        Alveolar macrophages modulate allergic inflammation in a murine model of asthma

        The role of alveolar macrophages (AMs) in the pathogenesis of asthma is still unknown. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of AM in the murine model of asthma. AMs were selectively depleted by liposomes containing clodronate just before allergen challenges, and changes in inflammatory cells and cytokine concentrations in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid were measured. AMs were then adoptively transferred to AM-depleted sensitized mice and changes were measured. Phenotypic changes in AMs were evaluated after in vitro allergen stimulation. AM-depletion after sensitization significantly increased the number of eosinophils and lymphocytes and the concentrations of IL-4, IL-5 and GM-CSF in BAL fluid. These changes were significantly ameliorated only by adoptive transfer of unsensitized AMs, not by sensitized AMs. In addition, in vitro allergen stimulation of AMs resulted in their gaining the ability to produce inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6and TNF-α, and losing the ability to suppress GM-CSF concentrations in BAL fluid. These findings suggested that AMs worked probably through GM-CSF-dependent mechanisms, although further confirmatory experiments are needed. Our results indicate that the role of AMs in the context of airway inflammation should be re-examined.

        This research is started from the criticism of construction which is standardized and monotonous in modern city. At now, Digital filtered into not only our life but also sphere of culture and art. If we supposed that the architecture is imbued with general culture and social problem, the characteristic which is appeared by digital is related with architecture. Accordingly new trial is required that integrates architecture with digital. For this reason, based on the research about external characteristic of digital architecture, we suggest vision of future for architecture design in 21C, willing to show possibility of formation development and its application to design procedure.

        주택담보대출 원리금 부담가능구간 추정 및 시뮬레이션 연구

        The burden of households’ mortgage payment will continue to rise, considering the recent increase in household debt and the possibility of interest rate rise. The purpose of the study is to estimate the acceptable range of mortgage payment using the Price Sensitive Measurement (PSM) and to simulate the size of households that are burdened by mortgage payment as interest rates change. To apply PSM to mortgage payment, a survey was carried out and interest rates simulation was performed to identify future risks. The results of analysis and their implications are as follows. First, as a result of PSM analysis, it was found that all regions showed the same acceptable range of mortgage payment, but different reasonable payment levels. In particular, local metropolitan cities showed moderate payment levels and high sensitivity. Second, there were more households feeling burdened by the repayment of the principal and interest in the Seoul Capital Area than local metropolitan cities. Third, the simulation showed that a further 3%p increase in interest rates would lead to a significant increase in overburdened households. Although this study has limitations in the scope and scale of spatial coverage, it is meaningful in that it empirically analyzes the acceptable range of mortgage payment and the possible interest payment risk. 최근 증가하고 있는 가계부채와 금리 상승 가능성은 가계부채의 원리금 부담 증가가 예상된다. 본 연구는 가격민감성분석(PSM; Price Sensitive Measurement)을 사용하여 수용 가능한 원리금 상환 범위를 추정하고, 향후 이자율 변화에 따라 원리금 상환에 부담을 느끼는 가구의 규모를 시뮬레이션한다. 이를 통해 향후 금리인상에 따른 위험을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, PSM 분석 결과, 모든 지역이 수용 가능한 원리금의 범위를 동일하게 보았지만, 적정원리금 수준은 다르게 나타났다. 특히 지방광역시는 낮은 적정 원리금과 높은 민감도를 보였다. 둘째, 지방광역시에 비해 수도권에서 원리금 상환에 부담을 느끼는 가구가 많았다. 셋째, 이자율 변화 시뮬레이션 결과, 모든 지역의 원리금 상환에 부담을 느끼는 가구가 이자율이 3%p 증가하는 구간에서 급격히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향후 이자율 변화에 따라 원리금 상환에 부담을 느끼는 가구가 급격히 증가할 것을 의미하며, 이를 감안한 리스크 관리방안이 마련될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 공간적 범위와 규모에 한계를 가지고 있지만, 실제 원리금 상환 부담정도와 향후 위험성에 대해 PSM 분석과 시뮬레이션을 통해 실증적으로 밝혔다는 점에 의의가 있다.

        상업용부동산 정보의 중요도 평가 연구

        This study aims at identifying factors that are important for information in Korean commercial real estate to provide the valuable information to investors and to proceed to advanced market by improving the transparency using the AHP method. In conclusion, important factors that should be considered in information for the Korean commercial real estate by priority are price and transaction information, rent price, income, and accessibilities. The suggestions of this study can help policy makers and market participants to utilize and to manage future information of commercial real estate. In addition, it is also expected that these results contribute to improve transparency of Korean commercial real estate market.

        This study aims to provide fundamental data for effective project promotion and impact analysis of the Projects to Conserve and Utilize Historic-cultural spaces. Through literature and media reports analysis, the current status, characteristics, and primary issues of the project to conserve and utilize Historic-cultural space were examined. The analysis revealed that Historic-cultural space projects pursue social and cultural effects such as promoting local identity and cultural enjoyment of local residents, in addition to economic benefits. Media reports on Historic-cultural space projects showed positive perceptions such as beautiful and impressive, but also negative keywords such as discord and damage, indicating conflicts related to the projects.

        서울 도심전통상권내 상업시설 보전 및 활용을 위한 가치 평가 연구

        본 연구는 쉽게 사라지는 도심상업시설의 숨겨진 특성 분석과 가치평가를 통해 올바른 가치기준 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 도출한 가치요소인 역사성, 건축성, 사회성,경제성과 도심상업시설 특성을 기반으로 한 창조성을 AHP분석을 통해 가치평가 틀을 세우고 평화시장, 낙원상가에 대입시켜 시사점과 개선사항을 살펴본다. 평가 결과 두 시장의 총합은 비슷하였으나, 평화시장은 역사성이, 낙원상가는 건축성이 도드라졌으며, 사회성과 창조성의 상인요소는 두 항목 모두 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 3가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 도심상업시설은 창조성을 포함한 5가지 특성 외에 다양한 가치를 보유하고 있으며, 이는 꾸준한 가치 규명과 특성탐구가 필요함을 시사한다. 둘째, 서울 도심상업시설은 주변과의 연계와 역사성이 강하게 나타났으며, 이는 보전, 활용에 있어서 주변 네트워크와 도시적 차원에서의 고려가 필요함을 시사한다. 셋째, 도시공간 보전 및 활용에 대한 기준이 수치화된 경제성과 건축성에만 편중되지 않고 인문적 요소를 고려해야 하며, 도심 전통상권 내 상업시설의 경우 상인들의 삶과 네트워크를 고려하는 방안이 필요하겠다. This study aims to suggest the suitable valuation standard through the analysis and evaluation of the hidden characteristics of easily disappeared commercial facilities located in downtown. For this purpose, evaluation index was categorized as five, based on the previous studies and the characteristics of the traditional commercial facilities in downtown. The Framework of evaluation was established via the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. Then, this Framework was applied to Pyounghwa market and Nakwon market, and We addressed the suggestion and improvement plan. The results of the evaluation are follows : The sum of the two markets are similar, but higher the Historicity of Pyounghwa market and Architectural characteristics of Nakwon market. Also, Two markets were all highly creativity and sociality. Here are three suggestions presented by this process. First, Downtown commercial facilities have a variety of value including five characteristics, which suggests a need for the steady value identification and characterization study. Second, Downtown commercial facilities of Seoul showed strong linkages of the surrounding and history, which suggests that conservation and utilization is required to consider the perimeter network and the urban dimension. Third, standard for conservation and utilization of urban space must consider the factors of humanities, and commercial facilities will require measure that reflect lives and network of traders.
