In this study we tested the ability of the theory of reasoned action to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. The personnel interest, public interest for the society, internal motivation, external motivation, pro-environmental attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral intention were used to predict the consumer's pro-environmental behavior. We examined our model by the empirical data. The sample pool was composed 539 man and woman. Statistics used for data analysis were Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Reliability Analysis. Research shows the following results: 1) The personnel interest and public interest for the society influences the pro-environmental attitude. 2) The subjective norms are influenced by the internal and external motivation. 3) The pro-environmental attitude and subjective norms influences the consumer's pro-environmental behavior through the medium of behavioral intention. These findings will help the government officials and NGO agents to design the environment policy.
고단백 스낵과 비건 스낵에 대한 선택속성과 구매 행동 연구

The number of vegans has increased rapidly due to religious and ethical beliefs, environmental concerns, health, etc. Also, as interest in healthy and safe food increases, the demand for organic products or nutrition-enhanced products is increasing. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the selection attributes and purchasing behavior for protein-fortified and vegan snacks. It is anticipated that the results would find use as basic data for developing protein-fortified snacks for vegans that can meet consumer needs and derive marketing strategies. A survey was conducted on 140 consumers. According to the analysis of their purchase behavior, the number of people who had purchased high-protein snacks and vegan snacks was higher than those who did not have prior experience. The reasons for the purchase of protein fortified snacks included 'meal replacement' at 'offline-convenient store/supermarket'. Vegan snacks were purchased for 'ethical beliefs, health, environment' at 'offline-vegan restaurant, bakery'. Both snacks showed above-normal preferences. However, it is necessary to improve taste and flavor when developing these products as these were the factors that negatively impacted the preferences. The attributes were factorized into the 'showing off factor', 'sensory factor', 'credence factor', and 'functional factor' and the 'sensory factor' was considered the most important.
지방행정에 있어서 상급 공무원의 리더십 행태와 하급 공무원들의 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 연구

This study is about the relationship between leadership behavior and lower class civil servants' organizational citizenship behavior in local public administration. This study was started at the proposition which the perception for organizational citizenship behavior varies across civil servants, so civil servants differed in what they defined as in-role and extra-role behavior. And so, civil servants' role perception was included as a principal variable in this research model. This study found that leadership behavior have relations with the role perception and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study found that civil servants' role perception have relations with the organizational citizenship behavior. And there is meditating effects of role perception between leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. This study suggested the theoretical and practical meanings of the above results.
