Purpose: To elucidate the sequential radiologic manifestations of reperfusion edema after lung transplantation. Materials and Methods: The study group comprised five consecutive lung transplant recipients (M:F=3:2; mean age; 47.5 years) who between July 1996 and April 2002 underwent lung transplantation procedures (four, unilateral; one, bilateral) at our institution. We retrospectively reviewed the serial postoperative radiographs obtained and characterized the lung infiltrates. Results: Lung infiltrates compatible with reperfusion edema were present in all patients (5/5). Reperfusion edema appeared on day 1 in four, and by day 2 in the other. In all transplanted lungs, infiltrates were found in the perihilar and basilar regions, and were scored as maximal on day 1 in one, day 3 in two, day 4 in one and day 5 in the other. Conclusion: The recognition of sequential radiological manifestations helps identify recognition of reperfusion edema after lung transplantation. 목적: 본 연구는 폐이식후 재관류부종의 시기에 따른 방사선적 소견을 기술하려고 한다. 대상과 방법: 본원에서 폐이식을 시행받은 5명의 수여자를 대상으로 하였다. 1996년 7월부터 2002년 3월까지 세 명의 남자와 두 명의 여자가 폐이식을 받았고, 평균 연령은 47.5세 였다. 이 중 4 명은 한쪽 폐만 이식을 받았고, 1명은 양폐 이식을 받았다. 모든 수술후 연속적인 수술후 방사선 사진을 분석하고, 폐음영을 기술 하였다. 결과: 재관류부종은 네 명에서는 수술후 1일째에 , 한 명에서는 2일째에 나타났다. 최대치의 폐음영은 한 명에서 수술후 1일에, 두 명에서 수술후 3일째에, 한 명에서 4일째에, 나머지 한 명은 술후 5일째에 있었다. 결론: 재관류부종은 모든 폐이식 이후에 일어나는 현상이며 방사선학적으로는 폐문주위와 하폐에 우세하게 분포하는 미세 망상형 또는 기강경화로 나타나며, 약 5일 이내에 최대 시기를 거치고 3주 이내에 특별한 치료없이 소실된다.
4-Fluorostyrene을 포함하는 안의료용 고분자 합성 및 물리적 특성

본 연구는 4-fluorostyrene을 교차결합제인 EGDMA (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate)와 HEMA (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) 그리고 개시제인 AIBN (azobisisobutyronitrile)과 함께 공중합 하였다. 생성된 고분자의 물리적 특성을 측정한 결과, 함수율 19.98 ~ 31.08%, 굴절률 1.443 ~ 1.475, 가시광선 투과율 87 ~ 93%, 인장강도 0.246 ~ 0.311 kgf 그리고 접촉각의 경우 54.14 ~ $66.95^{\circ}$ 범위의 분포를 나타내었다. 4-Fluorostyrene 첨가한 콘택트렌즈 재료의 경우, 기본적인 콘택트렌즈의 물성을 만족하였고, styrene 비교하여 함수율의 큰 변화를 나타내지 않으면서도 습윤성과 굴절률을 증가시키는 결과를 나타내었다. 본 실험결과로 볼 때 생성된 공중합체는 고 굴절률과 습윤성을 지닌 콘택트렌즈 재료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study used 4-fluorostyrene with the cross-linker EGDMA (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate), HEMA (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and the initiator AIBN (azobisisobutyronitrile) for copolymerization. Measurement of the physical properties of the copolymerized polymer showed that the water content was 19.98 ~ 31.08%, refractive index 1.443 ~ 1.475, visible transmittance 87 ~ 93% and tensile strength 0.246 ~ 0.311 kgf while the contact angle showed a distribution between $54.14^{\circ}$ and $66.95^{\circ}$. Therefore, the ophthalmic material produced using 4-fluorostyrene satisfied the basic physical properties required for contact lenses and also showed an increase in wettability and refractive index while having no significant change in water content with relation to styrene. Based on the results of this study, the produced copolymer is suitable for use as a material to high refractive index and wettability contact lenses.
224비트 ECDSA 하드웨어 시간 시뮬레이션을 위한 테스트벡터 생성기

하드웨어는 다양한 구조로 개발되고, 모듈들에 대한 시간 시뮬레이션을 할 때 각 클럭 사이클에 사용되는 변수들의 값을 확인할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 224비트 ECDSA 하드웨어를 개발하면서 하드웨어 모듈의 시간 시뮬레이션을 위한 테스트 벡터를 제공하는 소프트웨어 생성기를 소개한다. 테스트 벡터는 GUI 형태와 텍스트 파일 형태로 제공된다. Hardware are developed in various architecture. It is necessary to verifying value of variables in modules generated in each clock cycles for timing simulation. In this paper, a test vector generator in software type generates test vectors for timing simulation of 224-bit ECDSA hardware modules in developing stage. It provides test vectors with GUI format and text file format.
생산성 및 비용 분석을 통한 철골 구조체 건설 자동화 시스템의 요구성능 분석

Automated building construction systems are currently being employed as an effective alternative for the recent aging of the workforce and the lack of skilled labor. In order to apply such systems effectively in building construction process, the influence on overall construction process by the systems should be examined in the developing phase. Moreover, appropriate performance criteria for the systems should be determined based on the aspect of cost-effectiveness. Therefore, this study analyses performance criteria of an automated building construction system for steel framework by using a simulation technique, CYCLONE, and economic feasibility analysis in order to developing and employing the system efficiently. The study targets the steel girder installation process through a manless steel frame and joint method and bolting robot which is developed by the robot-based construction automation (RCA) group in Korea. The result shows that the manless steel frame and joint method leads substantial productivity improvement for the steel girder installation process by the reduction of loads for resources. In addition, considering productivity and costs of the system on overall process, the maximum permissible capital cost for the bolting robot increases dramatically when a cycle time of the robot ranges from 320 to 440 seconds. The results of this study will help develop cost-efficient system, and serve as a decision support model for appropriate resource inputs of the construction automation method.

Window buttons located on a task bar provide information about windows that have been open as well as active. When the number of buttons on the task bar increases, the button size gets smaller and as a result, it is more difficult to identify. This study proposes new alternatives of presenting window buttons to search for a target button efficiently. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the usability of the new. Factors manipulated in the experiment include 'button arrangement methods' and 'order of buttons'. The 'button arrangement methods' factor is composed of three levels, 'one line', 'changeable line', and 'grouping buttons'. The 'order of buttons' factor is composed of three levels, 'fixed order', 'click-right', and 'order control by user'. The results showed that the main effects were significant in search time. In subjective satisfaction, the interaction effect was also significant. The results could be applied to the design of small screens such as PDA or cellular phones.
