This paper had conducted research on 14 kinds of buddhist books published in Yongjangsa, Woonjusan, Taein in 1635 and found three following results. First, Yongjangsa was destroyed by Japanese during the 2nd Japanese Invasion, Jungyujaeran. However in 1630, Jijeon, Gyungchik, and other following buddhist monks started reconstruction. 5 years later, Soyo Taeneung, Byuckam Gaksung and donors started woodblock engraving works under the Gaehak’s conduction and published 6 kinds of books in April, 5 kinds of books in August, 3 kinds of books in March. These books were mainly about Seon Buddhism Estheticsm. Buddhist books and ritual process books took the 2nd, 3rd place. Second, there were 12 engravers who participated in the woodblock engraving work in 1635. Suryuckmuchapyeongdungjaeeuichalyo and Chonjimyongyangsuryukchaeuichanyo’s publication record mentions ‘Gakja’, synonym of engraver. In addition informal letters of engravers are carved in relief or hollow relief on Oumi, Pansim in other publication except two kinds of books. There were 55 kinds of informal letters of engravers and ‘Ocuk(玉)’ and ‘Won(元)’ were appeared 36 and 28 times in 7 kinds of Buddhist books. Third, the total number of donors was 569, 31.7% of them was monk and 68.3% of them was civilian according to the publication record. For the most part, the two main way of donation were to provide specific goods like woodblocks and buddhist books and to provide personal properties. Leechunnamyangju donated Vajracchedika Prajnaparamita Sutra and Choigyejang and Sinbockyangju donated 5 kinds of books in 6 kinds, which were printed in April. Bubgo donated woodblocks for printing for 3 times and Sungoh and Sunjung donated Kienruss, a raw material of an ink stick.

We report on the effects of an oxide semiconductor as an electron transport layer (ETL) on a quantum dots light emitting diode (QD-LED). To improve the properties of QD-LED, we optimized the process parameters for the deposition and post-annealing steps of an oxide ETL. When zinc tin oxide (ZTO) was deposited by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering in a gas mixture of argon and oxygen (Ar : O2 = 2 : 1) and then annealed under 760 Torr O2 for 10 min, our QD-LED showed improved luminescence characteristics. Additionally, to overcome the problem of non-uniform luminescence, we optimized the concentration and process conditions of colloidal quantum dot materials. Finally, we fabricated QD-LED devices with luminescence of 4,874 cd/m2 and luminous efficiency of 2.68 cd/A.
유전자교정작물(GEO)에 대한 유전자변형생물체(LMO)법 적용 관련 법적 쟁점과 개선방안

It has been announced that it will have to produce twice its current demand by 2050 to avoid facing serious food problems in the future due to global population growth, water shortages, and changes in production due to accelerating global warming. However, the annual production growth rate of corn, rice, wheat and soybeans, the four major crops of the world's food supply and demand, is only 1.6%, 1.0%, and 0.9%, respectively. In this situation, GEO using CRISPR/Cas9 are emerging as a solution to future food shortages. Furthermore, like the movie “Martian”, it is expected that the solution to space food will be a gene-corrected crop. However, national legal regulations are different in this regard. In the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Argentina, even if they do not join the “Cartagena Protocol”, an international protocol of the LMO law, or even if they do, they avoid applying the LMO law by revising or establishing laws. In other words, these countries treat GEO the same as general seeds, judging that they are no different from traditional breeding. Even the European Union, which has strictly regulated genetically modified crops as GMOs, has recently begun the process of revising the law with a positive move. In line with this international trend, the Korean government is also attempting to ease GEO regulations such as exemption from risk assessment. However, after the revision of the law, genetically modified crops are considered “new genetically modified creatures” in Korea. Industry sources predict that if GEO is classified as LMO, there will be no farmers who farm GEO crops and no consumers who consume them. There are concerns that strict legal regulations on GEO could not only lose domestic seed competitiveness but also destroy the seed industry itself. In order to develop the domestic GEO industry and increase its competitiveness, related regulations should be eased like other countries. Like Japan and Brazil, it is necessary to distinguish GEO from LMO by interpreting LMO laws or preparing separate bills. In the long run, a GEO evaluation system should be established based on the final product regardless of whether biotechnology is used or not.
비구 골절 시 골절편에 의해 발생한 장 포착 - 증례 보고 -

골반 혹은 비구 골절 환자에서 복부 손상은 흔히 동반될 수 있으나, 비구 골절로 인한 골절편에 의해 장이 포착되거나 천공된 증례는 드물고 국내에서는 아직 보고된 바가 없다. 비구 혹은 골반 골절편에 의한 장의 포착은 초기에는 증상이 없어 진단이 어려운 반면, 조기에 진단되지 않을 경우 장 천공으로 인한 패혈증과 이에 따르는 높은 사망률을 초래할 수 있다. 저자들은 비구 골절 시 골절편에 의한 장의 포착 및 천공을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
