Because of the change of market and intense competition between enterprises, open innovation has been on the rise. Also the necessity of open innovation is magnified in the dimension of national scientific technique innovation. Nevertheless, research on the relationship between the open innovation and national innovation system is insufficient state so far. Therefore, in this research we want to derive the implication about open policy in the dimension of national innovation by analyzing the Warring State period as the historic case. We analyzed concretely the cases divided into Inbound and Outbound type. We expect that this research can help the establishment of national innovation policy in future.

‘기술·가정’과 ‘제조 기술과 자동화’ 단원을 위한 문제의 구조화 수준에 따른 창의성 함양 수업과정안 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop instructional process plan to improve creativity according to the structuralization level of the problems for the section "Manufacturing Technology and Automation" in the curriculum "Technology and Home economics". This study was conducted in 3 steps -Preparation, Development and Improvement- in accordance with the development model of Lee, Sang Gap(2001). The findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the instructional process plan developed in this study are the teaching materials that help Technology teachers determine the structuralization level of problems under the circumstance where the subjects of Technology Curriculum and class unit have changed in accordance with the 2009 Revised Curriculum and design the class accordingly. Second, students are able to have the opportunity to develop their creativity by solving the learning tasks. According to the structuralization level of problems, the creativity elements are varied. Third, the instructional process plans developed in the study include structuralized problems-'making a signaler that notifies a empty space in a parking lot'- and semi-structuralized problems-'making a lifting device- and non-structuralized problem-'making household goods'. 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술․가정과의 ‘제조 기술과 자동화’ 단원에서 문제의 구조화 수준에 따라 창의력을 함양하기 위한 수업과정안을 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구는 준비, 개발, 개선의 3단계를 거쳐 진행되었으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에서 개발된 수업과정안은 2009 개정교육과정에 따라 기술교과의 이수 대상과 수업 단위가 학교마다 달라진 상황에서 기술교사가 문제의 구조화 수준을 결정하고 그에 따라 수업을 설계할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 수업 자료이다. 둘째, 학생들은 학습 과제를 해결하면서 창의성을 함양할 수 있는 기회를 경험하게 된다. 문제의 구조화 수준에 따라 경험할 수 있는 창의성 요소가 달라지도록 개발되었다. 셋째, 이 연구에서 수업과정안은 구조화된 문제로서 ‘주차장 빈자리 알림장치 만들기’, 반구조화된 문제로서 ‘리프트 장치 만들기’, 비구조화된 문제로서 ‘생활용품 만들기’를 학습 과제로 하여 개발되었다. 넷째, 수업과정안은 교사용 자료와 학생용 자료로 구성된다. 교사용 자료는 수업 개관, 교육과정 안내, 수업 목표, 성취 기준, 수업 관련 창의성 요소, 교수·학습 전략, 설계 개요, 수업과정별 주요 활동, 세부 수업과정안, 총평도구, 부록 등으로 구성되었다. 학생용 자료는 수업안내지, 문제 이해 활동지, 연구·개발 활동지, 제작 활동지, 평가활동지로 이루어졌으며, 문제의 구조화 수준에 따라 학생 자료의 세부 활동 요소가 구성되었다.

백화점의 성공적인 CRM을 위한 전략적 접근방법에 관한 연구

The business's paradigm is rapidly changing from product-out to market-in due to Open-door, intensive competitiveness, the variety of the customer's need. Starting from this needs of the times, CRM based on the understanding which company's value coming from the customers is in everyone's mouth. But it can said that it stay in the immature level at the understanding of this importance, strategic approach Therefore, the basic objective of this study is to grope the strategic approach that can stand out basic competitive power of department store during the construction of CRM in department store. To achieve the objective of this study, first, we will find out the general error which companies commit during the construction of CRM, second, we will consider the grafting possibility with e-CRM in the case of the CRM's construction in department store. Finally, we will exhibit the conceptual model of department store's CRM which apply the membership card for effectiveness of the Customer Relationship Management.

한국의 항공우주 분야 연구동향 분석

과학기술의 발전에 따라 첨단과학기술 산업인 항공우주산업도 발전하고 있으며, 항공우주산업 분야에서의 산업간 융합이 증가하는 추세이다. 항공우주산업은 대표적인 첨단과학기술산업으로써, 원자재 투입대비 고부가가치를 가지고 있으며, 항공우주기술은 자동차, 조선, 전자·통신분야뿐만이 아닌 타산업의 비약적인 발전을 가져오는 선진국형 지식기반사업이다. 국내의 경우 항공우주산업의 활성화를 위하여 국가 차원의 항공우주산업의 육성과 발전을 위해 각종 지원 조치를 마련하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 항공우주산업의 융합 활성화를 위하여, 항공우주 논문을 사용하여 연구분야의 동향분석을 통해 연구자들이 관심을 가지는 주요 연구주제를 살펴보고, 연구분야의 연관관계에 대한 분석을 실시하고자 한다. 분석을 위해 2002년부터 2016년까지 한국항공우주학회, 한국항공진흥협회, 한국표면공학회 등 166개의 저널에서 등재한 항공관련 논문자료 1,169개를 수집하였으며, 수집된 논문은 Topic modeling과 Network analysis을 통해 기술을 추출하고 산업간 연관성을 분석한다. 이를 통해 기술 전략 수립 시 참고자료로 사용함으로써 시간 및 비용 낭비를 막을 수 있으며, 국가차원에서도 기술 정책 수립에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Advances in scientific technology have also led to the development of the aerospace industry, the aerospace industry, and the increasing convergence of industrial space in the aerospace sector. The aerospace industry is a leading high-tech technology industry that has a high value added value for raw materials, and aerospace technology is an advanced country in the advanced world, which brings about rapid development of other industries, including automobiles, shipbuilding, electronics and telecommunications. In Korea, various support measures are provided for the promotion and development of the aerospace industry in order to facilitate the activation of the aerospace industry. Therefore, the study aims to determine the research trends in the aerospace industry. The collection of theses for analysis is collected, and the collected paper extracts topic techniques through topic modeling and network analysis and analyzes the cooperation between industry and industry. This is expected to contribute to the establishment of the invigoration of the aerospace industry.

항공우주 산업의 융합 할성화를 위한 연구분야 간 연관관계 분석

과학기술의 발전에 따라 첨단과학기술 산업인 항공우주 산업도 발전하고 있으며, 항공우주산업 분야에서의 산업간 융합이 증가하는 추세이다. 항공우주 산업은 대표적인 첨단 과학기술 산업으로써, 전자·통신 분야뿐만이 아닌 타산업의 비약적인 발전을 가져오고 있다. 이에 따라 항공우주산업의 융합 활성화를 위하여 연구동향을 파악하고자 한다. 분석을 위해 항공 논문들을 수집하였으며, 수집된 논문은 토픽 모델링과 네트워크 분석을 통해 기술을 추출하고 산업간 연관성을 분석한다. 이로써 항공우주산업의 활성화 정책수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Novel Design of Haptic Devices for Bilateral Teleoperated Excavators Using the Wave-variable Method

As many high-rise buildings have been dismantled or demolished, researchers have developed many new deconstruction methods and devices. Among these, excavators equipped with attachments such as crushers or breakers have been most widely used on many deconstruction sites. This paper introduces a novel design and control algorithm of haptic devices that can be used to control excavators from a remote site. The newly designed remote control device is well matched with the excavator kinematics, so that it can be intuitively controlled by even a novice operator. The device also provides haptic sensation to the operator through forcefeedback from the excavator. This grants the operator a better feeling of the tele-operated excavator and helps to avoid dangerous situations. In order to develop the tele-operation algorithm, this paper analyzes the force-feedback mechanism based on excavator kinematics and dynamics. A bilateral tele-operation control is then derived using the wave-variable method. The feasibility of this haptic device is verified through field tests.

It is recently to increase the interest of service quality. Nevertheless, it is the level in difficult to evaluate the service quality for its special feature. In this study, it was practiced form grasping the factors for which evaluating the service quality of bank and it was tried to examine how much these factors is affected of on service quality. Though this study, we'll derive the factors of service quality from factors analysis which based on the T-test of making the consumer and the staff of bank. And then, I will account the different position between consumer and supplier by questionaire in relation to consumer and supplier.

신제품 개발을 위한 통합 고객만족도 평가모델에 관한 실증적 연구 : 자동차 산업을 중심으로 Focused on Automobile Industry

Customer satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic in many firms and in academic research. One main rationale behind this interest is that customer satisfaction is believed to be associated with fruitful customer re-visit from the firm's point of view. Some country already had index models which can measure the degree of customer satisfaction. But, such models are ordinary models which used generally the scope of nation-wide /industry. Therefore, we needs some modifications to measure customer satisfaction for specific product & service and to provide the valuable feedback to specific firms. In this perspectives, this study will evaluate the customer satisfaction index about automobile company and analyze it's result for valuable feedback. This study will present a model for an integrated customer satisfaction evaluation system which used structural equation modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about customer satisfaction and some guideline for product design process.
