        역사소설과 미시사의 조우: 마르그리뜨 유르스나르의 작품을 중심으로

        Les romans historiques de Marguerite Yourcenar me´ritent d`e^tre mentionne´s dans un nouveau genre intellectuel concernant l`histoire populaire de nos jours. Cette ide´e vient de l`e´volution de l`histoire traditionnelle vers l`histoire culturelle, de la tendance de l`histoire moderne qui devient de plus en plus romanesque et enfin de l`e´mergence de la micro-histoire. Notre e´tude vise a` comparer les traits de la micro-histoire a` ceux des romans historiques de M.Yourcenar et a` montrer combien les deux genres historiques se rapprochent, parfois se superposent, malgre´ leur diffe´rence de convention ge´ne´rique. Pour atteindre notre but, nous pre´sentons d`abord l`oeuvre de M.Yourcenar sous l`angle dans son rapport avec l`Histoire, comme le sens historique, les re`gles de jeu de l`historien, la question de la ve´rite´, les erreurs des romans historiques et leur limite. Nous parlons ensuite du cours historique et de la notion principale de la micro-histoire : cette dernie`re se fonde sur la re´duction de la dimension d`observation, l`analyse microscopique des documents, l`admission de la litte´rarite´, les indices insignifiants comme un paradigme scientifique, le possibilisme de l`histoire, et enfin l`attention porte´e a` la narration et la re´ception lectorale. En conside´ration de ces caracte´ristiques, nous saisissons ensuite les traits micro-historiques dans les oeuvres yourcenariennes. Dans cette tentative, nous remarquons des resemblances the´oriques entre la micro-histoire et les romans historiques en question, en de´pit de quelques diffe´rences (comme un rapport entre la micro-histoire et la macro-histoire, ou bien un emploi exhaustif de noms re´els). En re´alite´, cette remarque provoquera un conside´rable me´contentement de la part des historiens qui veulent atteindre la ve´rite´ historique et la distinguer de la ve´rite´ litte´raire. Mais il faut dire qu`il y a, dans la ve´rite´, la notion de l`histoire se´pare´e du fictif, mais aussi la notion de l`histoire lie´e a` la ve´rite´. C`est justement dans celle-ci que les romans historiques et la micro-histoire se rejoignent. C`est-a`-dire que le roman historique comme les Me´moires d`Hadrien - dans lequel l`auteur re´ussit a` restituer la voix inte´rieure de l`empereur disparu - y devient su^rement une histoire vraie. Cette perspective donnera finalement une autre tournure aux re´flexions sur l`ide´e du genre: il s`agit de cre´er une nouvelle zone de libre-genre autour des frontie`res ge´ne´riques de la litte´rature et de l`histoire. C`est la` ou` les romans historiques et la micro-histoire s`harmoniseront, sans division ge´ne´rique, comme un prolongement naturel de l`activite´ humaine.

        자기주도적 학습전략 훈련을 연계한 지역수준 영어교육정책의 적용 사례연구

        본 연구는 지역수준의 교과교육정책 중 충청남도교육청의 ‘영어교과서 외우기’에 대 한 현장의 인식과 실태를 조사하고 실제 교실 수업에 적용하여 그 효과를 알아보고자 했다. 해당 지역 영어교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 학교급별, 지역별로 상 당한 차이를 보였다. 고등학교에 비해 중학교에서, 시보다는 읍면지역에서 관련 활동 및 행사의 실시율이 높았다. 대다수의 교사들은 이 활동이 대체로 효과적이라고 생각 하고 있었으며, 의사소통능력의 향상보다는 학생들에게 자신감을 심어주는 데 도움이 된다는 의견이 많았다. 다음으로 면 소재 소규모 중학교에서 16차시에 걸친 교과서외 우기 활용 수업을 진행하여 학생들에게 어떤 변화가 나타나는지 관찰하였다. 기계적 암기와 확인으로 이루어진 수업이 아닌 매 차시 학습의 과정과 결과를 학습일지에 적 어 자기에게 맞는 학습전략을 찾도록 유도하였다. 처음에는 무엇을 어떻게 해야 할지 어려워하던 학생들이 점차 학습에 대해 고민하고 서로 의논하며 새롭게 알게 된 지식 을 보다 구체적으로 기록하는 모습을 관찰할 수 있었다. 각 활동에 적극적으로 참여하 고 꾸준히 일지를 작성한 학생들은 교과서 암기뿐만 아니라 영어에 대한 자신감과 흥 미 또한 크게 향상되었다. 이는 자신의 학습과정을 반성하고 다양한 학습전략을 자율 적으로 시도해본 경험이 학습에 대한 책임감과 성취감을 고취시키는 데 효과가 있음 을 의미한다. Many regional offices of education in Korea have designed and implemented their own policies for enhancing students’ ability to speak English, and in this nationwide commitment to English language teaching, Chungcheongnamdo Office of Education has promoted the project called ‘English Textbook Memorization’ since 2011. In this study, the effects of the policy on classroom teaching and learning practices were investigated. A survey of English teachers’ perception of the policy revealed that their opinions differed according to the levels and locations of schools. The vast majority of teachers agreed that textbook memorization can promote students’ sense of accomplishment and give a higher degree of self-efficacy to low-achieving students. According to teachers in rural areas, it also helped reduce dependency on private education and facilitate self-directed learning. Then, a program consisting of 16 lessons based on textbook memorization was designed and conducted in a middle school. At first, it was difficult to incorporate the activity in regular classes because of time constraints and students’ low motivation. To resolve this problem, the lessons and activities were reorganized in a way that could encourage students to use self-directed learning and mnemonic strategies. In addition, students were asked to write reflection journals about what and how they learned in each class. It was found that students had been gradually trained to describe what they newly learned in detail while trying to find out the best way they could learn and memorize. In the end of the program, they seemed to recognize the importance of memorization and be capable of utilizing various learning strategies. Although macro-scale quantitative assessments of governmental policies are common, few studies have been concerned with how districtwide educational policies are actually practiced. The present study suggests that educational policies should be designed and implemented in a way that supports both teachers and students in practice, with reference to an accumulating body of case studies that offer first-hand qualitative observations and insights thereof.

        증례 : 내분비-대사; 갑상선암과 자궁내막암에서 동시에 전이된 경부림프절에 관한 증례

        A 54-year-old woman presenting with dizziness was diagnosed with a metastatic brain tumor. Imaging studies to identify the primary cancer revealed endometrial thickening with a left adnexal mass, enlarged bilateral external iliac lymph nodes, and multiple attenuated nodules in both lobes of the thyroid gland with enlarged central neck nodes. After curettage of the uterine endometrium and ultrasonography-guided gun biopsy of the thyroid gland to confirm uterine and thyroid cancers, respectively, total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and total thyroidectomy with bilateral central neck dissection were performed. Histopathologic examination of the removed tissues demonstrated both endometrial carcinoma metastasis to the thyroid gland and primary thyroid cancer with synchronous central neck node metastasis originating in the endometrium and thyroid. Three of the four right central lymph nodes were positive for metastatic papillary carcinoma; on the other hand, the remaining right central lymph node and one of the two left central lymph nodes were confirmed to be positive for metastatic endometrial carcinoma.

        증례 : 내분비-대사 ; 그레이브스병에서 메티마졸 투여 후 발생한 무과립구증과 급성충수염

        무과립구증은 메티마졸을 복용하는 환자에서 드물게 발생하나 치명적인 부작용으로서 대부분 상기도 감염의 형태로 발현한다. 그레이브스병으로 메티마졸을 복용하던 환자에서 무과립구증이 급성충수염으로 발현한 증례는 보고된 바 없다. 본 저자들은 그레이브스병으로 메티마졸을 복용하던 중 발생한 무과립구증이 드물게 급성충수염으로 발현한 환자에서 적절한 내과적 치료 및 수술적 치료 후 양호한 경과를 확인하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Agranulocytosis is a rare, but life-threatening, adverse effect of methimazole, which usually manifests as an upper respiratory infection. Agranulocytosis together with acute appendicitis is especially rare in patients with Graves` disease taking methimazole. A 44-year-old woman presented to our hospital with abdominal pain and a fever. She had been taking methimazole and propranolol for Graves` disease for the previous 8 weeks. Her symptoms were compatible with acute appendicitis. Computed tomography of the abdomen revealed acute appendicitis with impending rupture. However, the circulating absolute neutrophil count was 10/mm3. We managed her with antibiotics and granulocyte colony stimulating factor rather than with emergency surgery. The thyrotoxicosis was treated with intravenous contrast medium while fasting, followed by Lugol`s solution and lithium. After recovering from the neutropenia, she underwent a total thyroidectomy combined with an appendectomy. Here, we report a patient with Graves` disease who developed methimazole-induced agranulocytosis presenting as acute appendicitis. (Korean J Med 2014;86:232-236)

        자성을 가진 ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@SnO<sub>2</sub>@TiO<sub>2</sub> Core-Shell Nanoparticles의 합성과 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 자성을 이용하여 재수득이 가능한 광 촉매 물질인 ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@SnO<sub>2</sub>@TiO<sub>2</sub> core-shell nanoparticles (NPs)를 3단계 과정을 통해 합성하였다. 구조적 특성은 X-ray diffraction (XRD) 분석으로 확인하였다. Spinel 구조의 ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>와 tetragonal 구조의 SnO<sub>2</sub>와 anatase 구조의 TiO<sub>2</sub>가 합성된 것을 확인하였다. 합성한 물질의 자기적 성질은 vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM)으로 확인하였다. Core 물질인 ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>의 포화자화 값은 33.084 emu/g으로 확인하였다. SnO<sub>2</sub>와 TiO<sub>2</sub>층의 형성의 결과, 두께 증가로 인한 자성은 각각 33, 40% 감소하였으나 재수득이 가능한 충분한 자성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 합성된 물질의 광 촉매 효율은 methylene blue (MB)를 사용하여 측정하였다. Core 물질의 효율은 4.2%로 확인하였고 SnO<sub>2</sub>와 TiO<sub>2</sub> shell 형성의 결과 각각 73%와 96%로 증가하였고 높은 광 촉매 효율을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 항균 특성은 대장균(E. Coli)과 황색포도상구균(S. Aureus)을 사용하여 억제 영역을 확인하였다. Shell이 형성되면서 더 넓은 억제 영역이 형성되었고 이는 광 촉매 효율을 측정한 결과와 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. In this study, ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@SnO<sub>2</sub>@TiO<sub>2</sub> core-shell nanoparticles (NPs), a photocatalytic material with magnetic properties, were synthesized through a three-step process. Structural properties were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. It was confirmed that ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> of the spinel, SnO<sub>2</sub> of the tetragonal and TiO<sub>2</sub> of the anatase structure were synthesized. The magnetic properties of synthesized materials were studied by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The saturation magnetization value of ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, a core material, was confirmed at 33.084 emu/g. As a result of the formation of SnO2 and TiO<sub>2</sub> layers, the magnetism due to the increase in thickness was reduced by 33% and 40%, respectively, but sufficient magnetic properties were reserved. The photocatalytic efficiency of synthesized materials was measured using methylene blue (MB). The efficiency of the core material was about 4.2%, and as a result of the formation of SnO<sub>2</sub> and TiO<sub>2</sub> shell, it increased to 73% and 96%, respectively while maintaining a high photocatalytic efficiency. In addition, the antibacterial activity was validated via the inhibition zone by using E. Coli and S. Aureus. The formation of shells resulted in a wider inhibition zone, which is in good agreement with photocatalytic efficiency measurements.

        진행성 난소암을 닮은 방선균증

        Pelvic actinomycosis is an infrequent chronic suppurative granulomatous disease, caused by a gram-positive bands Actinomyces israelii. It is often reported as a complicated case of an intrauterine device (IUD). Ureteral obstruction and subsequent hydronephrosis are rare complications of pelvic inflammatory disease. Sometimes pelvic actinomyosis is simulating ovarian malignancy. We report a case combined with hydronephrosis, multiple pelvic lymph nodes enlargements and elevated CA 125 as complications of pelvic actinomycosis.

      • Online-Offline 혼합학습 형태의 Blended Learning에서 지식 창출활동 촉진을 위한 협력적 지식 창출 모형 탐색 : 초.중등교육을 중심으로

        The Blended Learning of K-12 education can he complimented to exceed the limits of the traditional face-to-face instructional method and can help learners have experiences with both various interactions and different learning experiences. Specifically, in K-12 education blended learning has a strength in being able to integrate on-line instruction with off-line instruction and actively help learners emerge with a breadth of knowledge gained collaboratively.<중략>For the objective of the study, that is, an investigation by a literature review process, the mode) of the process of collaboratively emerging knowledge as well as the alternative model of the concept can be applied as a developmental research method, which can improve practical procedure, process, and prescription. For overcoming the model and the real situation, this study was applied with Checkland(1999)'s soft system methodology, using$\square$the comparison of the model and real situations$\square$part and$\square$defining the alternatives$\square$of Checkland(1999)'s methods. In conclusion, analyzing the conceptual model and real situation helps in the development of a model which can minimize the discrepancy between the conceptual model and the real situation within K-12 education. 초 중등교육의 Blended Learning은 교실에서 ICT를 활용하여 전통적 면대면 수업의 한계점을 보완할 수 있으며 방과 후 Online을 통해 다양한 상호작용은 물론 Offline과 다른 학습 경험을 갖도록 할 수 있다. 특히 초 중등 교육에서 이 두 형태의 학습을 상호 연계 보완할 수 있는 Bended Learning은 학습자들의 협력적 지식 창출을 보다 활발히 촉진할 수 있다는 점에 그 강점이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 통해 Online Offline 혼합 학습 형태인 Blended Learning에서의 협력적 지식 창출과정을 개념적으로 모형화 하고, <중략> 그 결과, 개념적 모형과 현장의 차이를 분석, 이를 반영하여 실제와 모형사이의 간극을 줄인 모형을 도출하였다.
