공공 공동주택의 BIM적용 설계 경기 평가관리에 한 연구 - BIM적용 가능 평가항목 선정을 중심으로 -

국내 공공 공동주택에 BIM 도입이 추진되었으나, BIM 기반 평가 기준 불확실성 및 관리업무 프로세스 비합리성으로 인한 참여업체의 과도한 설계 유발, 성과품 제출위주의 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공 공동주택의 BIM 적용 설계 경기평가관리를 위해 실무자의 의견 수렴 및 시범적용을 실시하여 BIM 기술 수준 및 적용 가능성을 파악하고, 이를 통해 현실적인 평가항목 선정을 통한 평가관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에 앞서 현재 실시되고 있는 BIM 적용 공공 공동주택의 평가 현황을 살펴본 후 사전조사를 통해 BIM이 적용 가능한 항목 15개를 예비 선정 하였다. 둘째, 예비 선정한 15개의 항목 중 BIM 기술수준 적합성, 결과 값 도출과정 명확성, 정보수준 만족 여부를 기준으로 시범적용을 실시한 결과 총 8개의 항목에서 BIM이 적용 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 현상설계 단계에서의 BIM 적용 평가 가능 항목은 3D 시각화 및 면적 관련 항목이 대부분이며, 기존에 요구되었던 사업비, 에너지/환경분석, 구조, 설비관련 항목은 후속설계 단계(기본, 실시)에 적합한 것으로 정리 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 국내의 BIM 기술 수준 및 적용 가능성을 올바르게 인식하지 못하고, 무분별한 범위에서 BIM을 적용하고자 하는 현업 실태의 문제점을 지적하고, 적절한 범위에서 가장 객관적인 결과 및 BIM의 효율성을 극대화하고자 하는데 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하였다. In Korea, recently, efforts have been made to introduce BIM(Building Information Modeling) to housing complex projects. However, there have been several problems including excessive competition for building design and outcome-oriented evaluation due to a lack of clear evaluation criteria and poorly organized management process. Under this circumstance, the study surveyed opinions of project managers and conducted a pilot test to improve evaluation criteria of BIM-based design for housing complexes. The objective is to assess the level of BIM technology and its applicability, and to propose a list of reasonable evaluation criteria for better project management. First, the study examined the current condition of evaluation on the BIM-based housing complexes, and identified 15 preliminary items that might be suitable for application of BIM. Second, the study conducted a pilot test for the 15 items to determine their suitability for the level of BIM technology, clarity of the calculation process, and the extent of fulfilling information quality, and short-listed eight items for application of BIM. In particular, in the design concept stage, mostly 3D visual images and area-related items are suitable for BIM-based evaluation. Accordingly, formerly used items such as project cost, energy and environmental analysis, building structure, and facilities were deemed more relevant to the subsequent stages of basic design and its implementation.

This study was done to prove how EBS program for the unit of Handling Electrical Appliance of practical arts affects the student’s degree of learning achievement and interest. In order to do so, research hypotheses were set up as follows: (Hypothesis 1) The group of students who studied from the EBS program will show higher degree of learning achievement than the group of students who studied in the traditional way. (Hypothesis 2) The group of students who studied from the EBS program will show higher degree of interest than the group of students who studied in the traditional way. To verify the above hypotheses, four class of 4th graders in M elementary school in Kyung-gi province was selected as object of study. The class was divided into 2 separate groups. Experimental groups started to study through the EBS program and control groups in the traditional way. The result of the study is as follows; (1) (Hypothesis 1) rejected by the both experimental groups and control groups going over the significant level of p< .05. (4) (Hypothesis 2) rejected by the degree of interest of Experimental groups and control groups went outside the range of the significant level of p< .05. As the research result has shown as the above, the unit of Handling Electrical Appliance of EBS program dose not affect the student’s degree of learning achievement nor the interest.
이상한, 이상하지 않은 : 백기은 작업에 관한 몇 가지 단상

백기은 작가는 자신의 내밀한 일상과의 교감을 기억과 환상이 교차된 상상력으로 변형시키고 증폭시키는 드로잉을 바탕으로 작가 특유의 작업세계를 펼친다. 애니메이션이나 공간 설치 작업으로 확장하기도 하는 이들 작업은 낯설고 기이한 형상들을 가지고 있지만 이는 인식의 한계 내에 자리하는 가시성의 영역을 넘어 작가의 다면적인 감각작용을 구동케 하는 힘들을 가시화시키는 특징을 가진다. 그렇기에 시각은 물론 작가가 기억하고 상상한 느낌들이라 할 수 있는 부드럽고 유연한 촉감들, 움직임까지도 공감할 수 있게 한다. 작가의 이러한 면모는 동시대 젊은 세대의 어법들과도 상응하는 것이며, 개인적인 감수성을 넘어 더 넓은 차원이라 할 수 있는 공감의 공동체를 향해 자유롭게 확장해 가는 것이기에 관심과 주목을 요한다. Beck, Ki Eun creates drawings which show the world of her imagination filled with amplified and distorted memory and fantasy about her innermost feelings of everyday life. Sometimes, she makes animations or installation pieces out of the drawings. The bizarre forms visualize the energy empowering the multifaceted sensory actions taking place inside Beck's mind which exceed the limitations of any pre-existing recognizable shapes. Therefore, the odd forms make it possible for us to experience the smooth touches and flexible movements left in Beck's memory and imagination. The visual language that Beck uses is shared by her contemporaries. The way that the personal sensibility expands freely toward the communal sympathy needs our special attention.

Domestic construction industry the last 30-40 years the accumulated stock of buildings of physical aging buildings is underway. Thus, the increased demand for services and facilities in accordance with changes in contemporary usage has increased the need for change. However, for new construction of energy and raw material prices rise, due to the increase in waste generation is emerging because of problems building a waste of remodeling suppression that can ease the burden and cost has emerged as an alternative. The remodeling design is in early consideration of more complex and require extensive participant"s decision will go through the design process than new construction. This design process, the use of BIM-model will be the most effective way. This study considered BIM based remodeling architectural design through a pilot project.

The domestic construction industry in the last 30 to 40 years has accumulated a large stock of buildings that are quickly and there physical age is quickly becoming apparent. Contemporary changes in architecture are fueling changes driven by the increased demand for these new services and facilities. The cost of energy and raw materials are on the rise, and dealing with the waist generated from the creation of new buildings is an emerging problem in the industry today. Thus, building remodeling has emerged as an alternative do to its increased efficiency regarding material usage. The participation of users in the development stages of a remodeling project is essential to its effective implementation in projects. The BIM model used for the design process of building remodeling is the most effective way, due to the increased efficiency gained in many areas. This study will examine a pilot project where a BIM based process was used in the remodeling of an apartment.
