[연구목적]본 연구는 상대적으로 연구가 부족했던 스타트업에서 특허권의 창출 및 이의 활용에 따라 스타트업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증하고, 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. [연구방법]본 연구는 특허권이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 관련된 이론들, 기존에 수행되었던 연구들과 논의를 충분히 검토하였고, 신용보증기금을 통하여 특허권을 기반한 보증을 받은 스타트업의 재무제표를 확보하여 이를 경영성과로 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 구체적으로, 스타트업의 총자산증가율, 매출액증가율, 매출액영업이익률, 매출액순이익율 및 ROA에 대한 실증 데이터를 이용하여 특허권과 특허권을 금융으로 활용한 지식재산금융활용에 의한 영향을 확인하였다. [연구결과]스타트업에서 특허권 및 지식재산금융활용도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 연구한 결과, 특허권만으로는 스타트업의 경영성과에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 스타트업에서 특허권을 금융으로 활용하는 경우에는 스타트업의 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]특허권이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 관련된 선행연구는 대부분 코스닥 상장 또는 유가증권시장에 상장된 기업을 대상으로 하였으나, 본 연구는 스타트업을 대상으로 특허권이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 특허권과 함께 특허권을 금융으로 활용한 지식재산금융활용도를 이용하여 스타트업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증하여 시사점을 제공하였다. [Purpose]This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the creation and utilization of patents in startups, an area that has relatively lacked research focus. The study seeks to provide insights into how such activities influence the managerial performance of startups and offer practical implications. [Methodology]This study thoroughly reviewed theories and prior research related to the impact of patents on business. Subsequently, it empirically tested hypotheses by examining financial indicators of startups that obtained patent-based guarantees through the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund and utilized these indicators as measures of managerial performance. Specifically, the study utilized empirical data on the total asset growth rate, revenue growth rate, operating profit margin, net profit margin, and return on assets (ROA) of startups to assess the influence of both patent rights and the financial utilization of intellectual property through patent-based financing. [Findings]The study on the impact of patents and the financial utilization of intellectual property in startups revealed that, on its own, patents do not significantly influence the managerial performance of startups. In contrast, when startups leverage patent rights for financing, it was found to have a positive impact on the managerial performance of startups. [Implications]Previous studies on the impact of patents on business performance have mostly focused on companies listed on the KOSDAQ or the main stock exchanges. However, this study examines the influence of patent rights on the managerial performance of startups. Additionally, the study empirically assesses the impact on startup performance by utilizing not only patent rights but also the financial leveraging of intellectual property through patents, providing practical insights.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the kitsch characteristic shown in the hair style after 2000 by establishing the concept of kitsch hair and investigating its aesthetic. This research analyzed concept and esthetic principles about do kitsch through literature. For study, I investigated the literature related to sociology, aesthetics, cosmetology and fashion as well as analyzed visual materials after 2000. In terms of hair style, the concept of kitsch hair is defined not only as material used to express new style, refusing uniformity and developing from the conventional consciousness of beauty but also as the kitsch characteristic owned by behavior on style and styling. Divide and analyz work about figurative special quality, material, form, texture, color. The outcome of analyzing hair style after 2000; First, various material makes various form decorating excessively in hair style. Second, form is exaggerated or expresses optical emphasis such as imbalance and exaggeration overly. Third, kitsch hair style can express effective image by emphasis of texture, and express variously according to purpose do key. Fourth, color causes much effects because act strongly in hair style, and have fair clout to texture of hair style. This dissertation aims to investigate the hair style in the 21st century through sociocultural phenomenon , kitsch. And I expect that kitsch is newly recognized as an expressional art in the culture and become the opportunity to solidify the foundation of cosmetology.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of forest meditation on children’s sleep time and sleep habits. The experiment was conducted for 5 weeks from May 2022 to mid-June of 2022 with 59children aged 5 (20 forest meditation group, 19 forest experience group, and 20 non-treatment group) in the early childhood education institution located in Cheongju city. The forest meditation group conducted forest meditation activities, the forest experience group conducted forest experience activities, and the non-treatment group conducted the program based on the Nuri-curriculum (standard infant curriculum). Forest meditation activities and forest experience activities were conducted once or twice a week, a total of 8 times, and 1 hour(60 minutes) per session was conducted. Before and after the program, parents were measured by using the Korean-the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (K-CSHQ) and the data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0program. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the average sleep time of the forest meditation group increased statistically significantly. Second, Among the sub-regions of sleep habit, only the forest meditation group showed statistically significant changes in Bedtime Resistance, Sleep Onset Delay, and Sleep Anxiety, and statistically significant changes in the total score of sleep habit. These results show that meditation activities in forests have a positive effect on improving the sleeping time and sleeping habits of children. 본 연구는 숲 명상이 유아의 수면시간과 수면습관에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 청주시에 위치한 유아교육기관의 만 5세 유아 59명(숲명상 집단 20명, 숲체험 집단 19명, 무처치 집단 20명)을 대상으로 2022년 5월부터 6월 중순까지 5주간 실험을 진행하였다. 숲명상 집단은 숲 명상 활동, 숲체험 집단은 숲 체험 활동을 진행하였으며, 무처치 집단은 누리과정에 의한 프로그램을 실시하였다. 숲 명상 활동과 숲 체험 활동은 매주 1~2회씩 총 8회, 1시간(60분)씩 진행하였다. 프로그램 실시 전후에 유아들을 대상으로 부모가 한국판 아동 수면습관척도(K-CSHQ)를 이용하여 측정하고, 그 자료를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 수면시간은 숲명상 집단의 평균 수면시간이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 수면습관의 하위영역 중 수면 저항, 수면 착수 지연, 수면 불안 영역에서 숲명상 집단만이 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 보였으며, 수면습관의 총점에서도 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 숲에서 명상 활동은 유아의 수면시간 향상과 수면습관의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.
