        정선지역 철광산에 분포하는 암석의 역학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 최근 재개발되고 있는 정선지역의 철광산에서 현장 초기지압 시험과 수많은 암석 실내시험을 실시하였다. 본 광산의 측압계수는 심도가 깊어질수록 작아지는 경향을 보였으며 평균값은 1.10으로 나타났다. 본 광산에 주로 분포하는 네 가지 암종인 백운암, 규장암, 화강암, 철광석에 대한 실내시험을 통해 암석의 단위중량, 공극률, 흡수율, 탄성파속도, 일축압축강도, 영률, 포와송비, 인장강도, 쇼어경도, 내부마찰각, 점착력 등의 각종 역학적 특성을 조사하였다. 실내시험 결과의 통계분석을 통해 암종별 물성을 비교하였고 물성 상호간의 관련성을 검토하였는데, 철광석보다는 규장암이나 화강암의 강도특성이 더 컸으며 암석 물성 간의 일반적인 상관관계와는 반대되는 현상도 발견되었다. 또한 Mohr-Coulomb 파괴조건과 Hoek-Brown 파괴조건을 적용하여 네 가지 암석의 파괴조건을 해석하였다.

        피부 B세포 림프종

        We report a case of cutaneous B cell lymphoma in a 68-year-old male who had primarily developed two 2.0 * 2.0 * 0,6cm sized, dome shaped, dark red colored tumors on the medial side of his left thigh about 4 months previously. His general condition was good and laboratory results were within normal limits, except for the enlargement of aortocaval, paraaortic and left inguinal lymph nodes. Histopathological examinations revealed diffuse dense infiltration of large atypical cells with vesicular nuclei and large prominent nucleoli in the entire dermis. They were largely composed of centroblast and immunoblast-like cells and showed positive reactions to the leukocyte common antigen, and L26 and CD22 was related to peripheral B-cell lineage in the immunohistochemical study. The skin lesions improved completely with an m-BACOD regimen. There was no relapse over a 3-year follow-up period. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(2): 312-316)

        결절홍반양 피부 백혈병

        We have encountered a rare case of erythema nodosum-like leukemia cutis associated with acute myelocytic leukemia(AML) in a 57-year-old male. He was in good health until about 2 weeks prior to admission, when the systemic symptoms of high fever, anorexia, general weakness and malaise, and subcutaneous nodules developed. The nodules were multiple, red and noted bilaterally on the pretibial areas. Histological findings of his skin lesions showed diffuse cellular infiltrates intermingled with leukemic cells predominantly involving the adipose tissues. The cells displayed negative stainirig to antibodies CD3 and CD20, but positive staining to LCA. The diagnosis of AML(M4) was made by blood and bone marrow studies. He had a rapid downhill course and was discharged after 2 weeks of admission, with no anti-cancer chemotherapy. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(3): 556 - 560)

        Alcohol 발효유음료(醱酵乳飮料)의 제조(製造)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        우유(牛乳)를 이용(利用)한 Alcohol발효음료(醱酵飮料)의 적절한 제조법(製造法)을 시험(試驗)하기 위하여 유산균(乳酸菌) 및 효모류(酵母類)를 우유(牛乳)에 접종(接種)하고 각종당류(各種糖類)의 첨가량(添加量)에 따른 조성분(組成分)의 변화(變化)와 Alcohol 생산성(生産性) 등(等)을 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 5종(種)의 유산균류(乳酸菌類)를 탈지유배지(脫脂乳培地)에 24시간(時間) 배양(培養)하여 산생성도(酸生成度) 및 Amino태(態) 질소함량(窒素含量)의 변화(變化) 상태(狀態)를 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果) Str. lactis가 0.83%로서 가장 적합한 산도(酸度)를 나타내었으며 Amino태질소(態窒素) 함량(含量)은 0.2mg/ml 범위(範圍)로서 큰 변화(變化)가 없었다. 2. 탈지유(脫脂乳)에 Glucose, Lactose 및 Sucrose를 5% 첨가(添加)하고 Str. lactis 및 Cruyveromyces fragilis를 접종(接種)한 결과 산도(酸度) 및 Amino태질소(態窒素) 함량(含量)은 큰 변화(變化)가 없었고 Alcohol 생산성(生産性)은 2.5%로부터 3.58%로 증가(增加)되었다. 3. Cruyveromyces fragilis 및 Saccharo-myces cerevisiae 산모(酸母)를 5~15%의 Sucrose첨가탈지유배지(添加脫脂乳培地)에 접종배양(接種培養)한 결과(結果) Sucrose 첨가(添加)에 따른 산도(酸度) 및 Amino태질소(態窒素)의 함량(含量)은 변동(變動)이 적었고 Alcohol생산성(生産性)에 있어서는 Cruyveromyces fragilis가 2.12%로부터 8.15%로, Saccharo-myces cerevisiae는 0%로 부터7.45%로 증가(增加)되었다. 4. Sucrose를 첨가(添加)한 탈지유(脫脂乳)에 Cruyveromyces fragilis 및 Saccharomyces cerevisi를 접종(接種)하여 Alcohol발효유음료(醱酵乳飮料)를 제조(製造)하고 관능시험(官能試驗)을 실시한 결과 Saccharomyces cerevisiae 접종제품(接種製品)에 비(比)하여 Alcohol함량(含量)이 높은 Cruyveromyces fragilis 접종(接種) 제품(製品)이 우수(優秀)하였다. 5. Str. lactis 및 Cruyveromyces fragilis를 탈지유(脫脂乳)에 접종(接種)하여 Alcohol발효(醱酵)를 실시한 결과 수분(水分), 조단백질(粗蛋白質), 회분(灰分) 및 Alcohol 성분등(成分等)이 Koumis와 유사한 발효유음료(醱酵乳飮料)를 제조(製造)할 수 있었다. In order to develope the suitable processing method of new alcohol fermented milk beverage, the lactic acid bacteria and the yeast were inoculated to various level of saccharide added milk. And the change of component and alcohol concentration in beverage were analysed and tested. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. By skim milk media was fermented by the 5 strains of lactic acid bacteria for 24 hours, most suitable acidity was appeared in the Str. lactis fermented beverage as 0.83% and the amino nitrogen contents was not much changed as 0.2mg/ml. 2. By the skim milk was added with 5% glucose, lactose and sucrose respectively and fermented by the Str. lactis and Cruyveromyces fragilis, the acidity and amino nitrogen contents in beverage were not changed significantly, but alcohol concentration was increased from 2.5% to 3.58%. 3. By the 5% to 15% sucrose added skim milk media was fermented by Cruyveromyces fragilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the amino nitrogen concentration was not so much changed by increasing sucrose contents. And the alcohol concentration was increased from 2.12% to 8.15% by Cruyveromyces fragilis fermentation and from 0% to 7.45% by S.accharomyces cerevisiae fermentation. 4. Sensory evaluation was better in the Cruyveromyces fragilis fermented beverage than Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermented beverage. 5. The contents of moisture, crude protein, ash and the concentrate of alcohol of Str. lactis and Cruyveromyces fragilis fermented skim milk beverage were much similar to koumis.

        여과처리가 우유의 진애도 및 세균함량에 미치는 영향

        To select milk filter cloths for farm milk filtering and to investigate the suitable condition of milk filter cloths, several textile fabrics (Table 1, Fig.1) were tested the effect of filtering by sediment tester, the time taken for filtering, the effect of filter cloths on bacterial number in milk by filtering and the possibility of contamination of bacterial in milk from filter cloths in case of nonsterilization of cloths. And the results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The effect of filtering was much better with Galgari, Sochang and Kwangmok than Eunchosa and Mangsa and the time taken for filtering was faster with Eunchosa, Mangsa, Tongsia and Galgai than Sochang and Kwangmok. 2. By filtering milk with Sochang and Kwangmok, the bacterial number in milk was reduced more than with other cloths but when filter cloths was not sterilized effectively, more bacteria was contaminated to milk from milk residue in cloths with Sochang and Kwangmok. 3. It was concluded that filter cloth of synthetic like nylon and about 0.05㎟ openings was suitable for milk filter cloths.

        인삼을 첨가 제조한 액상요구르트의 특성에 관한 연구

        Liquid yoghurts were made with ginseng extract, white ginseng powder and tail ginseng powder, which have pharmacological effects and are palatable by Korean. The acidity, number of lactic acid bacteria and viscosity of yoghurts were examined and taste, flavor and characteristics of preservation of yoghurts were also tested. The results obtained were summarized as follows; l. The acidity of yoghurt was high for ginseng yoghurts, especially tail ginseng yoghurt(1.15%) was higher than that of control yoghurt(0.76%). 2. The number of lactic acid bacteria in yoghurt was higher for ginseng yoghurt than that of control yoghurt($1.5{\times}10^8/m{\ell}$), especially tail ginseng yoghurt($4.3{\times}10^8/m{\ell}$) showed the highest number of lactic acid bacteria. 3. The viscosity of yoghurt was high for ginseng yoghurt, especially white ginseng powder yoghurt was higher than that of control. 4. The score of yoghurts for tastes, flavor and overall acceptability were higher for tail ginseng yoghurt than those of control yoghurt. 5. When yoghurts were stored at $5^{\circ}C$ for 10 days, the pH, acidity, number of lactic acid bacteria of all yoghurt were not changed significantly.

        다기능레이더 소프트웨어 신뢰성시험 적용사례 및 결과

Also the process of software development and reliability test method for reducing the development period are described. Test results show that the verified software has reduced errors and improved reliability compared to the unverified software.

        견과육 첨가 아이스크림의 제조 및 특성

        충남지역 농특산물인 밤 및 호도의 과육을 분말화하여 아이스크림 믹스의 원료로 1~5% 첨가하고 아이스크림을 제조한 후, over run, 제품의 조성분 및 관능검사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Over run의 측정에 있어서는 밤 분말 첨가의 경우 35.75~38.81%로서 41.18%인 control구에 비하여 낮게 나타나고 호도 첨가구에 있어서는 36.31~40.38%로서 control구에 비하여 낮았다. 2. 제품의 화학적 조성은 밤 분말을 첨가한 아이스크림의 경우 무지고형분과 단백질이 31.05~31.73%, 4.48~4.78%로서 control구에 비하여 높았고 호도 첨가구에 있어서는 지방량이 12.21~21.38%, 단백질량이 4.63~5.27%로서 control구에 비하여 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 3. 관능검사 결과 밤 첨가 아이스크림은 향취와 맛에 있어서 control구에 비하여 우수하였고 호도 첨가구는 향취에 있어서 통계적인 유의성이 인정되는 (0.05%) 우수성을 나타내었다.

        목초(牧草)의 하고성(夏枯性) 방제(防除)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -초지피복(草地被覆)이 목초(牧草) 생산성(生産性) 및 영양성분(營養成分)에 미치는 영향(影響)-

        북방형(北方型) 목초(牧草)의 하고성(夏枯性) 방제(防除)하기 위하여 1976년(年) 7월(月)1일(日)부터 8(월)月14일(日)까지 Orchard grass, Tall fescue, Red clover, Alfalfa, Crabgrass의 5초종(草種)에 보리짚을 $100g/m^2$, $200g/m^2$, $300g/m^2$ 피복(被覆)하고 목초(牧草)의 성장(成長), 수량(收量) 및 영양성분(營養成分)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 보리짚 피복(被覆)에 의하여 피복구(被覆區) 지온(地溫)은 무처리구(無處理區)에 비(比)하여 $1.0{\sim}3.04^{\circ}C$의 강하현상(降下現象)을 나타내었다. 피복처리구(被覆處理區)는 무처리구(無處理區)에 비(比)하여 6.0~45%의 성장효과(成長效果)를 나타내었다. $100g/m^2$ 피복구(被覆區)는 무처리구(無處理區)에 비하여 32.77%의 증수효과(增收效果)를 나타내었고 $300g/m^2$구(區) 이상은 부식(腐蝕)에 의하여 7.75%의 감수현상(減收現象)을 표현(表現)하였다. 피복처리구(被覆處理區)에서 생산된 목초(牧草)는 무처리구(無處理區)에 비하여 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 및 가용무질소물(可溶無窒素物)의 증가(增加)를 가져왔고 조지방(粗脂肪), 조섬유(粗纖維) 및 조회분(粗灰分)은 감소현상(減少現象)을 나타내었다. This experiment was conducted for the control of summer depression of cool-season pasture plant. Orchard grass, tall fescue, red clover, alfalfa, and crabgrass were mulched by barley straw with depths of $100g/m^2$, $200g/m^2$ and $300g/m^2$ for 45 days -from July 1, to August 14-, and the effects on growth, yield and chemical composition were observed. The results obetain were as follow: Temperature decrease of $1.0{\sim}3.04^{\circ}C$ was followed after barley straw mulching on the grassland as compared with the control. The growth of the grasses after mulching was hastened, i. e. plant height was increasd 6.0~45% as compared with the control. Barley straw mulching with $100g/m^2$ supported the increase in yield of the grasses with an average of 32.77%, however, average yield was decreased by 7.75% with $300g/m^2$ mulching, apparently due to the rottening of grasses. Chemical compositions of mulched grasses were varied; contents of crude protein and nitrogen free extract were higher, but crude fats, fibre, and ashes were lower than those of the control.
