitoring is a technology that can be used for predicting and classifying the type of appliances through real-time monitoring of user power consumption, and it has recently got interested as a means of energy-saving. In this paper, we propose a system for classifying appliances from user consumption data by combining GAF(Gramian angular field) technique that can be used for converting one-dimensional data to the two-dimensional matrix with convolutional neural networks. We use REDD(residential energy disaggregation dataset) that is the public appliances power data and confirm the classification accuracy of the GASF(Gramian angular summation field) and GADF(Gramian angular difference field). Simulation results show that both models showed 94% accuracy on appliances with binary-state(on/off) and that GASF showed 93.5% accuracy that is 3% higher than GADF on appliances with multi-state. In later studies, we plan to increase the dataset and optimize the model to improve accuracy and speed.

캐주얼 한복 브랜드의 온라인 커뮤니케이션-의도된 이미지와 지각된 이미지의 일치성-

This study investigates whether the image of the casual Hanbok brand is being communicated to consumers successfully. We conducted a semantic network analysis to identify ways of revitalizing communication between casual Hanbok brands and consumers; in addition, we quantitatively evaluated the effectiveness of communication marketing through Quadratic Assignment Procedure (QAP) analysis. Unstructured data from 2014-2021 were collected through portal sites and then refined and networked. Our analysis showed that casual Hanbok brands generally target younger people and that different brands employ similar methods to promote and popularize the casual Hanbok style. Consumers tended to recognize and show interest in casual Hanbok, suggesting the potential to expand the market to Blue Ocean. However, some of our findings revealed the potential factors of style coordination risk and prejudice against existing Hanbok, which could potentially hinder casual Hanbok's uptake and adoption. We conclude that increasing the demand for casual Hanbok depends not only on delivering an accurate brand image to consumers but also on balancing fashion with traditional images when planning products and providing styling information.

의류학 연구 지적구조의 변화: RJCC 계량정보학적 인용분석

Citation frequency is an important factor in evaluating journal quality and is used as a measure of journal impact. The citation index of a paper plays an important role in linking papers with groups of other academic papers, forming a huge and complex network. This study examines the intellectual structure of apparel research through the bibliometric citation analysis of The Research Journal of the Costume Culture (RJCC). In order to analyze the changes in the intellectual structure of the RJCC, we used the Korea Citation Index’s (KCI) data (highly citing journals and highly cited journals). The NodeXL, a social network analysis tool, was used to examine the connection structure between journals. In order to identify the academic influence of the RJCC, we used the KCI journal citation index. Our findings indicate that the RJCC has a high centrality index among the clothing-oriented journals in the same life sciences field. A look at the journals citing the RJCC and the journals cited within the RJCC also showed that more journals of diverse fields have been recently linked through their citations. This suggests that a convergence of interdisciplinary research is underway in the field of clothing. As a result of examining international journals cited in the RJCC, it was confirmed that they were cited in prominent international journals in various fields.

액티브 시니어의 신체적 여가활동에서 동기부여 언어의 중요성 -시니어 패션모델 교육을 중심으로-

This study examined how the motivational language of instructors in senior fashion model classes affects learners' achievement goal orientation and interpersonal competence, as well as their intention to continue participating. The participants in this study were active seniors aged 50 and above, and the analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM and bootstrapping for mediation effects. It was found that autonomous motivation had a significant impact on task achievement goals and interpersonal competence, but not on ego achievement goals. On the other hand, controlled motivation only had a significant impact on ego achievement goals. Additionally, interpersonal competence had a significant impact on the intention to continue participating, and task achievement goals were found to mediate the relationship between autonomous motivation and interpersonal competence. This study aimed to promote understanding of the importance of instructors’ motivational language in senior fashion model education and learners' psychology and to provide information that can help develop a fashion-related leisure activity curriculum. It also suggests efficient instructional directions for instructors in senior education, and it is expected to be utilized in the development of fashion-related leisure activity program curricula in the future.

탐정 산업의 효율적 관리를 위한 법제화 연구

Since there are no related laws and regulations in the Korean private investigation industry, anyone can freely operate it if they report the business to the tax office. The reality is that companies hire PI to investigate rival companies and employees for specific reasons, as they generally rely on individual requests. The Korean PI industry is divided into two parts. The first are retired police officers and investigators who have experience in criminal investigation. The second are private citizen who can conduct investigation service activities runs a PI agency after everyone has registered with the tax office. It is no exaggeration to say that the current legal conflicts and legal problems that arise in the PI service cannot be ruled out because civilians are relatively less knowledgeable than PIs and legal experts. Therefore, in order for PI industry to operate stably in Korea, we will first study the concept and type of PI industry, comparative analysis of past PI laws, current status and reality of PI industry, and study the current status and references. 대한민국의 탐정(private investigation) 산업은 관련 법률 규제가 없어서 누구나 세무서에 사업자 신고를 하면 자유롭게 운영을 할 수 있다. 보편적으로 개인 의뢰가 주를 이루고 있으며 기업들이 특정 이유로 경쟁 업체나 직원 등을 조사하기 위해 탐정을 고용하고 있는 실정이다. 대한민국 탐정 산업의 주체는 두 가지로 나뉜다. 첫 번째는 경찰공무원이나 수사관 등 범죄 조사나 형사 수사 등의 경력을 가지고 있는 전직 공무원이 있다. 두 번째는 세무서에 사업자 등록을 마친 후 조사 서비스 활동을 하는 민간인이 있다. 민간인은 상대적으로 수사관 또는 법률 전문가보다 법률 지식이 부족하므로 조사 서비스를 진행하는 과정에서 현행법 저촉과 같은 법적인 문제를 발생시킬 가능성을 항상 가지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 문제는 이로 인한 피해가 고스란히 의뢰인에게 돌아간다는 점이다. 탐정을 통한 전문서비스를 필요로 한 의뢰인에게 오히려 또 다른 피해가 가중될 위험을 내포하고 있는 것이 대한민국 탐정 산업의 현 위치라고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 탐정업의 개념과 유형, 역대 탐정 법률안의 비교분석, 탐정 산업의 현황과 실태 파악, 탐정 산업의 효율적 관리를 위한 현황 분석과 문헌 고찰을 통해 국내에서 탐정 산업이 신뢰를 기반으로 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 입법화에 기여하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study explores the causal relationship between active seniors’ participation in physical leisure activities on their appearance management attitude and behavior and verifies the mediating effect of physical confidence. Methods: The study subjects were in their 50s or older and had participated in physical leisure activities. In total, 215 data were used for the analysis. Additionally, single regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and bootstrapping-based mediating effect verification were performed. Results: The hedonic participation motive of leisure activities had a significant effect on physical confidence and appearance management attitude. However, the practical participation motive had no significant effect. Moreover, the mediating role of physical confidence in the path of hedonic participation motivation on appearance management attitude was verified. Finally, the appearance management attitude had a significant positive relationship with all appearance management behavior. Conclusion: This study is academically significant in that it explores the relationship between leisure activities and beauty in the era of super-aging, where successful aging has become increasingly important. Additionally, it offers useful data for senior marketing in the leisure and beauty industries. 목적: 본 연구는 액티브 시니어의 신체적 여가활동 참여동기가 외모관리태도 및 행동에 미치는 인과적 관계를 탐색하고, 신체자신감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 연구대상은 신체적 여가활동에 참여한 경험이 있는 50대 이상인 자로 선정하였다. 총 215부의 자료가 분석에 사용되었고, 단일회귀분석, 다중회귀분석, 부트스트래핑 기반의 매개효과 검증을 수행하였다. 결과: 여가활동의 쾌락적 참여동기는 신체자신감과 외모관리태도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미친 반면에 실용적 참여동기는 유의한 영향을미치지 못하였다. 또한 쾌락적 참여동기가 외모관리태도에 미치는 경로에서 신체자신감의 매개적 역할이 검증되었다. 마지막으로외모관리태도는 모든 외모관리행동과 유의한 정적 관계에 있는 것으로 확인되었다결. 론: 성공적인 노화가 중요해진 초고령화 시대에 여가활동과 뷰티의 연관성을 탐색하였다는 점에 학술적 의의가 있으며, 여가 및 뷰티산업의 시니어 마케팅 전개시 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
