        펜톤 및 펜톤 유사반응에서 말론산을 이용한 과산화수소의 안정화

        Hydrogen peroxide takes much of the cost for Fenton reaction applied for treatment of organic contaminants. Therefore, the effective use of hydrogen peroxide makes the technology more cost effective. The effective use of hydrogen peroxide is especially needed in the soil and groundwater remediation where complete mixing is not possible and it takes a long time for reactive species to transport to the fixed target compounds. Stabilization ability for hydrogen peroxide of malonic acid was evaluated in Fenton and Fenton-like reactions in this study. Malonic acid contributes on the stabilization of hydrogen peroxide by weak interaction between iron and the stabilizer and inhibiting the catalytic role of iron. The stabilization effect increased as the solution pH decrease below the $pK_{a1}$. The stabilization effect increased as the concentration of malonic acid increased and the effect was maximized at the malonic acid concentration of about ten times higher than the iron concentration. The model organic contaminant was successfully oxidized in the presence of the stabilizer but the degradation rate was slower than the system without the stabilizer. The stabilization effect was also proved in a Fenton-like reaction where magnetite and hematite were used instead of soluble iron species.

        단문형의 영작문 자동 채점 시스템 구축

        영어 작문 자동 채점 시스템은 수험자가 작성한 영작문을 사람의 개입 없이 시스템이 처리하여 점수나 피드백을 줄 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 영작문 중 여러 문장이나 단락으로 구성된 에세이가 아닌 단문형의 영작문을 채점하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 단일 문장을 채점하기 때문에 정답 문장과 좀 더 자세한 비교를 할 수 있고 수험자들에게 좀 더 상세한 피드백을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 단일 문장을 채점하기 위해서는 크게 두 단계의 처리가 요구된다. 첫 번째 단계는 문장내의 오류를 탐지하는 과정으로, 수험자의 영작문을 분석하여 문장 내에 포함되어 있을 수 있는 철자 및 구문 오류를 검사한다. 둘째 단계는 문장 간 오류를 탐지하는 과정으로 문제 출제자가 제공한 정답문장과 수험자의 영작문을 비교하여 두 문장 사이의 차이를 오류로 인식한다. 실제로 중학교 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 영작문 시험을 수행하였고, 이를 본 연구에서 개발한 영작문 자동 채점 시스템을 이용하여 채점해 보았다 인간 채점자와의 비교를 통해서 영작문 자동 채점 시스템의 효용성을 살펴보았다. The purpose of developing an automated scoring system for English composition is to score the tests for writing English sentences and to give feedback on them without human's efforts. This paper presents an automated system to score English composition, whose input is a single sentence, not an essay. Dealing with a single sentence as an input has some advantages on comparing the input with the given answers by human teachers and giving detailed feedback to the test takers. The system has been developed and tested with the real test data collected through English tests given to the third grade students in junior high school. Two steps of the process are required to score a single sentence. The first process is analyzing the input sentence in order to detect possible errors, such as spelling errors, syntactic errors and so on. The second process is comparing the input sentence with the given answer to identify the differences as errors. The results produced by the system were then compared with those provided by human raters.

        실험용 게잡이 원숭이의 pair-housing 효과 2. 혈액학적 지표의 변화

        The effect of the social enrichment program using mingle cages was investigated in hematological parameters of male cynomolgus monkeys. It is generally believed that the social enrichment program using mingle cages may offer the socialization and the prevention of isolation syndrome such as abnormal behavior. The total of 48 males and 42 females were housed in pairs homosexually with mingle cages reformed from individual cages for 9 weeks and we observed the clinical signs, body weight changes and hematological parameters. In the previous study, Han et al.,2007 observed clinical signs and body weight changes. 93.8 % of male cage mates and 100% of female cage mates were made successful pair-housing formation except 3 cases of male cage mates with serious injuries from fighting. And body weight gains were not changed between individual cage-housing and pair-housing for 9 weeks. However WBC count of male monkeys in individual cage was decreased compared with pair housing group after 8 and 21 weeks from pair housing. Significant increase in neutrophils and decrease in lymphocytes were observed in pair housing group. Thus, this finding indicate that housing condition may change hematological parameters. The present finding may serve as useful basic data for social enrichment program using mingle cage.

        설명자의 영화평 감성 분석 결과 해석에 대한 고찰

        This study examines how explainers interpret the results of sentiment analysis on movie reviews. Deep leaning is a state-of-art technique to deal with complex and very large volume of data. However, it is known as a black box model by which human cannot predict or trace its predictions. In order to provide explainable connection between its input and output, this study has applied a model, so-called an explainer. Two Sentiment analyzers are constructed utilizing a Multi-Layered Perceptrons model and a Gradient Boosting model, respectively. Three types of explainer models are adopted to interpret the sentiment classification; IG, LIME and SHAP. The interpretation result is examined through extracting highly relevant top N features and applying Heatmap. In addition, Exaplantion Component Agreement, an evaluation method is suggested to measure how the explanations are agreeable between the models and human annotators.

        폐기물 가스화 합성가스로부터 수소를 생산하기 위해 다양한 제조방법으로 Fe/Al/Cu 촉매를 제조하고 고온수성가스전이반응에 적용하였다. Fe/Al/Cu 촉매는 함침법, 졸겔법, 그리고 공침법으로 제조되었다. 제조된 촉매 중 공침법으로 제조된 Fe/Al/Cu 촉매가 450 ℃에서 85% 이상의 높은 CO 전환율 및 안정성을 나타내었다. 공침법으로 제조된 Fe/Al/Cu 촉매의 뛰어난 성능은 높은 표면적, 작은 Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 결정 크기, 강한 산화환원능, 그리고 많은 Cu<sup>0</sup>에 기인한 결과이다.

        미술재활현장실습 교과목 운영 개선을 위한 학부 미술치료학 전공 수강생의 미술치료사 역량인식 변화 및 실습경험 연구

        본 연구는 예비미술치료사 양성을 위한 임상실습수퍼비전 교과목 운영 개선을 위해 미술재활현장실습 수강 학생들의 치료사로서의 자기평가, 미술치료사 역량에 대한 이해와 실습에 대한 만족도를 살펴보고 실습환경 및 교과목을 개선방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 C대학 학부 미술치료학과 전공생이며 2019년 2학기 미술재활현장실습 교과 수강생 25명을 대상으로 사전사후 설문검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 미술치료전공생의 자기평가, 미술치료 역량 중요도에 대한 이해, 그리고 실습 만족과의 관계는 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료전공생의 자기평가는 미술치료현장실습 수업 만족에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 변화되고 있는 미술치료현장에서 발달재활서비스 제공인력 양성 필수교과목인 미술재활현장실습 학부 수업의 효과적 운영을 위해 학부생의 자기평가 및 역량중요도에 대한 이해와 실습 경험을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학부 미술치료현장실습 교과에서 실습환경과 실습교육, 수퍼비전과 관련된 체계적 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 실제적이고 전문적인 교육의 효과를 증진시켜야 할 것이다. This study is to investigate a way of conducting undergraduate art therapy internship courses and reform the structure of the courses to promote art therapy students. To conduct the study, the researcher surveyed students who enrolled a rehabilitation art therapy internship course on self-assessment about their understanding of their role as a therapist and their fulfillment on their internship site. The objective of the study is to conduct an enhanced internship environment and determine a way to improve the internship course. For this study, the pre- and post-surveys were done by twenty-five C University art therapy students who are attending a rehabilitation art therapy internship course during the 2019 Fall semester. This study found three notable outcomes: First, there was a correlation among students self-assessment, knowing art therapist s roles, and the fulfillment of their internship experiences. Second, the satisfaction on their internship site was indirectly affected by the students self-assessment. Third, this researcher presented the purpose and the value of supervision, the cause of the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the internship experiences, and students needs. Since the Enforcement decree of rehabilitation service, the developmental rehabilitation internship course has shifted one of the crucial requirements to train students. The significance of this study is to verify the correlation between the professional acknowledgment and perception of the internship experience, and supervision is an influential factor in this finding.

        미술치료사의 심리적 유연성이 디지털기술 활용태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 현 코로나19로 인한 사회적 거리두기 상황에서 미술치료사들의 심리적 유연성이 디지털 활용태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 미술치료사 총 238명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 8일부터 3월 15일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 미술치료사의 심리적 유연성은 디지털기술 활용태도 전체와 하위영역인 불안감, 유용성에서 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 미술치료사의 심리적 유연성이 높으면 디지털기술 활용태도 전체와 하위영역인 선호도와 유용성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of art therapists’ psychological flexibility on their attitudes toward digital utilization under COVID-19 included social distancing. An online survey was conducted from March 8 to March 15, 2021, with a total of 238 art therapists participating. First, it was found that the group with high psychological flexibility had a more positive attitude overall about the usefulness of art therapists’ digital technology utilization for art therapists than the group with low psychological flexibility. Second, it was found that the group with high psychological flexibility had a more positive attitude than the group with low psychological flexibility regarding preference and usefulness as a whole and sub-factor of digital technology utilization. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

        연구논문 : 금나노물질의 in vitro 유전독성 평가연구

        Owing to the increasing development of nanotechnology, there is a need to assess how engineered nanomaterials can interact with living cells. It is necessary to assay genotoxic risk of nanomaterials to know the effects on the DNA. We investigated the possible genotoxic potential of polyethylene glycol(PEG) coated gold nanoparticles (AuNP) with four sizes (4, 13, 100 and 200 nm diameter) to investigate the influence of particle size. These AuNP of four sizes at different dose level were exposed to the human bronchial epithelial cell line(BEAS-2B cells) and human lymphoblast cell line(TK6 cells) for 48 hours to see if there is any difference between cell types. Four nm or 100 nm AuNP at a concentration of 250 μg/ml reduced cell viability of TK6 cells more strongly, compared to BEAS-2B cells. However, no significant DNA damage was observed in both BEAS-2B cells and TK6 cells with 4 hours incubations of AuNP in the Comet assay. The results of the Ames assay and the chromosome aberration test using Chinese hamster lung(CHL) cell were also negative. In our previous study, TNF-α mRNA expression and malonaldehyde level were increased in L5178Y mouse lymphoma cells treated with AuNP. The mechanism of cytotoxicity seems to be oxidative stress. Thus, AuNP are considered non genotoxic in our study condition. However, they could exert oxidative stress mediated cytotoxicity.
