터널 안정화를 위한 페이스볼트의 효율적 배치에 관한 수치해석적 연구

For application of NATM, the self-supporting until installation of the supporting system must be satisfied. However, the face of a tunnel are always unsupported and therefore it is fairly vulnerable to tunnel collapses. Face blots are well known and widely used to prevent the deformation of the tunnel face and its circumference, which are installed horizontally toward the tunnel axis generally. To maximize the supporting effect of face bolts, this study has analysed the effective design patterns of face bolts by changing their installation angles. As the conclusion, it has been found that the axial displacement of the face increases slightly by installing the outermost bolts upward from the axis but surface settlement at 2.5D behind the face decreases up to 18%. 터널굴착시 NATM이 적용되기 위해서는 「굴착 후 지보공의 시공이 완료되기 전까지 막장이 자립하고 있을 것」을 전제조건으로 하고 있지만 터널막장은 항상 무보강의 상태가 계속되고 있고, 붕괴사고가 집중되고 있는 가장 취약한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 대한 대책공법 중 페이스볼트는 주로 막장전방을 향하여 수평으로 설치해 막장을 보강하는 공법으로 널리 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 페이스볼트의 설치효과를 극대화시키기 위해 일률적인 수평설치의 패턴을 변경해 보다 효율적인 설계패턴에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과, 최외곽부의 볼트들을 터널 축방향의 윗방향으로 배치함으로써 막장 수평변위는 다소 증가하지만, 막장후방 2.5D의 천단침하는 약 18% 줄일 수 있는 것이 확인되었다.

Background : This study was carried out in order to investigate the discrepancy between the histology obtained through the preoperative endoscopic biopsy and post operative resection. Methods :To analyse the factors affecting the discrepancy 280 cases, in 270 gastric adenocarcinoma patients who underwent surgical operation in this hospital since 1st August, 2004, to 31st July 2005, were subjected to present study. Histologic types were categorized into well-differentiated tubular(WD-T), moderately-differentiated tubular(MD-T), poor-differentiated tubular(PD-T), signet ring cell carcinoma, and papillary adenocarcinoma(Pap). The data is gender, tumor marker, concordance of pathologist, tumor location, T and N factor, and stage in this study Results : From the cases exhibiting WD-T, MD-T, PD-T, and SRC in endoscopic biopsy,52.9%, 60.4%,38.9% and 65.6%, respectively, showed the same pathology in resected specimen. The sensitivity was analysed as 70.3%, 52.9%, 26.9%, 80% respectively. For the statistically significant factors affecting the pathologic discrepancy, male patient showed higher discrepancy. In this cases, the discrepancy rate of gender is 49% in male, 34% in female patients with elevated CEA level had higher discrepancy. And that is statistically significant factors affecting the pathologic discrepancy. However, Patients with elevated CA19-9 levels also showed higher discrepancy, but no significance. Also, There is no difference about discrepancy according to concordance of pathologists who reported histologic biopsy, in the preoperation and postoperation. When discrepancy was presented, 44.9% was reported in accord case, 44.2% was reported in discord case with respect to pathologist. As for the discrepancy following the location of tu or, data showed less discrepancy, in cases where tumor was located at the lower 1/3, but this showed no significance. In the change of pathologic results based on T,N factor, It showed no significance.but, it is noticeable in mucosal, submucosal cancer that was reported 32.2% and 57.4% present rate of discrepancy, patients with elevated stage had higher discrepancy, but this showed no significance. Conclusions : The statistically significantly factors that affected the pathologic discrepancy were gender, and rise in CEA level. Mucosal and submucosal cancer showed discrepancy in 32.5% and 57.4% respectively, and further study is thought to be necessary. Also, further retrospective study with more cases is thought be needed for early gastric adenocarcinoma

This study examines the process and the procedure through which data information is selected; proposed; and how editorial design is affected based on the agreed upon keyword and content by illustrating the process of designing ‘2007 Samsung Heavy Industries Annual Report.’ This research seeks to suggest the following. Providing a method on how to edit and reproduce information with the given RFP(Request for Proposal;) illustrating the application of the method on whether rational steps were taken; and verifying and sharing the experience of the effects and control drawn by clearing separating editing and editorial design. There can be various methods to obtain complete works of editorial design that everyone can relate to. The effort to illustrate the relational approach of reprocessing information and editorial design was made to suggest one way to secure a complete end product. At times, intuition or a designer’s experience and inclination can create results. However, the probability that such an approach will be effective in successfully producing a publication is low. Therefore, one way to increase the probability of successfully creating a product is to analyze and present procedural processes as this research intends. The degree to which content and design coincide is the issue of the day in editorial design. Design is ultimately a matter of language and visual communication. Precise process can be a rational approach to design. Presenting efficient design through reprocessing information and attractive keyword can play a decisive role in providing clues to visual language. The added contribution of the designer’s intuition and creativity will heighten the probability of communicating rationally and visually with the readers and the clients.

We report two rare cases of concurrent papillary thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid carcinoma on the same lobes of the thyroid gland. A 35-year-old female and a 32-year old male presented with a one-week history of throat discomfort and palpable anterior neck mass on the same lobe, respectively. Fine needle aspiration biopsy of two nodules resulted in papillary thyroid cancer and follicular neoplasm. This patients underwent total thyroidectomy and central compartment neck dissection. The pathologic diagnosis of two nodules at Rt. lobe of thyroid was papillary carcinoma(PTC) and follicular carcinoma.

Aluminum nitride (AlN) nanopowders with low degree of agglomeration and uniform particle size were synthesized by carbothermal reduction of alumina and subsequent direct nitridization. Boehmite powder was homogeneously admixed with carbon black nanopowders by ball milling. The powder mixture was treated under ammonia atmosphere to synthesize AlN powder at lour temperature. The effect of process variables such as boehmite/carbon black powder ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of AlN nanopowder was investigated.
복합항생제 SP-102 (설박탐 . 피레라실린) 의 랫드 복강내 투여에 의한 아급성 독성

The subacute toxicity of combined antibiotics, SP-102 (Sulbactam·Piperacilline), was examined in S.D.rats. Four groups of rats were administered intraperitoneally with 0, 512, 1280 and 3200 mg/kg/day of SP-102 for 30 days. Main clinical sign related to the compound was soft stool. The body weight gain was slightly decreased in male rats treated with 1280, 3200 mg/kg and in female rats treated with 1280 mg/kg of SP-102. Water consumption was significantly increased in rats administered with SP-102. There were no dose-related changes of urinalysis, biochemical examination and hematological findings in all the groups treated with SP-102. Gross necropsy and histopathology revealed no evidence of specific toxicity related to SP-102. Our data indicate that no-observed effect level of SP-102 is below 512 mg/kg in male and female rats. Maximum tolerated dose of SP-102 was estimated to be above 3200 mg/kg in this study.
