        고려의 保州 수복과 고려‧금 간 외교교섭

        This study is intended to review the diplomatic efforts made by Goryeo(高麗) from 1115 to 1130 for recapturing ‘Baozhou’(保州:Current ‘Euijoo’) and for obtaining the international approval for the ownership of Baozhou. While Jin(金) Dynasty tried to take possession of Baozhou with its military power by having attacked Baozhou from 1115 that was the initial national foundation year of Jin Dynasty, Goryeo Dynasty tried to recapture Baozhou in some diplomatic ways, such as, supporting much foodstuffs to the city and conciliating Laiyuan-tongjun(來遠統軍) having control over Baozhou, etc. After all, the commander of Laiyuan-tongjun, Yeluning(耶律寧), couldn’t overcome the attack by Jin’s Military and ran away through a sea waterway while having handed the castle over to Goryeo dynasty. By virtue of the case, Goryeo could recapture the territory that was lost by Kitan dynasty for around 100 years. That is, the recapturing of Baozhou by Goryeo was the result from its diplomatic efforts. However, Jin dynasty that captured Baozhou first, but could not own the castle due to a delay of the post-measures tried to consider the ownership by Goryeo as a result which Jin had given it to Goryeo as a gift. Accordingly, Jin Dynasty expressed its position that it is a conditional approval for the ownership of Baozhou by Goryeo dynasty and had to implement many diplomatic negotiations regarding to Baozhou for several years after the establishment of diplomatic ties between both dynasties in 1126. At that time, main issues were one related to the submission of a written pledge of allegiance by Goryeo to Jin in return for giving Baozhou as a gift by Jin, one for deciding the boundary of Baozhou and one for sending the People of Jin who entered into Goryeo territory back to Jin one, etc. Regarding to such issues raised by Jin, Goryeo responded aggressively. After all, such issues could be solved gradually after Goryeo dynasty submitted its written pledge of allegiance(誓表) to Jin dynasty in 1129. Goryeo dynasty could accomplish its goal to obtain the ownership of Baozhou by having accepted the submission of a written pledge of allegiance which has a meaning that the ownership is a cost of a gift while having emphasized that Baozhou used to be an old land lost by Goryeo dynasty. In addition, the boundary of Baozhou was decided encompassing at least the castle of Baozhou and the jurisdiction. While Jin dynasty gave up to get back its people who crossed over the boundary, the boundary between both dynasties could be defined. It seems that the boundary was decided by the implicit agreement for making a boundary with the lower reaches of Amrok River(鴨綠江) maybe. That is, all the issues were solved in the direction wanted by Goryeo dynasty. Goryeo dynasty could obtain the approval for the ownership of Baozhou after having recaptured the castle through its diplomatic efforts and then could realize the boundary by using Amrok River.

        과학·예술 융합형 STEAM교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a science·art integration STEAM education program where science and art is integrated on the theme of 'mystery of the human body: my precious body.' The methods, scope, contents and results of the study are as follows. By analysing the current STEAM education program and curriculum, a theme of program was selected. And 2 science education experts, 2 art education experts and 7 in-service teachers participated, and organized a science·art integration STEAM program. The developed program was applied on a trial basis to 120 fourth graders at elementary school. And in order to examine the students' satisfaction with and recognition of the program, the student participants were interviewed together with post-test questionnaire. And on the basis of questionnaire and interview results, by modifying the program through the experts and in-service teachers' meeting and review, a science·art integration STEAM program for third·fourth graders at elementary school, which could be applied to school classroom, was finally developed. 본 연구는 ‘인체의 신비-소중한 나의 몸’을 주제로초등학교 현장에서 과학과 미술을 융합한 과학·예술융합형 STEAM 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법 및 범위, 연구의 내용과결과는 아래와 같다. 기존의 STEAM 교육 프로그램과 교육과정을 분석하여 프로그램의 주제를 선별하였으며, 과학교육전문가 2인, 미술교육전문가 2인, 현장교사 7인이 참여하여 과학·예술 융합형 STEAM 프로그램을 구성하였다. 4학년 117명의 학생들을 대상으로개발된 프로그램을 시범 적용하였으며, 참여학생을 대상으로 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 만족도와 인식도조사를 위한 사후 설문과 면담을 실시하였다. 설문 및면담 결과를 바탕으로 전문가 및 현장 교사들의 회의와 검토를 통해 프로그램을 수정하였으며 현장에서적용 가능한 초등 3·4학년용 과학·예술 융합형STEAM 프로그램을 최종 개발하였다.

        여행 목적지 국가의 특수 사정을 이유로 한 국외여행계약 해제 관련 책임 및 해결 방안 검토

        In this study, responsibilities and solutions for a cancellation of overseas travel contract due to special circumstances such as an outbreak of a large-scale infectious disease or a large-scale democratic protest in the country of destination are mainly reviewed. In the event of a serious problem in the destination country before a traveler starts the travel that causes him/her to be unable to achieve his/her purpose of the travel, it is examined whether he/she could cancel the relevant travel contract without any liability to the counter party, a relevant travel agency. It should be judged differently depending on how serious the situation is, such as a large-scale infectious disease or a large-scale protest. However, from the perspective of consumer protection, it would be reasonable to allow travelers to cancel the relevant travel contracts without any liability. However, if a traveler's cancellation is easily recognized, the possibility that the traveler abuses the right to cancel cannot be ruled out. Also, it can cause overburdening against the relevant travel agency because its fault is not related to the cancellation. Therefore, as much as possible, specific criteria should be prepared and presented as to how serious circumstances such as during a large-scale infectious disease or large-scale protest a traveler’s right to cancel the relevant travel contract in advance without burden of liability can be granted. It would be natural and desirable for such standards to be prepared and presented by the relevant national agency, the Fair Trade Commission. Specifically, the standard may be presented in the Fair Trade Commission's Overseas Travel Standards Terms or Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards. When such standards are established, the recent issues or disputes relating to COVID-19 or Hong Kong's democratization protests could be an important reference. On the other hand, from a travel agency's point of view, no matter how reasonable the standard is, if the travel contract is canceled by such a standard, it significantly harms the travel agency although through no fault of its own. It could be unfair for the travel agency. To some extent, the travel agency has to take the risk as an ordinary business risk, but it is necessary for the government to reduce the burden on the travel agency or the travel industry through policy considerations (reduction of corporate tax within a certain range, policy loans, subsidies, support for relevant insurance products, etc.).

        핵심역량 중심의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정 구성 및 효과 : 초등학교 고학년을 중심으로

        Social media literacy is recognized as one way to help communicate well between users on social media and prevent various types of adverse effects that may arise from social media use. Especially for elementary school students who are actively participating and rapidly socializing in social media spaces, the importance of social media literacy is even greater. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the curriculum and analyze the effects of education based on elementary school students' social media usage patterns. This study aims to develop a social media literacy education program centered on core competencies (access and use, social connectedness, digital ethics, civil engagement) and analyze the changes in the level of core competencies of learners before and after completing the program. In six sessions, a social media literacy education curriculum for the upper elementary reflecting the core competencies of social media literacy was developed to analyze the educational effectiveness. Education was conducted by dividing 81 sixth graders into experimental and control groups. The data analysis used an independent samples t-test to compare the average social media literacy core competencies between the experimental and control groups. A dependent samples t-test was conducted to compare the experimental group's mean scores of core competencies. Additionally, covariance (ANCOVA) analysis was conducted to analyze the statistical difference between the experimental and control groups' post-test mean scores of core competencies. According to the analysis results, the average score of core competencies for social media literacy was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. In addition, the post-test average score was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the pre-test. Furthermore, when controlling for the influence of pre-tests in both groups, comparing the mean scores of post-tests showed that the experimental group's mean score was significantly higher than the control group's mean score. In conclusion, the social media literacy education program centered on core competencies enhanced learners' social media literacy. Previous studies have mentioned that the social media literacy curriculum, including the media literacy curriculum, can positively promote learners' literacy. However, there has been a limit to presenting empirical analysis results. This study is not only limited to proposing a social media literacy education curriculum but also developing an education curriculum centered on the core competencies of social media literacy and analyzing the effectiveness of education through curriculum implementation. Based on the research results, implications for improving and developing social media literacy education were presented. 소셜 미디어 리터러시는 소셜 미디어에서 이용자 간 원활한 소통과 소셜 미디어 이용 시 발생하는 다양한 유형의 부정적 영향을 예방하기 위한 방법 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 특히 소셜 미디어 공간에서 적극적으로 활동하며 급속하게 사회화되고 있는 초등학령기에게 소셜 미디어 리터러시의 중요성은 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 초등학령기의 소셜 미디어 이용 행태를 고려한 교육과정 구성과 교육의 효과 분석은 중요하게 취급되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 핵심역량 중심의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정을 개발하고, 해당 교육과정을 이수한 학습자의 교육 전과 교육 후 소셜 미디어 리터러시 핵심역량 수준 변화를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소셜 미디어 리터러시 핵심역량이 반영된 초등학교 고학년 대상 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정을 6차시로 개발하였으며, 초등학교 6학년 81명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하여 교육을 실시하였다. 자료 분석에서는 실험집단과 통제집단의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 핵심역량에 대한 평균 비교를 위해 독립표본 t-검정을, 실험집단 내 핵심역량 평균점수 비교를 위해 종속표본 t-검정을, 그리고 실험집단과 통제집단의 핵심역량 사후검사 평균점수의 통계적 차이를 분석하기 위해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 소셜 미디어 리터러시 핵심역량 평균점수는 통제집단 대비 실험집단에서 높게 나타났다. 또한 실험집단에서 사전검사 대비 사후검사 평균점수가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 그리고 두 집단의 사전검사 영향력을 통제한 상태에서 사후검사 평균점수 차이를 비교한 결과, 실험집단의 평균점수가 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 결과적으로 핵심역량 중심의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정은 학습자의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 증진에 기여했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그간 다수의 선행연구에서 미디어 리터러시를 포함하여 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정이 학습자의 리터러시 증진에 긍정적으로 기여할 수 있음을 언급해왔으나, 이에 대한 실증적인 분석 결과를 제시하는 데 한계가 있었다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정 제안에만 그치지 않고 핵심 역량 중심의 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육과정을 개발하고, 교육과정 수행을 통해 그 효과를 분석했다는 것에 의의가 있다. 결론에서는 분석 결과를 종합하여 소셜 미디어 리터러시 교육 개선 및 발전에 관한 함의를 제시하였다.

        말흘리 유적 출토 수착직물의 특성과 유물의 재구성

        This study examines the textiles attached to the metallic artifacts found at the site of Malheul-ri in the Changnyung area. All four hemp textiles examined were found to be woven using s-twist plain fibers similar characteristics in terms of fiber diameter/density have also been observed in ancient hemp textiles. Two kinds of weaving methods appear to have been used in the ramie textiles examined: one piece was made using a plain braid, while three pieces were made using a plain weave involving both s-twist fibers and ramie. The silk textiles can classified into plain woven silk, cho, and double woven brocade, all of which used non-twisted threads and degummed silk. These features are very similar to that of ancient silk textiles dating to before the sixth century A.D. Warp faced brocades were found attached to decorative plates of gilt bronze. Since warp faced brocade is known to have been woven prior to the Dang dynasty, it is likely that the decorative plates and attached fabrics were manufactured before Unified Silla dynasty. Using the selvedge direction of the brocade, it was possible to determine the fixing direction of the decorative plates. The use of selvedge direction of the textiles could be utilized to determine the exact direction of the remains even with circle or square shapes. Considering these features, the examined decorative plates could be presumed that these were used as decorations against brilliant backgrounds, the front or the rear side could be seen in the open space. But the arrangement of the decorative plates in the brocades could not be clearly determined due to the lack of data or references.

        대학생의 우울 및 불안과별-파도그림의 반응특성 연구

        This study analyzes the relationship between the level of depression as well as anxiety from which university students suffer and reaction characteristics of Star- Wave Test, in order to assess the usefulness of Star -Wave Test(SWT) as a diagnostic tool for depression and anxiety. The object of this study were 269 students(male:113, female:156) from universities located in Seoul and Busan, and Star- Wave Test(SWT), Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) were employed as measuring instruments. The data was examined with frequency analysis, T-test, chi-square analysis, and one-way ANOVA and then Scheefee's test was carried out for a verification. The result are as follows. Firstly, the analysis gave depression figure of 10.85, which indicates that students were feeling slightly depressed, and the level of anxiety was low with the figure of 12.04. In addition, there was a significant difference in the level of anxiety depending on the genders, according to the verification of difference in relation to the genders and the level of depression and anxiety. Secondly, the reaction characteristics of Star -Wave Test frequently showed painting styles, sentimental styles, emphasis on the sky, harmony of the sky and the sea, and balanced structures. The number of students who drew a small quantity of stars and who drew a large quantity of stars was about the same, and a lot of those stars were drawn in stabilized, static, and continuous ways. Waves showed similar characteristics, but they were drawn in more dynamic ways. There were a more number of students who did not draw thunder․lightning, rocks․islands․cliffs, and shores․coastlines than students who did, but a lot of them drew a lighthouse. In addition, there was a significant difference in a number of stars, stars drawn in a static way, waves drawn in a static way, and shores․coastlines depending on the genders, according to the verification of difference in relation to the genders and the reaction characteristics of Star- Wave Test. Thirdly, according to university students' level of depression and anxiety as per the reaction characteristics of Star -Wave Test, there was a significant difference in the level of depression in relation to the overall structure of the painting, a number of stars, stars drawn in static and continuous style, waves drawn in a dynamic way, thunder․lightning, shores․coastlines, and lighthouses. In case of anxiety, there was a significant difference in relation to a number of stars, stars drawn in static and continuous ways, waves drawn in a dynamic way, thunder․lightning, shores․coastlines, and lighthouses. 본 연구는 대학생의 우울 및 불안과 별-파도그림의 반응특성을 분석하여 우울 및 불안의 진단도구로서 별-파도그림 검사의 유용성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 부산 2개교 대학생 269명(남:113명, 여:156명)이며 별-파도그림 검사와 Beck의 우울 검사, 불안 검사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, t-test, 교차분석, 일원변량분석, 사후검증으로 Scheeffe's test를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 우울은 10.85로 가벼운 우울 상태이며, 불안은 12.04로 낮은 수준이었다. 성별에 따른 불안 및 우울수준 차이검증에서는 불안에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 별-파도그림은 회화양식, 감정양식, 하늘 강조, 하늘 바다 조화, 복합구조가 많이 나타났으며, 별의 수는 적거나 많은 경우가 비슷한 비율로 나타났고, 고정되고 안정적이며 연결된 별을 그린 경우가 많았다. 파도는 움직임이 있고 안정적이며 연결된 그림이 많았으며, 천둥․벼락, 바위․섬․절벽, 해변․해안은 그리지 않은 경우가, 등대는 그린 경우가 많았다. 성별에 따른 별-파도그림 반응특성 차이검증에서는 별의 수, 별 안정성, 파도 안정성, 해변․해안에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 별-파도그림의 반응특성에 따른 우울 및 불안수준의 차이검증에서 우울은 전체공간구조, 별의 수, 별 연결성, 파도 운동성, 천둥․벼락, 해변․해안, 등대에서, 불안은 별의 수, 별 안정성, 별 연결성, 파도 운동성, 천둥․벼락, 해변․해안, 등대에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

        Cytogenetic evaluation of a patient with ring chromosome 9 presenting failure to thrive and developmental delay

        We report clinical, cytogenetic, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) studies of a patient with ring chromosome 9. She presented with failure to thrive, facial dysmorphysm and mild psychomotor development delay in the absence of major malformations. Peripheral blood karyotype of the patient was 46,XX,r(9)(p24q34). G-band analysis suggested no loss of material in the ring chromosomes. FISH analysis using the subtelomere-specific sequences on chromosome 9p and 9q, revealed 46,XX,r(9)(p24q34),ish r(9)(D9S913-,D9S325+). Failure to detect any hybridization of a probe for the subtelomeric sequences in the ring 9p terminal suggested that this ring arose from breakage in the distal short arm. The cytogenetic and FISH data in our case provided further evidence for the existence of a "complete ring" phenotype with incomplete subtelomeric sequences. (Korean J Pediatr 2008;51:426-430)
