플라즈마 피치에 따른 150㎜ 샤워헤드에 대한 CFD 유동해석

This study is performed to analyze the fluid flow about 150mm shower heads of semiconductor device. Under the air pressure, the ideal gas of moving fluid is injected as 5㎧ velocity into inlet of shower heads and the flow distribution in shower heads is measured according to pitch of plasma distribution device. As results, the maximum and minimum value of fluid velocity are investigated with their position. The velocity values at outlet are also studied. From two experiment using the plasma distribution device, the results of CFD are compared with the experimental results. That results shows stable flow of fluid in that case of corrected design from CFD.

사이버 보안 훈련을 위한 ATT&CK 기반 사이버 위협 모의 기술 연구

사회가 초연결 사회가 되어 갈수록 우리는 더 많은 사이버 보안 전문가들이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 실제 사이버 공격에 대한 분석결과와 MITRE ATT&CK 프레임워크를 바탕으로 사이버 모의 위협을 모델링하고 실제 사이버 보안 훈련 시스템에서 모의 된 사이버 위협을 생성할 수 있는 CyTEA를 개발하였다. 모의 된 사이버 위협이 실제 사이버 위협 수준의 유효성을 갖는지를 확인하기 위해 절차적, 환경적, 결과적 유사성을 기준으로 모의 수준을 알아보고 또 실제 사이버 보안 훈련 시스템에서 모의 위협을 실행하면서 방어훈련 시 예상되는 위협의 실제 위협실행 결과와 모의 위협의 실행 결과가 동일하여 실제 사이버 위협에 준하는 훈련을 가능함을 확인하였다. As societies become hyperconnected, we need more cyber security experts. To this end, in this paper, based on the analysis results of the real world cyber attacks and the MITRE ATT&CK framework, we developed CyTEA that can model cyber threats and generate simulated cyber threats in a cyber security training system. In order to confirm whether the simulated cyber threat has the effectiveness of the actual cyber threat level, the simulation level was examined based on procedural, environmental, and consequential similarities. in addition, it was confirmed that the actual defense training using cyber simulation threats is the same as the expected defense training when using real cyber threats in the cyber security training system.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 ‘정부지원 학자금대출제도’의 연구동향 분석

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 ‘정부지원 학자금대출제도’의 연구동향을 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 최근 12년간 게재된 학자금대출 관련 99편의 논문을 선정하여 국문초록을 바탕으로 최종 891개의 추출하였다. 비정형 데이터의 분석은 NetMiner 4.3을 활용하였으며, 키워드 네트워크 분석과 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 출현 빈도는 ‘소득 , ‘대학생 , ‘학자금 지원 등의 순으로 높았고, 키워드 쌍은 ‘대학-대학생 , ‘대학-학자금 지원 , ‘대학생-학자금 지원 등의 순으로 높은 동시출현을 보였다. 중심성 분석의 경우 ‘대학생’과 ‘학자금 지원’, ‘정책’, ‘대학’, ‘학자금대출 상환부담’, ‘영향요인’의 6개 핵심 키워드가 연결·매개 중심성 각각 상위 6위 이내 순위를 보였다. 토픽 모델링 분석에서 8개의 토픽이 가장 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원 학자금대출제도 의 학문적 발전을 위한 연구적 방향성 검토와 후속연구 과제를 논의하였다.; The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trends of the Government Student Loans (GSL) using text mining. 99 articles on GSL in the past 12 years selected and final 891 keywords were extracted on the abstract. Analysis of unstructed data utilized NetMiner 4.3 to conduct Semantic Network Analysis and Topic Modeling Analysis (TMA). The frequency of occurrence was high in the order of ‘income’, ‘college student’, and ‘schooling expenses funding’ while keyword sets were high in the order of ‘college-college student’, ‘college-schooling expenses funding’, and ‘college student-schooling expenses funding’. According to the centrality analysis, core keywords, ‘college student’, ‘policy’, ‘college’, ‘burden of student loan repayment’, and ‘influencing factors’ ranked within top six, respectively. Though TMA, 8 topics were the most suitable. Based on these results, the research direction for the academic development of GSL was reviewed and previous research projects were discussed.

학자금대출 상환 부담과 여가 시간활용의 관계에서 일 경험의 매개효과 : 대학 설립유형에 따른 다중집단분석

본 연구의 목적은 대학교 재학생이 지각하는 학자금대출 상환 부담이 일 경험을 매개로 여가 시간활용에 미치는 영향력을 확인한 뒤, 그 효과에 있어 대학 설립유형에 따른 차이를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국교육고용패널(KEEP)Ⅰ 12차(2015)년도 자료를 활용하여 총 401명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며 구조방정식모형 분석 및 대학 설립유형의 다중집단분석을 순차적으로 실시하였다. 첫째, 대학교 재학생이 지각하는 학자금대출 상환 부담이 여가 시간활용에 미치는 영향을 일 경험이 부분매개하였다. 둘째, 대학 설립유형에 따라 대학교 재학생의 학자금대출 상환 부담과 여가 시간활용의 관계에서 일 경험의 매개효과는 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로 국·공립 집단에서 학자금대출 상환부담과 여가 시간활용의 관계를 일 경험이 매개하지 못하지만, 사립 집단에서 학자금대출 상환 부담과 여가 시간활용의 관계를 일 경험이 부분매개하였다. 한편, 대학 설립유형에 따른 구조모형 경로의 차이는 학자금대출 상환 부담이 일 경험에 미치는 영향에서만 유의미하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 여가 시간활용 증진을 위한 교육학적 개입을 모색하고자 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to confirm the influence of Burden on student loan repayment perceived by students on Leisure time usage through Work experience, and to verify the difference according to the type of university establishment. For this purpose, the 12th data from KEEPⅠ were used; the number of study subject was 401. First, Work experience partially mediated the effect of Burden on student loan perceived by university students on Leisure time usage. Second, the mediating effect of Work experience differed according to the type of university establishment in the relationship between Burden on student loan repayment and Leisure time usage perceived by university students. Specifically, in National and provincial groups, Work experience does not mediate the relationship between Burden on student loan repayment and Leisure time usage, while in private group, Work experience partially mediates the relationship between Burden on student loan repayment and Leisure time usage. On the other hand, the difference in the structural model path according to the type of university establishment was found to be significant only in the effect of Burden on student loan repayment on Work experience. This study is meaningful in that it sought educational intervention to promote Leisure time usage by university students.

스도쿠(Sudoku) 퍼즐을 이용한 훔쳐보기 방지용 비밀번호 입력 시스템

많은 사이버 공격 중에 가장 손쉽게 일어나는 것이'훔쳐보기 공격'이다. 훔쳐보기 공격은 사용자에게 치명적인 피해를 줄 수 있는 사이버 공격임에도 불구하고 사용자는 자신이 공격을 당했는지 모르는 위험한 공격이다. 그러나 훔쳐보기 공격에 대한 방어 시스템은 연구가 부족하며 현재 나와있는 몇 가지 방어 시스템은 사용자 편의성이나 보안성 면에서 부족한 점이 많다. 그래서 우리는 훔쳐보기에 대해 안전성을 가지면서 무작위적인 공격에 대한 안전성과 사용자의 편의성 역시 보장하는 암호 시스템을 만들었다. 특히 우리가 제작한 암호 시스템은 사용자에게 친밀한 스도쿠 퍼즐을 이용했기 때문에 사용자에게 좀 더 잘 다가갈 수 있다. 분석 결과 이 시스템은 훔쳐보기와 무작위적인 공격에 대해 암호가 유출될 가능성이 1/10000이하로 안전성을 지니고 있으며 특히 사용자가 훔쳐보기에 대한 안전성을 직접 조절할 수 있다는 점이 독특하다. 실제로 실험을 통해서 옆에서 지켜본 공격자는 사용자의 암호를 알 수 없다는 사실을 확인하였으며 평균 사용 시간은 25초 내외로 피실험자들도 보안성을 생각한다면 상당히 편리하다는 평가를 받았다.

이동 통신의 발전과 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 요구의 증가로 이동 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 CDN에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 기존의 CDN은 사용자가 고정되었다고 가정하므로 사용자가 이용하는 이동환경에서는 여러 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는, 이동 환경에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 전송하기 위해 기존 CDN을 적용한 경우 발생되는 문제점을 기술하고, 사용자의 이동으로 최적의 서버가 변경되면 변경된 최적의 서버로부터 서비스를 받게 함으로써 사용자가 지속적으로 고품질의 이동 멀티미디어 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 CDN 프레임워크를 제안한다.

HM Graphite/Epoxy와 Silicon/Epoxy의 비강성에 관한 이론적 연구

Unidirectional fiber-reinforced Graphite/Epoxy and Silicon carbide/Epoxy have high values of stiffness and strength. This paper is performed to analyze longitudinal and transverse specific stiffness of Graphite/Epoxy and Silicon carbide/Epoxy using the mathematical method. Specific stiffnesses of the composites are compared and results suggest which composite can be taken as a proper choice when it is used for manufactures.
