An abnormal Korean native cow of six years old with extra legs was observed macroscopically and radiographically. The results were summarized as follows; 1. External features included two normal forelimbs and hindlimbs, and two extra forelimbs which were underdeveloped. The extra forelimbs of different length attached laterally to the cranial regions of neck on right scapula. 2. The large extra forelimb had scapular meromelia. It consisted of underdeveloped humerus, antebrachial skeleton, several carpal bones, metacapal bone(MC3+4) and two digitis with each pairs of hoof and a rudimentary hoof of dewclaw. 3. The small extra forelimb had scapular and antebrachial meromelia. It consisted of underdeveloped metacarpal and carpal bone, severely deformed humerus, fused carpal bones, and two digitis with two hooves, and a rudimentary hoof of dewclaw. 4. The dermoid cyst was observed between the large and small extra forelimbs.

The morphological development of colonic epithelia in fetuses between 60-. 90-, and 120-days gestation and neonates of Korean native goat were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. In the 60-day-old fetuses, the colonic epithelial cells contained nuclei, nucleoli, mitochondria, free ribosomes, and shoo granular and agranular endoplasmic reticula. The zonula occludens, zonula adherens, desmosomes, short microvilli, and masses of glycogen granules were also obsrved. The goblet cells contained a few secretory granules. In the 90-day-old fetuses, the cell organelles of the colonic epithelial cells were better developed than those in the 60 day old fetuses. Increased number of endoplasmic reticula, digitiform intercellular junctions, mitochondria, and Golgi complexes was observed. The goblet cells contained a lot of secretory granules. In the 120-day-old fetuses, the colonic epithelial cells contained long microvilli and well developed cell organelles. The nuclear cleft and large intercellular space were also appeared. Nunerous fibroblasts were seen in the basement membrane. The number of goblet cells was further observed. In the 120 day old fetuses, all colonic epithelial cells shape simple columnar cells. In newborns, the colonic epithelial cells were covered with extensive microvilli. There were many goblet cells with a lot of secretory granules protruding into the intestinal lumen, and some goblet cells secreted their secretory granules into the lumen. In the 60-and 90-day-old fetuses, the colonic epithelial cells appeared to be either simple columnar or stratified columnar depending on areas.

The sacrum fused with first caudal vertebra and ilium of a male German shepherd were observed macroscopically. The sacrum and first caudal vertebra were fused, however caudal articular process of the sacrum separated from the cranial articular process of the first caudal vertebra. On the other hand, partial fusion were also observed between the sacrum and ilium. The sacrum and ilium were fused from the cranioventral part of the sacropelvic surface in the wing of ilium to the lateral part of the right cranial articular surface in the sacrum.

A case of schistosomus reflexes in Korean native female calf was observed macroscopically and radiographically. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The abdominal visceral organs were exposed. 2. The vertebral column bent laterally to the left, and the sacrum approached to the cranium by reflected caudal lumber vertebrae, presenting S-shaped lateral twisting of the vertebrae. 3. The right ribs reflected laterally and dorso-cranially from the 7th rib to 13th rib. The left ribs bent caudally from 8th rib to 13th rib. 4. The length of rudimentary 6th right rib was one half of normal size and the 7th right rib was one third. 5. The sternum was bifid split from the fourth sternebra through the xyphoid cartilage. 6. The diaphragm was intact and thoracic cavity was reduced in size. The lung and heart severely deformed in shape and size. 7. The liver markedly deformed in shape and thickness. 8. The pelvic cavity was reduced in size by compression laterally to the left. 9. The uterus horn, ovary, urinary bladder, and urethra were severely deformed in the shape and position.

An abnormal Korean native cow of five years old with an extra leg was observed macroscopically and radiographically. The results were summarized as follows. 1. External features included two normal forelimbs and hindlimbs, and an extra abnormal forelimb which was underdeveloped. The extra forelimb attached to the regions of back on right scapula. 2. The extra forelimb had antebrachial meromelia. It consisted of undeveloped and severely deformed scapula and humerus, fused carpal bones, imperfectly duplicated metacarpal bones, and polydactyly. The polydactyly was consisted of seven rows of digits with seven hooves, and a rudimentary hoof of dewclaw. 3. The ectopic limp was devoid of muscular tissue.

한국재래산양 태아와 신생아의 흉골과 늑골 크기에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to investigate the skeletal measurement of the sternum and ribs at 60-, 90-, 120-day-old fetuses and neonates of Korean native goats. The total length and width of the ossified part of the sternebrae and ribs were observed at 60-, 90-, 120-day-old fetuses and neonates. The ossification of the ribs from the 1st to the 8th rib was observed in 60-day-old fetuses, but not observed from the 9th to the last rib. In the 90-day-old fetuses, all ribs were observed having ossified parts. In the 60-day-old fetuses, all sternebrae were not observed having ossified parts. All sternebrae were observed having ossified parts in the 90-day-old fetuses. In the 90-day-old fetuses, the length of the ossified parts of each sternebrae was longer than its width. In the 120-day-old fetuses and neonates, the length of the ossified parts of the 1st, 2nd, and 7th sternebrae was longer than its width, but the width of from the 3rd to 6th sternebrae was longer than the length.

본 연구는 중국 조선족자치주인 연변지역에 있어서 서비스산업과 지역성장간의 관계 및 영향력을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 중국 경제개혁·개방년도인 1978년부터 2013년까지 자료를 이용하였으며, 각 모형에서 두 변수간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 단위근 검정, 공적분 검정, 그랜저인과관계, 벡터자귀회기모형(VAR) 그리고 분산분해를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 모형에 포함된 3개 변수가 모두 단위근이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그랜저인과관계 검정에서 소득-인구모형(IN-PO Model)과 소득-고용모형(IN-EM Model)에서는 서비스산업 생산변수가 도시화 수준 및 서비스산업 고용에 영향을 미치는 단방향 인관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타난 반면 인구-고용모형(PO-EM Model)에서는 서비스산업과 도시화 수준간에는 서로 영향을 주고받는 양방향 인과관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분산분해를 실시한 결과 IN-PO Model과 IN-EM Model에서 서비스산업 생산비중변수(tgrdp) 자신이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 여건을 고려하면 연변지역은 생산자서비스산업보다는 소비자 서비스산업이 중심이 된 경제패턴을 보이고 있음에도 불구하고 도시화 수준이 비교적 높은 수준임을 고려할 때 연변지역이 보다 바람직한 방향으로 지역이 성장하기 위해서는 생산자서비스산업의 성장을 위한 정책들이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. This paper empirically examines the relationship and impact between service industry and regional growth in Yanbian region of China by using statistic data from 1978 to 2013 through unit root test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VAR model and variance decomposition analysis. The results of this paper are as follows: First, in the unit root test, this paper found that each time series was unstable one that has unit root. Second, in the Granger causality test, this paper shows that there are bilateral causality relation between service job and urbanization of PO-EN model, while has unilateral causality in IN-PO Model and IN-EM Model. Finally, in the variance decomposition test, it was proved that service grdp variable in IN-PO model and IN-PO model is the most affected variable of the each data. Yanbian region has seen the economic pattern of the consumer service industry rather than the producer service industry and a high level of urbanization. Therefore, for the healthy growth of Yanbian regional economy is required to put forward the producer service industry policy.

농촌관광 활성화를 위한 저수지의 관광적 활용방안

The purpose of this paper analyzed the possibility of the tourist utilization of the reservoir in revitalization of rural tourism. The reservoirs located to the rural region are good for the demand of rural tourism. However, all reservoirs are not adequate for developing to become the tourist destinations. The core types are angling site, water ski, water golf, boar recreation, and so on. I found the fact that reservoir's role was very important in utilization of reservoir and the development of the regional economy, society and culture.

중국의 산업구조 변화에 대한 사회보장관련 지출의 영향분석

본 연구는 중국에 있어 사회보장관련지출이 산업구조 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 31개 성·시의 1997년부터 2014년까지 시계열 자료와 횡단면 자료를 사용하였으며, 분석방법으로는 Hausman 검정결과를 토대로 고정효과모형과 확률효과모형 그리고 차분 GMM(Difference generalized method of moments)을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변수의 내생성 문제를 고려한 차분 GMM이 고정효과 및 확률효과모형보다 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1차, 2차 산업구조 변화는 산재보험에 의해 영향을 상대적으로 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 3차 산업구조 변화는 출산보험지출의 영향이 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양로보험은 1차와 3차 산업구조 변화에 정의 영향을 미치나 3차 산업구조 변화에는 부의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실업보험지출은 3차 산업구조 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 주고 2차 사업구조 변화 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 의존재원의 비율을 포함한 모형의 경우 모든 모형에서 중앙정부의 의존재정에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social security expenditure on the change of industrial growth in China. For the study, the data are time series data from 1997 to 2014 and cross section data by region in China. The findings are as follows: First, difference GMM appeared to be more appropriate than the fixed effect model or the random-effects model. Second, the primary and second industry model were affected by industrial accident insurance relatively. The tertiary industry model showed a relatively large influence on spending on maternity insurance. Third, expenditure on the pension insurance was negatively related with primary industry and tertiary industry. On the other hand, it showed positive influence on secondary industry. Fourth, the impact of unemployment insurance expenditure was the largest in the tertiary industry, followed by the secondary and primary industries. Finally, In all models including intergovernmental transfers, social security expenditures were found to affect the changes in industrial structure. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study are presented.
