Purpose Assessing the status of metastasis in sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) by pathologists is an essential task for the accurate staging of breast cancer. However, histopathological evaluation of SLNs by a pathologist is not easy and is a tedious and time-consuming task. The purpose of this study is to review a challenge competition (HeLP 2018) to develop automated solutions for the classification of metastases in hematoxylin and eosin–stained frozen tissue sections of SLNs in breast cancer patients. Materials and Methods A total of 297 digital slides were obtained from frozen SLN sections, which include post–neoadjuvant cases (n=144, 48.5%) in Asan Medical Center, South Korea. The slides were divided into training, development, and validation sets. All of the imaging datasets have been manually segmented by expert pathologists. A total of 10 participants were allowed to use the Kakao challenge platform for 6 weeks with two P40 GPUs. The algorithms were assessed in terms of the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). Results The top three teams showed 0.986, 0.985, and 0.945 AUCs for the development set and 0.805, 0.776, and 0.765 AUCs for the validation set. Micrometastatic tumors, neoadjuvant systemic therapy, invasive lobular carcinoma, and histologic grade 3 were associated with lower diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion In a challenge competition, accurate deep learning algorithms have been developed, which can be helpful in making frozen diagnosis of intraoperative SLN biopsy. Whether this approach has clinical utility will require evaluation in a clinical setting.
성공적인 IT 아웃소싱을 위한 계약 당사자간 책임 요소에 대한 실증 연구

IT 아웃소싱은 전략적 차원에서 추진되는 조직의 중요 사안이나 이를 추진함에 있어 명확한 목표와 분명한 계약이 없이 단순한 생각으로 접근했을 경우는 그 결과에 대해 주관적인 실패로 인식하기 쉽다. 특히 아웃소싱 관리에서는 공급자와 고객 간의 계약 특히 심리적 계약에 근거한 관계 관리가 매우 중요하다고 인식되며, 본 연구는 아웃소싱 관계 수준과 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 아웃소싱 공급자와 수혜자인 고객의 책무 사항에 초점을 두고 이루어졌다. IT 아웃소싱에 대한 공급자의 책임영역은 아웃소싱 수행 기반적 요소 및 수행 능력과 관련된 요소로 대별할 수 있으며, 고객의 책임영역은 아웃소싱 수용 환경적 요소 및 수용 능력과 관련된 요소로 대별할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과로는 수행기반, 수행능력, 수용능력이 아웃소싱 관계수준에 영향을 미치고, 아웃소싱 관계수준은 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 공급자의 수행능력은 아웃소싱 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 한다. 그리고 공급자와 고객의 4가지 책임영역은 상호간에도 유의적 관계가 있다. IT outsourcing has become a critical component of organizations, but improper expectations, ambiguous contracts and unclear goals frequently cause the failure of IT outsourcing. Especially we have to be concerned about the uncareful management of customer-supplier relationships based on a psychological contract perspective. This study focuses on the obligations of contractual parties for IT outsourcing which influence the outsourcing relationship(OR) and the successful performance of IT outsourcing(OP). The supplier obligations consist of the achievable infrastructure(S1) and capability(S2), and the customer obligations is composed of the acceptable environment(C1) and acceptability(C2) for IT outsourcing. This paper shows that the S1, S2, and C2 have an effect on the OR, the OR on the OP, and the S2 also on the OP directly. The four components of customer-supplier obligations are mutually related to each other. What is more, we must notice that the S2 has strong connections with the C2.
Effect of process parameters on optimum welding condition of DP590 steel by friction stir welding

In the automotive industry, vehicle weight reduction techniques have been actively studied to improve the rate of fuel consumption andto cope with the regulation restricting exhaust gas. For this reason, advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) is preferred in the automobileindustry as its tensile strength is 590 MPa and over. In this study, to obtain the optimum welding condition, the friction stir welding(FSW) process applied to AHSS was considered. The FSW experiment was performed on a stir plate using a Si3N4 tool and a 1.4-mmthickDP590 steel sheet manufactured by cold rolling. In addition, to investigate the temperature distribution of the advancing and retreatingsides in the welding state, the tool rotation speed of 800 rpm, and the welding speed of 180 mm/min, a K-type thermocouple wasinserted in the backing plate, and the peak temperature was evaluated at each point. Especially, the correlation between the heat input perunit length and the formation of the FSW zone was minutely analyzed.
스퍼터링 Mo 도핑 탄소박막의 특성과 유기박막트랜지스터의 게이트 전극으로 응용

Mo doped carbon (C:Mo) thin films were fabricated with various Mo target power densities by unbalanced magnetron sputtering (UBM). The effects of target power density on the surface, structural, and electrical properties of C:Mo films were investigated. UBM sputtered C:Mo thin films exhibited smooth and uniform surfaces. However, the rms surface roughness of C:Mo films were increased with the increase of target power density. Also, the resistivity value of C:Mo film as electrical properties was decreased with the increase of target power density. From the performance of organic thin filml transistor using conductive C:Mo gate electrode, the carrier mobility, threshold voltage, and on/off ratio of drain current (Ion/Ioff) showed $0.16cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, -6.0 V, and $7.7{\times}10^4$, respectively.
DLC 박막이 코팅된 폴리머 애자의 표면 및 물리적 특성

In this study, we tried finding new materials to improve the stain resistance properties of polymer insulating materials. Using the filtered vacuum arc source (FVAS) with a graphite target source, DLC thin films were deposited on silicon and polymer insulator substrates depending on their thickness to confirm the surface properties, physical properties, and structural properties of the thin films. Subsequently, the possibility of using a DLC thin film as a protective coating material for polymer insulators was confirmed. DLC thin films manufactured in accordance with the thickness of various thin films exhibited a very smooth and uniform surface. As the thin film thickness increased, the surface roughness value decreased and the contact angle value increased. In addition, the elastic modulus and hardness of the DLC thin film slightly increased, and the maximum values of elastic modulus and hardness were 214.5 GPa and 19.8 GPa, respectively. In addition, the DLC thin film showed a very low leakage current value, thereby exhibiting electrical insulation properties.
