Continuous subway line expansion over the years in Seoul metropolitan area has contributed to improved accessibility to public transport. Since public transport accessibility has a significant impact on housing decisions, quantitative analysis of correlation between housing prices and public transport accessibility is regarded as one of the most important factors for planning better housing policies. This study defines the reduction of traveling time resulted from the construction of new metro stations despite them not being the closest stations as 'Network Expansion Effect', and seeks to understand how the Network Expansion Effect impacts on housing prices. The study analyzes monthly rent data converted from upfront lump sum deposit, so called Jeonse in Korea, from 2012 to 2018, through 'A Modified Repeat Sales Model.' As a result, the effect of 'Network Expansion' on rental prices in Seoul has stronger during the period of 2017 to 2018 than the base period of 2012 to 2014, which suggests the 'Network Expansion' has a meaningful effect on rent. In addition, in comparison between the most and the least affected group of apartments by 'Network Expansion Effect', the most affected group has more price increase than the least affected group. These findings also indicate that different levels of 'Network Expansion Effect' have various influences on the value of residential real estate properties.

This study believes that poetry reading education should focus on the imaginative activities of learner who reads poetry qualitatively transforming the empirical properties of an object. As a concept that can explain these, this study introduces the concept of ‘poetic reverie’ and aimed to project poetry reading education focused on ‘poetic reverie’. For this, this study first reviewed discussions about the figurative nature of literary language and ‘misreading’. Through that, this study concluded that valid and creative misreading in poetry reading requires a specific reading model that focuses on learners’ imaginative activities. In this regard, this study pays attention to Gaston Bachelard’s discussion of imagination and conceptualizes ‘reverie’ as ‘an imaginative activity of seeing an object as not fixed in form but as capable of transforming its material and dynamic properties, and qualitatively transforming the object including its surroundings, by giving subjective value to the internal area of the object’. On the other hand, the process of reading poetry can be said to be a process in which the imagination of the poet, which is contained in the text, and of the reader meet each other, influence each other, and produce dynamic meaning. This study considers that the activity of reverie in poetry reading education becomes a valuable literary experience only when it goes through a dialogue with poetry text, and sets the concept of ‘poetic reverie’ as the ability to reverie and make meaning of reverie in a dialogue with poetry text. The structure of poetic reverie was presented as ‘detecting the formal ambiguity of the poetic object based on the formal imagination’, ‘projecting subjective values into the internal area of the poetic object and dynamizing it’, ‘realizing the meaning of reverie through dialogue with poetry text’. The aspects of poetry reading of leaner focused on poetic reverie were categorized as follows by linking the structure of poetic reverie and the analysis of the learner's poetry reception data. First, ‘the associative exploration of the relationship between objects according to the detection of the formal ambiguity of the poetic object’ appeared as ‘detecting the formal ambiguity of the poetic object’, ‘searching for relationship between objects based on formal similarities’, ‘free association of images and composition of meanings’, depending on the presence or absence of formal associations by learners and their level of meaning. Second, ‘the connection between the internal area of the poetic object and the value, and the dynamization of the object’ appeared as ‘the evocation tactile qualities of the object and the association of images’, ‘the metaphorical projection of specific values into the internal area of the object’, and ‘the endowment of dynamic quality to the boundary and the surrounding area of the object’, depending on the learner's level of giving value to the invisible qualities of the object and the internal area of it. Third, ‘the figuration and meaning realization of reverie through dialogue with text’ appeared as ‘the figuration of reverie based on the context of the text’, ‘realizing the meaning of reverie through dialogue with the text’, depending on whether or not there is a process of making meaning with a detailed awareness of the language expression of the entire poem text. This study is meaningful in that it can promote learner-centered imaginative thinking, expand the learners’ involvement in the language of poetry, and enhance their ability to creatively realize the meaning of poetry.
외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 로하스 경영이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 :지각된 가치, 지각된 품질, 기업이미지의 매개효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 로하스 경영이 구매의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 지각된 가치, 품질, 기업이미지의 매개효과를 통해 소비자들의 요구를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 매개변수가 무엇인지 실증적으로 검증하여, 향후 로하스 경영을 실천하고 있는 관리자들에게 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 변수들 간의 관계를 검증하기 위해 Process Macro by Hayes(2012)를 적용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 외식기업의 로하스 경영과 구매의도와의 관계에서 지각된 가치, 지각된 품질, 기업이미지는 유의한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 외식기업의 로하스 활동이 활발하게 진행될수록 소비자들이 지각하는 가치, 품질, 기업이 미지는 구매의도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 Hayes(2012)의 매개효과 분석을 적용하여 외식기업의 로하스 경영과 지각된 가치 및 품질, 기업이미지는 구매의도의 인과적 관계에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to empirically identify parameters that may satisfy consumers needs in the relationship between LOHAS-oriented business management and consumers purchase intentions by analyzing mediated effects of perceived value, quality and corporate image recognized by consumers, in order to suggest effective management plans to business managers promoting LOHAS-oriented business strategies. To verify the relationship between such parameters, Process Macro by Hayes (2012) was used in analyzing the mediated effects. The results showed that the perceived value, quality and corporate image recognized by consumers play meaningful roles as parameter in the relationship between LOHAS-oriented business management of food service companies and consumers purchase intentions. The more the business promotes LOHAS, the more likely the recognized value, quality and corporate image raise consumers purchase intentions. Thus, utilizing the mediated effects analysis of Hayes (2012), this study has found that LOHAS-oriented business of food service companies and perceived value, quality and corporate image play an important role in consumers purchase intentions.

We investigate the effect of service innovation on the performance of call centers. We also investigate whether there exists a significant difference between the group with service innovation and that without service innovation. We finally investigate the effect of supporting variables for the organization, such as task clarity, self-monitoring, and group activities, on its performance. We demonstrate that service innovation has a statistically significant positive effect on the organization’s performance. Self-monitoring is perceived to be more important and small-scale group activities are perceived to be less utilized in the group with service innovation. Meanwhile, task clarity, self-monitoring and small scale group activities have a statistically significant positive effect on the performance of the group with service innovation.

Recently, the frequency of disasters in which more than one hazard occurs simultaneously or continuously in the same area has been increasing both domestically and abroad. However, research on multi-hazard responses has been insufficient. This study included an analysis of space-time clusters about multi-hazard in Korea by using space-time scan statistics based on natural and social disaster data over the past decade. Consequently, space-time cluster was analyzed in Busan and in parts of Ulsan, Daegu, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Gyeongsangbuk-do between September and November. In addition, it was confirmed that an analysis of multi-hazard-response areas was needed separately, instead of an individual disaster-response area analysis. This study is significant in that it included statistical analysis, verification, and mapping out of multi-hazard hotspot cluster. Its use as basic data that can be employed to respond to multiple hazards is anticipated.
DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)를 활용한 프랜차이즈 운영전략에 관한 연구

Franchise industry accounts for a large portion of GDP and employment rate, and many first-time entrepreneurship is achieved through franchising. Thus, successful franchise operation has a great importance for the national economy. In order for a franchise system to operate successfully, it is necessary for the franchisers to be able to support strategic decisions of its franchisees and to help them survive in the long run with efficient operations. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of same brand restaurant franchisees and to suggest which factors should be adjusted to improve efficiency using DEA. We used rent, manpower, size, local population and intensity of competition as input factors and analyzed efficiency by using sales and growth rate as factors of output. As a result, location strategy for new opening franchisee was suggested including uncontrollable factors, and improvement strategy for existing franchisees was suggested using controllable factors only. This research has practical contribution because it can be utilized as a franchisee support tool which can be adopted by the franchisers as a first step for win-win cooperation between franchiser and franchisees.

This essay is an attempt to overcome the view that the “Cleft Lip” characters in Heungbugeon are merely a reflection of the status of menial workers of that time. With more versions of Heungbugeon available evidence for this perspective is found to be inadequate. The Cleft Lip character is better understood as someone who functions differently in numerous version of the text to satisfy the appetites of a particular audience. In some versions the character has a unique satirical function related to the audience’s desire to protest against Nolbu’s immoral character. In other versions of the story, especially old printed versions and transcribed versions, the satirical function of the character disappears; he is portrayed simply as comedic. The Cleft Lip character is not depicted as being a means to bring justice to Nolbu as Seoul block printed version, but he reflects the social change that was developing in the culture―a culture that was losing its traditional moral mores. The physical disorder imagery of the character shows the pervasive acceptance of the moral social disorder.
