This study aims to make plan to activate investor owner hospital by combining medical tourism as a new added value industry of the korea industry. As a later comer in the medical tourism industry that is considered a blue ocean, Korea competing against countries like Thailand, Singapore, and India to attract medical tourists. However, due to lack of understanding about investor owner hospital, Korea fails to induce foreign capital Song-Do Inchon City. As you know, Thailand, Singapore, and India can be called advanced countries of medical tourism. For the long time ago, These countries have invested to revitalize medical tourism and its desirable direction in the method comparing investor owner hospital. One the contary, Korea has undergo interference by some citizen group. In order to activate medical tourism, Its is necessary to induce investor owner hospital in some hospital. Conclusively, this article is aimed at analyze Singapore, Thailand, India in medical tourism. Through their success illustration in medical tourism, some improvement were suggested as policy for attracting foreign patients.

본 연구의 목적은 의료관광객의 유치를 위한 방안을 제시한 연구이며 아시아지역의 의료 관광현상을 탐구하기 위해 의료관광관련전문가와 의료관광관련 여행사의 심층적인 면담을 통해 관련 연구가 이루어졌다. 의료관광은 전 세계적으로 수백만달러의 외화가 창출되는 새로운 분야의 블루오션에 해당하는 산업으로서 저렴한 의료비, 고숙련의 의료기술 등과 함께 한국은 의료관광의 중심지로 떠오르고 있다. 의료관광객을 유치하기 위해서는 한국의 전 지역에 산재해 있는 다양한 관광자원을 활용한 융복합화한 상품 개발이 필수요소이다. 한국은 다양한 관광자원이 풍부하여 의료관광의 매력지가 될 수 있으며 특히 제주도는 가장 아름다운 풍경을 자랑하는 곳으로 중국인 관광객이 선호하는 지역이다. 의료관광객을 유치하기 위해 제주도와 같은 주요 관광지 관련 관광 상품을 대표음식, 주제공원 등과 연계하여 관광상품을 개발해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective ways attracting medical tourists in the world. To research the actual conditions and issues of medical tourism in asia, In-depth interviews of the parties in charge of medical tourists agency were conducted. Medical tourism is fast becoming a global multibillion dollar industry. Due to its low cost of medical treatment, highly qualified doctors, Korea is posed to become an important center for medical tourism. However, in order to attract medical tourists, Korea has to be used for tourism product all the region in Korea. Korea has a variety of natural resources. For example, Jeju Island is the most beautiful place. The Chinese tourists has visited many times Jeju Island because of natural landscape. Finally, The ways to attract medical tourists has to develop tourism product. For example, the food for the medical tourists, the theme park for the medical tourists and so on.

Generalizations about restaurant locations are must more difficult to make than those relating to hotels and motels. The method of restaurant locations survey is very diverse. But one of the most available method in restaurant location survey is the checklist method. It is very easy. Therefore many people Who want to found the restaurant use this method. A restaurant location Survey method is also checklist method. First of all, A restaurant Survey is as follows : the number of people around A restaurant, Types of car, the number of passers-by, Types of school, the situation of factory and Industry facilities, The number of similar types restaurant, main road, present total sales of the similar restaurant, the number of the competitive restaurant, weather condition, frequent index of the outside eating so on. Through this method, we can establish exactive location selection of the restaurant. A restaurant's success is only by analysis the above data.

The purpose of this study is to identify important selection attributes for customers and repeat patronage in the Chungnam province and Daejeon city Hotel. Using a factor analysis technique, the study identified six hotel factors that were likely to influence customers choice intention: Room Quality, Food Beverage Service, Value, Business Service, General Service, Staff Service. Multiple Regress Analysis technique was then applied to examine the relative importance of each of these hotel factors in determining guest`s overall satisfaction levels and their likelihood of returning to the same hotels.

This study reviews the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in medical tourism in Asia and then analyzes the present condition and data about medical tourism in Korea. The results show that Thailand leads in the medical tourism market followed by Singapore, India and then Malaysia, Dubai, Philippines, Korea, China, Japan. Even though Korea has distinct strengths in the global medical market such as support system for medical care, JCI Accreditation, reasonable cost and excellent medical technology, Korea shows low occupancy rates in medical tourism in Asia. Therefore, Korea should raise medical tourism competitiveness. To ensure medical tourism sovereignty, it is necessary to induce investors to own hospitals in some areas, for example, in Incheon and Jeju province and also by allowing remote medical treatment.
