        Treatment of Isolated Sternal Fracture with Ultrasound-Guided Paravertebral Nerve Block: a Case Report and Literature Review

        In the case of isolated sternal fractures, conservative treatment with analgesics is common, but pain can persist for more than 10 weeks, which can significantly interfere with daily life. Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block is reported to be a successful means of pain control in patients with chest wall injury or rib fracture. A 70-year-old female patient presented with anterior chest pain that had persisted for 2 weeks despite conservative treatment. Sagittal reconstruction chest computed tomography and sternum lateral oblique x-ray revealed an isolated sternal fracture. An ultrasound-guided bilateral paravertebral nerve block was performed for pain control. After performing the procedure twice at a 1-week interval, the patient reported complete pain alleviation, and no other problems were observed over the 3-month follow-up period. Ultrasound-guided bilateral paravertebral nerve block can help patients with isolated sternal fractures to manage pain and return to normal activities sooner than with oral analgesics.

        스토리텔링의 어촌관광 적용방안에 관한 연구

        The most important cause of population decline in fishing villagein Korea is low income base in fishing village compare with urban area. Tourism has larger inductive effect in employment than manufacturingbusiness, so if tourism in fishing area is promoted, we can expect increasingincome and jobs in fishing village. The purpose of this study is to find outproblems of fishing village tourism and give some solutions to promote afishing village tourism through tourism storytelling. The result show that four kinds solutions. First, We should use relevanthistorical figures to local area and create a variety stories through differingperspective. Second, When using the local cultural heritage, We make thebest use of historical imagination how it is connected to the time we livein and it has meaning to us. Third, When we use such tales and folk tales,It is very important factor how we can expand the narrative contents and toapply the contents of the stories in the real world. Finally, It is necessary to develop the tourism product tied up with culture contents such as novel,drama and film.

        시화호 갈대습지공원내의 식생조사 연구

        - The flora of Banwol, Donghwa and Samhwa stream of the Sihwaho Phragmites communiswetland park waslisted as 242 taxa; 72 families, 175 genera, 201 species, 38 varieties, 2 forms and 1 cultivar. Among these taxa, therewere 92 taxa (38.0%) for the planted species, while 150 taxa (62.0%) for the native species. The halophytes weresummarized as 13 taxa (5.4% among total 242 taxa); 5 families, 9 genera, 12 species, 1 variety. The naturalized plantswere composed of 17 families, 41 genera, 45 species, 1 variety, totaling 46 taxa and naturalization index, urbanizationindex were 19.0%, 17.0%, respectively.Key words - Halophytes, Naturalization index, Naturalized plants, Urbanization index

        시장 종사자 특성이 산지위판장 위생관리 인식도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of hygiene management in fisheries port market by conducting questionnaires on fishermen, middleman in fisheries port market, auctioneer, staff of fisheries cooperative . The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of occupational classification, fisherman's importance of “separation of market space”, “wastewater treatment plant”, and “waste disposal plant” on the facility side was lower than other occupational groups such as auctioneer, staff of fisheries cooperative and middleman in fisheries port market. The importance of ‘hygiene management manual’ and ‘worker education’ on the operating side, staff of fisheries cooperative and the auctioneer were more aware than the middleman in fisheries port market and fisherman. Second, according to the period of occupation, more than 20 years experienced have a perception more than within 20 years' experienced in the importance of ‘chief place area’ and ‘auction site area’ on the facility side. In the operational aspects of ‘Hygiene Management Manual’, ‘Disposal Tool’, ‘Mobile Equipment’, ‘Water Management’, ‘Salesroom Control’, ‘Vehicle Entry Control’, more than 20 years experienced and less than 3 years had a higher level of awareness than those with 3 to 20 years experience. Third, in the regional classification, the recognition level of Chungnam, Jeju, Gyeongnam and Ulsan is relatively higher than that of the other regions and the perception level of Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongin is relatively low. In terms of operational aspects, the perception of Chungnam, Gangwon, Gyeongnam and Ulsan is relatively higher than other regions, and the perception of Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Chonnam is relatively low.

        A Study on the Comparison of the Capacity of Waiting Anchorage Design according to the Port Operation Method - Focusing on Busan New Port -

        his study was conducted to propose an effective port operation method in terms of the design capacity of waiting anchorage by comparing the ratio and the number of waiting anchorage according to the port operation method of Busan New Port. For this, the Arena simulation program compared the rates of waiting vessels according to the application of the multi-user terminal, liner terminal and hybrid liner terminal operation methods. As a result, analysis suggested the necessary anchorage space can be reduced to about 18% when using the multi-user terminal operation method and about 15.6% when using the hybrid liner terminal operation method, as compared with the liner terminal operation method. Specifically, it was effective to apply the multi-user terminal operation method in terms of the anchorage capacity to be designated to Busan New Port. This study can apply to the designation of the new anchorage in the Busan New Port by reflecting the contents of the design of the anchorage in accordance with the port operation method.

        마산항 정박지 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 마산항 일부 정박지의 잠정 폐쇄로 인한 정박지 부족 문제를 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 마산항 정박지 가동률 평가기준 수립 및 마산항 정박지 이용 부선 규모를 추정하여 최근 5년간의 정박지 가동률을 분석하였으며, 정박지 규모의 적정성 평가 후 문제점 분석 및 개선안을 제시하고 이를 최종 검증하는 절차로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 마산항 A-2, A-4, A-6 정박지는 가동률 평가 기준인 60%를 초과하여 정박지 확대가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 정박지 개선을 위해 A-2, A-4, A-6 정박지를 통합하여 마산항의 정박지 이용선박 선종 및 대기시간 등을 고려하여 집단정박지 방식으로 설정하고 정박지 규모를 기존 대비 1.8배 확장하는 안을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 개선안의 검증 결과, 마산항 정박지 가동률이 기존 대비 약 1/2 감소하여 적정성 평가기준을 대부분 만족하였으며, 해상교통측면에서 문제가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. This study analyzes the problem of lack of anchorage caused by some anchorage closed and suggests ways to improve Masan anchorage. For this, we established the evaluation criteria, and analysed the anchorage operating rate during 5 years after estimating the capacity of barge, and suggested improvement plan after appropriateness assessment of anchorage capacity, finally verified the anchorage improvement plan. As a result of study, it is analyzed that the Masan A-2, A-4, A-6 anchorage needs to expand the anchorage due to excess the anchorage assessment criteria of 60 %. So, in order to improve the Masan anchorage, we suggested the improvement plan that extended 1.8 times by the group designated anchorage, according to integrating the A-2, A-4, A-6 anchorage and anchorage dwell time and ship type. And, the result of verification improvement plan, it is analyzed that meet the assessment criteria since decreasing the anchorage operating rate by 1/2 compared to the existing one, does not act as a risk factor in terms of maritime traffic.

        고밀도의 나노패턴을 가지는 다공성 양극산화 알루미늄 제작공정

        Anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) has been studied actively because of its advantages, such as simple control of the pore distance and compatibility to mass production. Though AAO nano-patterns with periodicities between 50-500 nm have already been made, AAO patterns with small periodicity and high density are still required for more advanced applications, like a template for the growth of quantum dots. In this paper, we report the fabrication of an AAO nano-pattern with a very high density of more than 10$^{11}$/cm$^2$. AAO nano-patterns were made with various electrolytes composed of H$_2$SO$_4$, H$_3$PO$_4$, and CrO$_3$ and the pattern periodicity and quality were monitored. With increasing H$_2$SO$_4$, the pattern periodicity decreased, and a more aligned pattern was obtained. A smaller pattern was realized with a reduced anodizing voltage, and it was applied to high-density patterns. As a result, we fabricated a nano-pattern with a periodicity of 37 nm on a GaAs substrate. 양극산화알루미늄 (Anodic Aluminum Oxide, AAO) 공정은 나노패턴의 밀도의 크기를 쉽게 조절할 수 있으며, 반도체 기판 위에 용이하게 생성할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 활발하게 연구되고 있다. AAO를 이용하여 50-500 nm 주기의 다공성 패턴을 쉽게 구현할 수 있지만, 이를 양자점 제작의 주형 (template)으로 사용하기 위해서는 더 작은 주기의 패턴이 요구된다. 본 실험에서는 고밀도 양자점 제작을 위해 10$^{11}$/cm$^2$ 이상의 패턴밀도를 갖는 정렬된 나노구조를 제작하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 배합의 H$_2$SO$_4$, H$_3$PO$_4$, CrO$_3$ 혼합전해액에서 AAO를 제작하고, 주기 및 정렬도의 변화를 조사하였다. H$_2$SO$_4$ 비율이 증가함에 따라 AAO 패턴의 주기가 감소하고, 정렬도가 향상됨을 관측하였다. 또한 양극산화 전압의 감소에 따라 패턴의 주기가 감소하여 고밀도패턴을 구현할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 GaAs 기판 위에 37 nm 주기로 나노패턴이 형성된 SiO$_2$ 박막을 제작하였다.
